Why are we in 2025 and we still see some asian dramas or movies against curly hair? I know it's a youth, comedy story and a drama, but I find this insulting and gives the wrong messages.

As a curly hair girl myself, it took me years to love my hair. I was even insulted for it, because when I was still a child and a teen, I did not know how to take care of it, so of course it was frizzy. I used to put on a lot of gel, to try to make it more straight than curly.

Nowadays, thanks to many curly hair products, and many tutorials on youtube, I learned on how to take care of my curly hair. I'm not an expert by all means and my hair is not as pretty as those shown on youtube, but I love my hair now. So if you take care of it, it's going to be beautiful.

Anyway, that is my ranting. The movie looks nice and cute and I do like the actors. But the plot is questionable at least for me, so I'm probably not going to watch it.

Thank you ^_^
I really enjoyed this drama ^_^ I loved all the different stories it told :D

From the synopsis, I initially thought it was about the lead characters being reincarnated and meeting in different time periods. But after reading some of the comments, I realized that the two actors play different characters in each episode. Some stories, like Story 3 (which made me cry a lot), even continue across multiple episodes.

The biggest plot twist—and one I absolutely didn’t expect—was that the leads are two BL actors. They’re a ship couple who are acting in different movies and playing different characters. In Story 4, we start to learn more about them and their real relationship (though Story 4 felt a bit all over the place). I'm glad they managed to work through their differences and get a happy ending ^_^

To help me remember, I made a list of the characters and stories:
Story 1: Sun and Dol – Seeing your soulmate in the rain
Story 2: Prin and First – Office story
Story 3: Namping and X – Mechanic story (so sad!)
Story 4: Sian and Blue – Guitar/music story
Story 5: Pun and Roi-Inn – They’re the BL actors acting in the stories above

This drama is not bad overall. However, I expected more from it.

The story was questionable at times. Like the kidnapping in the beginning of the drama and then forcing Wang Zhan to take over the company with no explanation at all. I was like WTH? Yes, we got an explanation later, but that was too much.

Then near the end of the drama, Wang Zhan got stabbed but was saved by a bracelet. I literally do not know how a bracelet saves you from that. Maybe the guitar picks he put on the bracelet are sturdy? I don't know.

Also, the story was interesting when they showed a funeral company. It's a shame that they barely focused on that. We got bits and pieces.

And for the second leads, their jobs were nonexistent. If I understood correctly, Zhang Yi Qing was a wedding planner and Tu Jing He was an architect? Honestly, I do not remember. Like their story was a bit boring and chaotic, at least for me.

However, I did enjoy this drama overall, it's not bad. It had its good moments, and I enjoyed the romance. That was the point of this drama after all. I especially loved the lead couple together and I loved their kiss scenes and chemistry. The second leads were not my favourite, but they were not bad.

Whether to watch or not, it's up to you. It's a short drama, so it's a fast watch.

I loved it! :D It's not perfect and some parts of the story were rushed or skipped, but I loved the story. Also, for a short drama the production was good. Best of all, I loved the leads together. It's not a BL drama but it hints a lot for it, their chemistry was excellent. Plus, it's a happy ending. It's a shame it was short.

Honestly, I did enjoy this short drama overall.

Yes, the acting of most actors was a disaster and the chemistry between the leads was not good (their kiss scenes were good though).

However, the story was not bad. I did not like how the story started, it was bad. But as the story got along, I warmed up to it. Or maybe I enjoyed Noah's sassy character, that's why I started to enjoy it :D

Considering, it's a short drama, it's not bad and it's a quick watch anyway.

I enjoyed this drama, but I wish it was longer and a bit more detailed. The story is too fast paced and feels incomplete. I get they end up together, but I feel like there should be more.
On Love in the Edge of Divorce Apr 18, 2025
The only good thing about this short drama were the kiss scenes and I loved the chemistry between the leads. However, the story was ridiculous, draggy and full of cliches. All the logic was thrown out of the window.

I really enjoyed this drama ^_^

I mostly enjoyed the story. The beginning was excellent, and it got me hooked. I always love an undercover or a hidden identity story. However, the story did get a bit draggy in the middle of it, but the story did pick up again. It helped that it was 12 episodes and not more.

I did not expect the gold to appear at Jung Hae Seong's house. I thought all the search for the gold was for nothing, but his father found it all those years ago. So, Seo Myeong Ju was right after all, and the gold did exist. And that Jung Hae Seong was somewhat related to him.

I also loved the cast, the actors, the family feel, friendships and the teamwork.

I also loved the mix of comedy, adventure, thriller, the action and serious side of the story. The mix went well in the story. Plus, I always love hero type stories which in this case is the character of Jung Hae Seong. He somewhat always saves the day, and I enjoyed that.

Mentioning this character, the actor playing Jung Hae Seong is an excellent and charismatic actor. I can say that he carried this drama. Yes, ok he's the lead and the story revolve around him, but he's done an excellent job :D I recommend this drama! ^_^

I liked the beginning of the story, but then it became a bit boring. Also, parts of the plot and characters were left in the air. Plus, the story ended in a cliffhanger, and it needs to be continued. But it’s not bad overall. It’s a fast watch.

I agree with you for the most part. Except, the comedy characters were never funny to me. Never. They were too…
I agree with you as well.

