Yeah it can very well be that as well. The strife happening within Gong now may also be an indication to other sects that trouble is looming considering how leathal their weapons are as well as their influence outside is something anyone would be watchful of.

The Wufeng's rise in the world seems quick when we look at how many sects fell or joined forces with them. We have been viewing them as a big bad, but what if, Gong is the bad or the force that all the sect fear because of this weapon. Hence joining forces to eliminate the weapon or remove it from Gong's hands.

Yeah, I think it is hilarious but makes sense that they will instill a level of fear to keep their assassin loyal and in line.

I think he was explain to YWS as well so she knew because he is aware she is related to Yun Que. He also told Zi Yu how to protect himself. Additionally, Master Yue witnessed Wei Shan care for Zi Yu, so he knows that she is willing to protect him, it wasn't an act.

I think Master Yue is on Gong's side but wants to save Yun Que if she is alive.

Alot to break down this time since it is two episode.

Master Yue revealed a lot of info. (1) He knows Wei Shan is Wu Feng (2) based on the grab on the bracelet between them, he now knows Wei Shan knows/related to Yun Que (3) Yun Que may very well be alive based on Yue's movements

Wei Shan knowing the Wufeng poison won't kill her will likely change her movements. If Yun Que is in fact alive, her mission remains the same but she will likely not do as much damage to Gong because she wants to save Yun Que. If Yun Que is dead, then Wei Shan will just abandon Wu Feng. The only thing tying her to Wufeng is Yun Que. Whether she tells Qian would be interesting. I am also curious how she will interact with Wuji.

Elder Yue's Death:
Why did elder yue need to die? He likely knew too much already considering how he nurtured Zi Yu. Or compared to the other two Elders, he would be a thorn hence he had to go. Master Yue replacing him could also be the move they intend. Perhaps Huan Yi is blackmailing Master Yue or something along those lines.

Other things:
The flower reveal opens the door to the main theory that Huan Yu is alive. Wu Ming is likely both Huan Yu & Lady Wuji in collaboration. They also likely don't wish harm on Zi Yu and him being the SW means getting things done their way.

Shang Jue's report on how he last saw former SW and Huan Yi may be the most credible witness. Yes, he could be purposely misleading to catch spies or get more information but if we take his account at face value then it still aligns with Huan Yi killing his father and dying to cover his tracks since he has the flower.

Reasoning everyone is point to Wuji being Wu Ming is because her Full name is Ming Wu JI. So if that is the case, it may be there are two figures at play as you mentioned.

Because we know this person's skill is in fact higher, I believe Huan Yu is actually alive and is "Wu Ming".

3. Not necessarily. I think we all have theorized that she is likely higher than a Mei but has pretended to be Chi for whatever reason that we don't yet understand. One of the reasoning behind this is that Wei Shan is offered freedom from the sect while Qian is simply given the mission.

1. May have to do with balancing powers and the sworn oaths their ancestor took before joining Gong sect.
2. Likely they are guardians of the backhill and the front is guardians the Jue, Yu, etc. Reasoning for it has not really be explored.

Also, I have some trust in Shang Jue based on this Episode 14 when he said NO so urgently to using the Infinite Fire. That means he isn't trying to murder or wipe out sects. So the former SW's judgement switching to him is correct. Huan Yu IS DEFINITELY ALIVE. AND seeing how Elder Hua was so willing to use the Infinite Fire makes me suspicious of him. He may be the assisting Huan Yu then?

I want to guess that the secret is a human bomb a(ka Zi Yu) on that magic tattoo of the sword wielder? Perhaps that is why Huan Yu didn't want to be the SW exactly and made sure Shang Jue wasn't either and it instead passes to Zi Yu the lowest in everything but love. OR maybe the tattoo is the just key as many of us have guessed.

Can someone clarify something? They all stated that the last word of unfinished and in a rush Or that it was just left unfinished by Wuming? I don't entire trust Shangguan Qian's tale but it sure sounds more legit then Wuji's at this point.

As for Elder Yue, my GUESS is that he learned that move from Yun Que. I don't think he is Wufeng. That is too much.

ooooo that makes so much sense. It would explain why they wanted someone like Zi Yu as the SW with a kind personality who wouldn't use it. Huan Yu was likely going to betray and his father saw that and the Elders don't trust Shang Jue because of his personality. YuanZhi would also be a terrible choice.

So if we keep with this logic and firmly believe Huan Yu is there, we know who and how the first murder happened. We don't know about the second one, but it was obviously done by Huan Yu. His accomplice would likely be seen by us as well no? It would be boring for it to be no one of importance.

Wuji then should just be the WuFeng assassin, I don't think our Anonymous got to her, seems like she staged it herself. Since she ghosted the clan, perhaps she is only interested in living her life away from Gong or Wufeng. I do lowkey think, perhaps Lady Lan wasn't so simple and actually is the Wufeng assassin and perhaps taught Wuji how to fight but we have no evidence of that yet.

Now we need to get to the bottom of Yun Que and Elder Yue's relationship and her death. Figure out how the Infinite Fire works. But there are other questions I think I am missing. What do you think?
