Honestly, I did not have high expectations, but for a vertical short drama, it actually had a good story and the acting was good ^_^ Plus, the leads were cute together <3
On The Bedmate Game: Sharehouse Sep 19, 2025
These types of stories are not usually my cup of tea, but I enjoyed this one. I rarely see Asian dramas like this; especially Korean ones; and since it was short and fast-paced, it kept things interesting. The kiss scenes were excellent, too.

The ending felt a bit rushed, and it was obvious that Na Ju Yeon would choose Lee Se Heon, as the story seemed to lean in that direction; even the poster on the Dramabox app (where I watched it) gave it away. They should have added a plot twist or something.

Honestly, these types of stories would be even better if they were interactive and let the viewer decide who ends up with whom. That would make it more engaging, since there were so many potential choices and anyone could have been an option.
On Kiss Me with Unspoken Love Sep 17, 2025
Maybe I didn’t have many expectations, but the story overall wasn’t bad.

However, production-wise, it was kind of a mess. At times the sound wasn’t good, and the wig that sometimes appeared on Ken looked fake and ugly. The overuse of slapping was also overdramatic and unnecessary, to the point of being ridiculous.

Since it was a vertical short drama, the story felt rushed, especially toward the end. One thing would happen, and then suddenly something completely different would be going on. I did understand what was happening, but there was no clear sequence.

As for the leads, I liked them together, and their kiss scenes were good. Maybe it would have helped if the drama had been longer, as there was something that kept me watching; it had potential.

Still, since it’s a short drama, it’s good for a quick watch.

I loved it! The story was good, even with misunderstandings. It made me smile like an idiot. Plus, the acting was great and the chemistry between the leads was excellent; they were so cute together ā¤ļø

The action and fighting scenes were excellent! Even the way it was filmed was excellent!

The story wasn’t bad either. The main point was Jang Ok Ju seeking revenge for her ballerina friend, and she succeeded.

Along the way, she took down lots of jerks who were dealing drugs, exploiting and abusing young girls, and threatening them with videos they had taken of them against their will. Honestly, it was satisfying to see them go down.

Title Top Form Spoiler
Honestly, I wasn't expecting much from this drama. I had read the manga and watched the anime a while ago and loved them, so I kind of expected it wouldn't be the same.

However, I was surprised and enjoyed this drama. It's not exactly the same as the original story, but the basics are there, and the way this drama portrayed it in live action was quite good.

Even how the drama was filmed was artistic and well done. The story made sense, the characters and acting were great, and I especially loved the leads, Akin and Jin. They had amazing chemistry and were so cute and adorable together <3

The story wasn't draggy, and the pacing was just right. Even the misunderstandings were solved quickly. The music also fits the drama and story perfectly.

It's not perfect, but I enjoyed it. For me, I can say it’s one of the best BL dramas out there. I even binge-watched it in 2 days, which is fast for me lately since I’ve been in a drama slump and couldn’t get into any Asian dramas.

I also liked the story because it was a bit dark and mature; not too dark, but I liked it. I can’t stand idiotic or over-the-top comedy dramas anymore, so these kinds of dramas suit me better.

I don’t know why it took me so long to watch this drama, but I’m glad I finally did ^_^

Title When We Meet Again Spoiler
Overall, I enjoyed it; it was a cute drama. The story was typical, but it worked well for a short series and had plenty of hilarious moments. The ending felt a bit rushed, though it was still satisfying since we can assume the leads reunite in the modern world. The main couple was adorable together, too! ^_^

Title My Villain Husband Spoiler
Overall, it's not a bad story. However, the ending is sad, and we do not know what happened to Bai Xiao Tang exactly, if she really died or went back to the modern world. I watched a 2-minute bonus episode, but honestly it does not make sense. We just see the leads together with their child, it's like a forced happy ending or an alternate story, I don't know. Since it’s a short drama, I’ll take it as it is.

Title Si Jin Spoiler
I really enjoyed this drama overall. I loved the story, including all the side plots, as well as the acting, the couples, the characters, the families, the costumes, the fight scenes, the scenery, the music, and the production. The ending was especially satisfying, it was wrapped up well, and everyone got what they deserved, particularly the villains. That said, there were a few characters who deserved better and did not deserve to die.

I do think the drama would have been stronger if it had been shorter. The story itself was engaging and kept me watching, but there were quite a few draggy and filler moments. I ended up fast-forwarding through many scenes. To be fair, some of those scenes served as comic relief, which helped balance out the darker parts of the story, for example, the domestic violence plot, which was really upsetting to watch and riled me up.