Yes, you're right. I forgot about the twins and their mother. So, there were actually 4 groups for comedy characters, that's too much.

Title My Demon Spoiler
This drama is by no means perfect, but I enjoyed it overall.

Yes, it had draggy moments and sometimes the comic relief was not funny, at times it was too much or did not fit in the scene, at least to me. I think there were too many characters for it. Like there were the office trio, the gangsters and the butler and secretary couple. I liked the characters, and they were hilarious, but at times it got too much and exaggerated.

I enjoyed the story overall. I liked the back story of the demon, his ''job'' and the clocks hall was interesting. It's original. Also, it makes sense that if you wish for something, you pay it back.

As Rumpelstiltskin says from the Once Upon a Time series, ‘Magic always comes with a price.'' Sometimes, I would feel sorry for those characters who Jung Koo Won made a deal with and they were genuine. But at the end of the day, you made a deal, and you must pay it back.

Also, what I enjoyed in this drama was that I did not guess who the ultimate villain was. It started with the man who changes his face, Ki Kwang Chol, to Noh Do Kyung and to Noh Suk Min. It was a whole cycle. They were all excellent actors. Actually, an excellent job to all the actors, most of them were brilliant.

Moreover, I did not expect for ''god'' to show up and as a beggar to boot. That was interesting as well.

Btw, I enjoyed the historical parts as well, I kind of guessed that Do Do Hee and Jung Koo Won would be somewhat connected from the past. Like the characters are always connected, especially when one of the characters is 200+ years old.

Now Do Do Hee and Jung Koo Won as a couple. They were cute together, but something felt off and I did not like them that much. Like how the story was going, it was like they had to be together. Maybe the chemistry between them? Or the acting of the lead? I did not hate them, but I did not feel that much towards them. I’m glad that they had a happy ending though.

As I said this drama is not perfect, and it would have been better if it was shorter. But it was good overall, I did enjoy it. It took me 2 years to watch it as it did catch my interest, and I did want to watch it someday and I'm glad I finally did ^_^

It's not that bad overall. But it’s more 'that I did not like it that much' borderline. The start of the story made my blood boil, but as the story went along, it got a bit better.

For the story, it was poor at times and draggy. I fast forwarded many scenes. For the kiss scenes, they were good at times. There were a lot, so I cannot complain.

For the acting, it was lacking at times, however not bad overall. For the actor playing Elyes, he's a bad actor. Like he had the same expression most of the time. Yes, he's tall and handsome, but he cannot act. Yes, ok he had an annoying and frustrating character, so I'm biased towards him. But no, his expressions were mostly the same from the beginning till the end of the drama.

For the characters and the relationship between Pat and Elyes. It was frustrating and now that I have finished this drama, I'm wondering how they the heck they are together and I cannot be happy for them. Like Pat was and is a doormat. Like please stand up for yourself! Like tell Elyes what he's doing wrong or how he's upsetting you! No, he says 'it's nothing' >_<

On the other hand, Elyes's character is mean and evil. Like ok he was a playboy, hence the title, but he was cruel, especially towards Pat. He did things on purpose and hurt him. To be fair, he did change for the better and treated Pat better as the story went along.

However, Elyes is beyond hope. Like Kim had to tell him to confess to Pat and to tell Pat that he loves him back. Like literally the last 4 minutes of the drama, Elyes told Pat he loves him. Not that I believed him, but whatever, thank God I finished this drama.

I enjoyed this drama; it made my heart flutter and blush <3

Although, in the beginning of this drama I could not see Yoh and Segasaki being together as a couple as they lacked communication. Plus, they are different and have contrasting thoughts, personalities and jobs. Like their relationship was super weird.

However, as the drama went along you could see that they both are in love with each other, or more obsessed with each other, and they somewhat complement each other. They were cute together ^_^

They never said that they loved each other out loud (Segasaki kind of did when he read Manju’s manga about them out loud, but Yoh did not get the message), but the subtle details show us that they did. It was refreshing and nice to watch. I rarely watch a drama like this, either BL or straight. I admit it was frustrating at times, but getting to know the lead characters helps us understand why.

I'm glad they both opened to each other at least to a certain point. Like there are still some misunderstandings between them. Segasaki probably still doesn't know that 'the glasses guy' is Manju's husband lol.

For the actors, their acting was great, and they had great chemistry together. As a Japanese BL drama, their kiss scenes were good.

Overall, I enjoyed this drama. It took me 2 years to watch it and I'm glad I finally did ^_^

Title A Talented Girl Grows Up Spoiler
Overall, I did enjoy this drama ^_^ It was hilarious, and I loved the cast and characters. Plus, the leads were cute together, had great chemistry and their relationship was healthy and beautiful.

However, it got too draggy and there were many unnecessary scenes and moments, to the point that it got too ridiculous.

Also, another thing I did not like is how they turned the second male lead into a villain like in the last 3 episodes. It was too much and fast paced.

For the ending. For a moment, I thought the leads would be separated, but they meet again in the present and real world. We can say it's a happy ending and I'm happy for them.

But the ending is confusing and there was no explanation in how the male lead came to the real and present world. And then in the next scene, we go back to the comic world, and they have kids. I’m not going to dwell on it and leave it as it is.

Anyway, I did enjoy it overall, it was a nice drama.
