I laughed out loud on your comment! I love each episode but a bottle of wine can't help me after watching. I've been watching "Joy of Life" to counteract the depression/sobbing but it's turning more serious also. I believe an intervention may be the only way to let it go....

My perfect ending: Jung Sun and Sang Woo happily married after she reached the position of CEO of a competitor company, smiling and walking their twin girls in the park and happen to walk by Yoo Ri and Sung Joon publicly yelling at each other over how much she spent on shoes and a handbag.

I'm hoping for more episodes tomorrow.

How many viewers would like to see Sung Joon reconcile with Jung Sun and become a happily ever after couple at the end? My thoughts? Uh, no, NO and ^%!! No.

This is my slow burn, secret drama obsession. The two main couples absolutely sell it anytime they are on the screen. Can't wait until next week!

Could you explain why Lu Wen Xi was being punished? I've watched to episode 31 in raw form but without English subs, I can only use the actor portrayals as a guide.

As long as an ending makes sense, then I'm fine with a non happy ending (Goodbye My Princess was justly tagged as a tragedy with the drama conclusion agreeing with the storyline). The Rise of the Phoenix's ending differed from the novel and after watching this very good production all the way through, I was throwing things at my tv during the last episode. It was like a jarring train wreck. With the novelist of Royal Nirvana also being the screenwriter, I'm hoping and would guess the script and characters are in good hands.

Lee Sang Yoon played an emotionally similar character in the drama "Whisper". I watch "Master in the House" every week and he seems to be such a quiet and nice guy and the polar opposite of those characters. Very good actor.

I would be on board with just about any character with Jung Sung except Sung Joon. A turtle would have more merit as a partner than he does.

I'm at episode 15 and I absolutely love this drama! The scriptwriting and acting has made me into a serious fangirl but my hat tips off especially to Li Qin's portrayal of Wan'er. This quiet and intelligent character is skillfully portrayed and is one of my favorites.

I can't watch episode 11. The despair, rage and every feeling in between is expertly played by Jang Na Ra and her characters emotions become mine. I'll wait until the episode where she kicks collective a@!! before resuming viewership.

I loved your comment! What drives me bat sh%! crazy is that Sung Joon is aiming for martyrdom with his "I want to divorce because it hurts to see her pain." I wish they would place me as a bystander with a ball bat in the scene. Then I went berserk on the spoilers for next week when Jung Sun asked her cheating, lying and passive dirt wad of a husband if there was any hope. When I see her in front of him with a bazooka, then I'll be happy with the episode.

Even though it was too short, I loved this drama. Seriously, could anything with Jasper Lui go wrong? Not to mention the chemistry with Eugenie Liu is insane! It was also refreshing to see grit in the storyline.

I have never seen such dry sarcasm used throughout with such finesse! I just started it for a "well, it might be good" and have laughed out loud with every episode. The chicken leg absolutely did me in.

I have never, ever had a more visceral reaction to a character in my five years of watching dramas. I think his stoic attitude absolutely drives to me towards alcoholism. He neither loves his wife enough to console her or the mistress enough to leave his wife. His choice is one of "self sacrifice" for their greater good.....I think what really set me off is the preview for next week when the wife asks if they have a chance. That tore my heart out and made me think of murdering his character.