Overall, I’m glad I watched this drama. It’s been a while since I’ve seen a long one, and even with its slow parts, I don’t regret it. The story makes sense and builds up naturally, with each event leading to the next. Best of all, it has a happy ending that ties everything together nicely.

Title My Golden Blood Spoiler
I honestly enjoyed this drama overall. The story had some slow and draggy parts, but it was still interesting. Some of the deaths were shocking, and I really feel Tonkla didn’t deserve to die at all.

I had a feeling Thara would turn out to be the final villain. Honestly, her being the hidden mastermind made the story so much better. On the other hand, Nakan as the villain felt boring to me and made the story drag the longer it went on.

What I loved the most was the chemistry and acting between Joss and Fluke. They were so cute and adorable together <3

I’ve watched both of them in other dramas before, and while they weren’t bad, I wasn’t that impressed with their acting back then. But in this drama, they were so much better. Maybe it’s because they’re older now and have more experience, or maybe it’s because they were comfortable with each other, which made their characters feel more real.

They’ve now become one of my favorite ship couples, and I hope to see them again in more dramas with good stories ^_^
On The First Night with the Duke Aug 6, 2025
Where to start. If I compare this drama to the webtoon, I'm totally disappointed with the story. Yes, there were some similar scenes that I could remember and pick up, but for me this drama is totally different from the webtoon, with different character names, different period, etc. I loved the webtoon, and this adaptation totally did not do it justice.

Now, if I ignore the webtoon and take the drama on its own. It’s not bad overall. I love transmigration stories, so I loved the beginning of the drama. It was fun, cute, enjoyable and hilarious. Also, I loved the leads together. I also enjoyed the cast, characters, acting, costumes, background, etc.

However, as the story went along, it got predictable, boring and the usual power struggle that you find in historical Korean dramas. Somehow the middle of a Korean drama always ends up boring and this is a 12-episode drama, so it's supposed to be less draggy. I put in the x1.5 speed from episode 8 onwards, so I'll see it faster and end it quickly.

Now, in episode 11, it has gotten a bit interesting. We see the real Cha Seon Chaek is living in the modern world instead of Kim Mo Eum's life. They met face to face and together they decided that they would continue to live in each other's lives and bodies. I like that they both got to decide, as usually in transmigration stories, most of the time, we never know what happened to the original character and mysteriously disappear. For me, that never makes sense.

It was interesting with the boy who is a deity or a spiritual person, whatever (did not understand exactly what he was) and he helped and assisted both Cha Seon Chaek and Kim Mo Eum. Especially helped in getting the novel to end in a happy ending and as in the last episode, we do get it.

Overall, it’s not bad, it’s a fun drama. The decision is up to you. I suggest that you take it as another story, if you read the webtoon. If you did not, I think you’d enjoy the drama as it is. It’s not perfect, but it’s enjoyable.

Honestly, I hadn’t considered it from your perspective. You might be right, it can be a metaphor and maybe she will embrace her natural hair in the end.

But looking at the bigger picture, how often do we actually see lead female characters in Western or Eastern movies, series, or dramas with curly hair who truly embrace it by the end?

They exist, but in my 29 years of life, I’ve overwhelmingly seen the opposite. Whether on screen or in real life, curly hair is far more often fixed, straightened, or treated as a problem to solve rather than something to celebrate.

As you said, it’s nice to see different hair types, but from the trailer, it seemed to be against curls. In the end, you might be right, it could still turn out to be portrayed positively. I probably won’t see the movie myself, but if you do, maybe you can tell me about it and prove me wrong.

Title Twenty-Twenty Spoiler
The story wasn't the best, but it was not bad. It had its cute moments.

Honestly, I got more invested in the story between Chae Da Hee and her mother. I also enjoyed the relationship between the friends, rather than the couple or potential couples. The romance was a bit bland.

I also wanted to know more about Jung Ha Jun, as we barely saw anything about him. Also, I think he had issues with his father, but we’ll never know for sure.

However, it's not bad overall. The good thing is that the drama has short episodes so it's quick to watch.

So according to you @Yujiro Hanma, I shouldn't have any opinions?

It's on netflix, so I believe it's for local and international audiences.

If you do not like my opinion, I cannot force you to agree. Everyone have different perspectives and opinions.

And what likes? Me, high on self-importance? That's my own opinion, and on my own experience.
