How to be a people pleasear | lack of romance
So sad to watch another drama where the FL is an example how to be a boxing bag, how to be a victim, how to not trust yourself at all, to be a people pleasear... the toxic life of koreans.... to be abused but to continue the contact, working with abusers. I dont understand how can be an example for young girls that whatch this kdrama.How can you have, treat with kindness, even visit a frind that always wanted nothing for you. Bullying is a thing that koreans like so much... it become a normality to entrain.
I would have loved to see how she fights for her, how to gain self-confidence, to be in her own power, how to stand for yourself, how to speak for yourself.
The romance is absent completely.
There are some beautiful stories also and for this I give it a 5 but I don't recommend.

toxic drama the FL sucks , she is such a red flag
After episode 8, for me, this drama's rating dropped from 10 to 2.The SML things that he is the boss in their House and family. Is so upsetting. How can you impose yourself in such a way between members who try to raise and make a program for a baby. The words and the way he speaks to Tae Hyeong is crazy. Is like in the Positively yours drama.
The FL is such a red flag.
The FL does not have any connection with the baby. Do you see it? She is not amused at all. it's crazy how he let herself be in a connection with her boss, the first love. Immature, not attractive, luck of emotional intelligence. and fisicaly she is looking like a teenager not a woman. Please eat something.
The baby and the ML needs a new house and a mature woman.
And other thing that I don't like is the father. He does not deserve anything from his son. The better way is to stay away, and only if the son want s to connect to be their, but I hope not. A parent that treats his own child like this does not deserve any future connection. The father is intrusive. and talks like an unloved child to the neighbors with Woo Hyeon Jin he wants to have a relationship with his son like nothing happens.
if you will have a father like this one, don't forget you have the right to say to him NO, you can protect yourself mentally and emotionally from a trauma like this. You can forgive him, for yourself, to set your soul free, but you can say no, I don't want to see you never again. You can choose the type of relationship you want, even if he is your father. Dont let yourself cut in the story of a good family. If is not real for you is correct .
The way they put again in 2026 the abuse of a child from adults, as the child is blamed for the father mistake with money. It's unlivable how the Korean adults treats children.
I love the baby, I love how Tae Hyeong green flag is. I hopped for a good drama. I love his talent with photography. And for the fist time I feel a FL deserves another woman in his life, not a teenager like Woo Hyeon Jin.

Masterpiece like an old handwritten letter
One of the best kdrama that I watch and felt with all my being. It’s about resilience, survival, and the kind of love that doesn’t need to be shouted from the rooftops. Loved everything, from writing, acting, that is beyond words, how they developed the characters, an wonderful real life put on screen for inspiration of true partnership, hardworking, love, family, courage story about breaking generational trauma and the cinematography is like a poetry. At the beginning it was not my cup of tea, but somehow I felt to continue watching and yes, I am so grateful to watch this precious, beautiful love life masterpiece. It's a blessing to have a love, a partnership like this in these times. Truly profound and deep, to have this determination to choose, each decision made to move forward, to live on many times and to be happy and grateful at the end. After a week since I finished the story staid with me, has change some things inside me. Even if I cried at every episode I felt so much support to move forward even if life is hard and to trust God and Life and to act on my dreams. I don't have my own family, yet, but hope I will meet my own Gwan Sik to grow and to create together. So beautiful. So real. So painful. So full of joy.I give it an 8 for rewatch as I think I don't want to be a witness second time. Maybe just if life puts me down, this is a good story to help me, to inspire to fight for my life, for my dreams, to be there for love. in that case it will be a 10.

a weak actress with a whole list of great actors in a waste script and story
What a waste of time and talent. a few established, talented actors in a meaningless drama. manipulation of young women on a grand scales. sexy actors that take the eyes for views. the story and the script is mediocre. in the last year a lot of good actors have acted in mediocre dramas. what is happening in korea? so much talent ruined by a very bad script.Ji soSoo you have to take some acting classes. Your eyes don't transmit anything. Sorry but you did not touch any centimeter of my heat with your acting. I dont hate you but you are not my cup of tea as an actor.
AI implants and propaganda, disempowerment and fake life. Manipulation and sale of souls.
Anyway the new generations no longer have any self-worth, and life values. it is easy to fall prey to an artificial life. Better watch the movie HER and learn something. you really don't learn anything from here.
I loved to see Seo In Guk & Yoo In Na but they deserve a good script.
I cant recommend this. is my second worst drama after our universe (her universe) in 2026.

