Yeah he’s definitely not helping at all. I noticed too and made a comment. That was before I learned the story from novel. She can’t seem to put her finger on it but it’s there like a itch that can’t be scratch. There’s a scene on Weibo she’s standing in a home I think it’s dark and wooden like an she’s burning and tearing stuff up. She’s visibly upset. I suspect it’s the moment she learns the truth about herself. Someone behind her is holding her back from distraught but can’t see who that person is. I just know it looked like a male. People hate her because all she does is stand there quietly, or cleaning, cooking, tending to Tang Li Ci and Co. Or showing up whenever he’s alone etc. They’d much rather she isn’t apart in the drama. But the person below mentioned Chongji another character I like is barely mentioned but like I think once or twice in the novel an only has a one sided crush on him. In the end they go on opposite sides. Will she be still good? That is also a question I am intrigued by. People think I hate her because at first to me she came in episode one knowing Tang li ci is the killer but when he gave her that play on words. She knew something wasn’t right. Her type is like the high morality types although she only had that moment. She still fits that bill to me. Even more so now that she might get on opposites sides of him later on as per novel. But I don’t hate her. I like her chemistry with Tang li Ci. I see her as his kid sister if he was a normal human being. As she’s too cute baby face for FL with Leo. If there has to be romance the red demon girl, from dashing youth, peach blossom girl from maiden Holmes and Jelly herself are the only ones I can see fit him. Many people on TikTok are calling Tang Li Ci and Ashei Tan Tai Jin & Ye Xiwu part 2. Or they can only see that ship. I admit I can also see what they’re seeing especially during the boat scene when he revealed his identity to Sword King City. Her outfit and gave TTEOTM vibes. I hear the same director or designer is part of this drama. not sure if it’s true but all of Ashei clothing and hairstyles, jewelry looks identical to how Bai Lu / Ye Xiwu / Li Su Su looked. So I see why many feel against the pairing or for the pairing. I’m just here for the journey. I guess I have no horse in this race as the Americans say. 😭

in the novel she’s his assistant who he ra*pes and she loses a baby which is Feng Feng. But she sides with Tang li ci. She also doesn’t have her memories either so that’s why she’s clueless from what I gather. But someone said both Tang Li ci an her had feelings for each other that was never expressed loudly so when she dies he has regret that he never said anything. I know you don’t hate her tho 😭 but plenty others do. I think she’s interesting and my type of character. So I’m intrigued how this will all plan out.

From what I gather she’s not but more so her storyline is very tragic and makes you feel for her. She’s actually the only female I like besides the others

Yes definitely do. if you got YouTube I seen some scenes an the ones I mentioned some are on there. I actually love her and Cloud too 😊 If we had to pair someone it would be them for me. They’re just alike in real life age and also characteristic in drama. If I had to have a CP I would have them and then Ashei and Tang Li Ci. They’re kinda scratching my TTEOTM itch lol 😆 she literally gave Ye Xiwu if she was fragile. The coupling outfit wasn’t done outta accident either to me either. The director if you listen closely has the theme song “No Spring Breeze, No You.” it’s the MV song and ending song. But the instrumental plays when the two of them are together. A new melody played when she walked on his chamber ship but his eyes told everything. So if I had to chose it’ll be these two. Then Liu Yan and that evil ballad red girl. Peach woman and monk. lol but good night hope you have a good rest and yes feel free to message me if you wanna know what I found out. She’s finally getting her shine 😭

Is it only me who enjoyed the play fight with Master Puzhu and Tang Li Ci? Especially how the camera pans and you can see the battle above and under the water’s surface. No drama I’ve ever seen has did this before. Truly this animation CGI is on another level. The peach blossoms give me DOAWS and AOL. Everything has a nice touch to it. I’m rewatching the episodes again and learning you will miss clues if your focus is only on romance or progression of how the story is going. One clue and I will put spoiler tag. Ashei and co were in the town Liu Yan comes to help save someone. He walks slowly passed her. She turns around to look back. Her expression gave “He looks familiar but I don’t know from where.” This drama gives you the right amount of Easter eggs to find and have you wondering “Where will the next lead be? Or where are we headed next?” Love it.

Not sure if she goes evil I doubt it but she might not agree with his choices in the future. Yes this is from the super group for Ashei character. I got this and few other gifs also some of Tang Li Ci with him being adorable and bad ass. She does die in the novel but it’s only rumored with coffin scene. I’ve seen the scene but it’s hard to make out who it is. I will say this Tang Li Ci was crying and then he looks out and you see Cloud, The Monk master, Assiassan, Ashei, Chonji master and I believe his master. They looked to be like a memory scene or a they’re gone type of scene. I truly suggest getting on Weibo/ TikTok to see these scenes. My English isn’t too good so I could be not explaining this perfectly. Also I haven’t seen that meme but it sounds funny. 😆 This drama is setting us up for a good time. I’m one scene it looks like he’s going to kiss Chonji but they’re under water so it might be a breathing air to her. Then he saves her plenty of times. She’s in the rain looking pitiful and there’s one where she’s crying and screaming 为什么!!! (Why?!!) She’s holding a black hair tang lici who looks to be dead or dying. But I won’t say more don’t want anyone to get pissed so this is my last comment spoiler. Some will read this and get upset 😭 and I’m not trying to upset anyone. But he has moments with all of the characters men and women. A dance and caress with peach woman. He’s smiling with Ashei an she’s smiling at him while they watch fireworks (that scene gave Han li an Mo Caihuan) 😭😭😫 And you see Chonji kinda saddened. There’s a candy hawthorn scene she hands one to him while he’s smiling. So it’s some good sweet scenes for every pairing.

Exactly! But NGW isn’t favorable to a lot of netizens so that’s why the author just allowed Mo Caihuan be ZiLing. Originally she wasn’t supposed to be. But he’s like “If you say she is then she is.” *Bam!* Canon! 😭 Yeah in novel she does dies. Perhaps drama wise. I hope not doesn’t matter about romance for me. But she like Tang Li Ci suffered. So I would like to see her, cloud, the assassin, and Tang li ci all traveling but I know it’s a no go. That’s my happy ending. If you got Weibo / Tik tok they have a lot of edits for them as CP feels. Another thing not sure if I mentioned it. Apparently Chongji has a one sided crush but they part ways and she’s now on the opposite side of Tang Li Ci. Basically against him. My gif profile is of Ashei but not sure where this scene is from. Looks like a dream scene who knows I am curious. That is why I’m confused by haters or romantics. This drama has many options to CP who you want. Even though it’ll never happen at least you get that CP feel. He will have swoon CP moments with Chongji for the CP pairing fans, also peach blossom lady as well. Yeah from what they’re sharing its dark. Also yes, there’s a scene she’s tearing things up and something is burning. So she might get her memories or at least the truth back. When she ran into him her expression gave (I know him from somewhere) but she couldn’t identify as she’s just a pawn to him. As for Mo Caihuan she does get with him in the donghua. Han Li painted his family portrait in the latest episode and she’s standing right beside Nagong and the rest of the harmen. He only loved certain women with nagong for me it’s hard to believe because they were drug. So I will say ZiLing and the other girl. But I am eager to see how they will show Ashei story in drama. Another spoiler some say on Weibo she’s in the coffin. But it looks like his master. Who knows I just knows she dies. I’m excited even more for this. 😭😭