I've never seen a woman get injured so many times... a record...it should have been called The Clumsy & Injured Woman not Dynamite Kiss... is absolutely disappointing...
So many accidents, injuries... nothing profund... so many clichés, unfinished storyline... so superficial and haotic...Ridiculous, annoying, boring, disappointing, messy, rushed, and extremely cliche.
Yes, we have a Green Flag Man. The chemistry between FL & ML is fire, is Dynamite. But after the first two episode they have lost the script.
The SML did not deserve any relationship with SFL. She deserved better. She was so lovely and treating him so nice, and he did not deserved her.
I'm tired of so many rescues, emotionally immature women. It had mega potential, their chemistry could have been a mega drama, both are very good actors.. but the script was absolutely horrible.
The chemistry between the main couple carried this drama. That's why has so much success. Otherwise it was a 6.7 raiting.

Underrated gem
I loved it so much. Such a beautiful love stories. Clean, reciprocity, devotion, love, building slow partnership, mature love. This drama gave me so much joy.The ML and FL are so inspiring. Beautiful cast, lovely story, amazing interpretation.
The chemistry is amazing. I love also the second couple. The acting is graceful. I love FL acting, you will see every emotion on her face with so much intensity. The lessons and the inspiring real love friendship connection and the importance of humanity and kindness are so beautiful expressed
It was difficult sometimes to see this controlled life, the communist periods. They had a hard life. I am grateful to live mu life.
A sign that people need to be together, to show solidarity. In the times we live in, we have forgotten kindness and togetherness, to really help each other.

affraid at the begining but love it in the end
I love watching series with Lee Jae Wook. He is very talented actor, with great skills, a great kisser in his generation, and the historical dramas are perfect for him, is totally made for historical dramas. With every glance, every word, he captures the soul of the character, translating emotion into something deeply human and unforgettable.He SLAYED in this one.
I watched till the end for him, for the music and for the cinematography. I don't regret watching it, but I will probably not rewatch as I did wit AOS, which I have seen 5 times. The theme was so creepy, cruel and dark for me, with annoying evil characters, was not my cup of tea.
The music and sound effects in this series harmoniously resonate with the storyline, the scenes themselves, the visuals, the actors' performances — everything is so incredibly well-balanced! For me this one, When Life Gives You Tangerines and Pachinko are incredibility epic as cinematography.
Jo Bo Ah was great too in her character. Sim Jae I annoyed me a lot in the first episodes, but I find her character very strong, brave, maybe too naive, balance for how much she was enduring from her supposed family.
And I hope to see Kim Jae Wook more but with normal characters, because he's already had too many roles as a psychopath, a traumatic roles for me. He is sooo talented.
Great chemistry between FL and ML, beautiful capture of their love.
Still didn't understand who was the White Man.
I hate Sim Mu Jin, is the worst, a psychopath, as the prince and the shaman. So much symbolism with what is in real life. He did not know what love is.
The OST is 1000/10.

Wish to see woman more mature in Chinese dramas... it's unbelievable how stupid, childish, egotic are, or how they castrate men, I start believe that the feminine and mature wisdom, behaviour of a woman is someting absent in Cdramas.. I think the most liked FL I saw was on Prisoner of beauty, un the Double

heart bonds are beyond everything
I like the story, is remind me about an American version. What I like the most was the beauty, the love, the friendship, the easiness of life in this drama. Love doesn’t disappear when memories fade. It changes into something quieter, deeper, and harder to name. Heart bonds, body memory are beyond everything and you have to go inward to remember.It is a beautiful memory of love and building a beautiful experience, and let's not forget that life is short, beautiful. And we are here to appreciate everything we experience. the story show us how to live the pain not to forget, or to bury. In today's reality, everyone is in a hurry, most of it is superficial, but simplicity, beauty, depth are precious for the soul, spirit and body. this one is an inspiration.
The sad ending was heartbreaking, but in the end I was also happy that she regain some of her memories. her friend Ji min, was my absolute favorite friend. Loyal, present, kind. She had so much on her shoulders, but in the end everything was so smooth rearrange.
You will not find any conflict, not fighting, not screaming, absurd parents. It was a lovely watch. The chemistry is nice. ML is so talented, and handsome. He has a bright future in acting, I saw him in other dramas. I like him.
Is not a great movie for me, but in this category it is a good one.

high IQ and EQ in a ML character | but need a drama where also the FL is a IQ and EQ equal
What I like:- The ML is soo majestic, Amazon forest. Gentle, smart, emotionally intelligent, has both IQ and EQ, charismatic, handsome and good acting
- I really loved the idea of courtship, he had so much patience, and his smile and eyes ... omg they talked endlessly
- I really liked the maturity of the relationship between FL and her mother.
- her cousin, Jiang Rui is absolutely delicious, I loved his character.
- I like that the relationship between FL and ML is easily built.
- I like also the relationship between ML and his mother.
- I liked that for the first time in a drama I saw an entire episode with their settled and beautiful life.
What I did not like:
- FL, her character is teenager, immature, even the kisses was hard to watch.. all the parts where they have intimate communication, connection she is afraid, she is acting scared and numb, shy.
- how they transformed narcissists, toxic behaviors into better characters... which in reality is impossible... because they never heal, they never change
- a huge discrepancy between FL at work, smart, determined, ambitious and in her personal life, completely immature, spoiled, lacking emotional maturity, including in the scenes when they are married
- the role of her being a mother is completely strange , she has no physical and emotional connection with the child
- the publicity and the encouragement of digitization
I keep watched till the end as a respect for the ML acting and character and the nice relationship of her family.
In every episode I wondered what it would have been like if they had had an actress who played a more mature role, a role of a Woman and not a scared teenager. Because I have rarely seen such a masculine character. Absolutely inspirational for a balanced partnership.
I wanted to give a 10 for the ML and a 4 for FL.

An absolutely joy of watch.
I liked so much this drama. The OST is on repeat. To listen the voice of Song Sohee is amazing.They offered joy, crying, romance, thriller, comedy. The acting of ML &FL is genuinely amazing and the chemistry between them perfection.
I find interesting also the body switch. They have grown from this in their connection profound love, devotion. I enjoyed a lot the ending, they didn't rush it, they gave each character space to conclude and integrate the story.
Kang Tea Oh is very good in this one.
The only thing that I did not like, is the new actress, for me, Hong Su Zu. She does not know to act. You cant buy the talent.
This year I decided not to trust the MDL rating anymore. And I am glad that I stared this one when had 7.7, now 8, and i thing is diserve an 8.5. I saw half of a Cdrama last week, that has a 9.5 rating and I would give it a 2. Toxicity, over sexualization, and superficiality are glorified and what is deep, artistic, with a story, with talent is underestimated.
so I invite you to give your time to this one. The beauty, the calming of their love.... I like it.

Love it.
Love everything, and also reading the book helps see and feel everything in the story. Is a masterpiece, real life story. It's not a typical kdrama, fantasy and ceo love story, is a mature side of life. All cast is acting fantastic. I feel that Hansu loved Sunja in his own way. And also her heart was all for Isak but also for Hansu, with respect for each of them. 💛Was this review helpful to you?
Amazing history kdrama
I kept avoiding this series, the poster didn't really invite me. And now having nothing else to watch, I gave it a chance. I'm really happy beyond grateful. It's part of my top 5 of 2025, it's in 3 place.Great acting, good writing, funny, refreshing. I loved the story, a roller coster of emotions. I did not find it boring at all, didn't notice when was finished. Loved all the actors. I am in love with ChooYoung Woo, he is a talented actor, and he's just starting out... in the future I think he'll be in the charts, he will have a bright acting carrier. He played a duble role and really own it. I liked also the FL she did a great job, she has charisma and a wonderful chemistry with ML. I like all the characters and everybody bond so good in their roles.
Even the story was something new, and keeps you intrested, gives you humour, romance, mystery, emotions, kindness, loyalty, you will cry also. Deserves more attention. Its that kind of drama that you will for sure want to rewatch. Love it all.

Zero chemestry, worst drama that I ever whach
no chemistry between any characters. no connection between them, effectively nothing connects in this drama. everything seems unrealistic in a good way, new subject and comical sometimes, so many good actors in one show... I was so curious ... but you don't get with anything, you don't learn anything, you don't hope for anything. I kept hoping that would get better, but I've reached episode 8 and I'm terribly bored. I can't even see them kissing. everything is forced and toxic. no emotion, no connection, no feeling to convey to the public. ML and FL have nothing in common. I watched till there for LMH, that has a great acting in Pachinko and I really want to see him again in a new and diffrent kdrama. I hope for next one he will choose a good script that suits him and his talent and hope for a good chemestry with a FL. without chemistry you have nothingWas this review helpful to you?
Best couple of the year
superb chemistry, the couple of the year 2024 for me and loved the OST, I really liked it and I was glad that I saw it all at once. I love the kisses scene, finally a FL that know yo kiss and be in a lovely, mature scene.The last episode seemed to be from another kdrama. They need to rewrite it. I liked the beauty of it but Argan place... why when you had so many things to unfold and to show to have a great finale.
