What was that stupid strategy by the emperor in the end ? Why did he send her to a place where there was no war? There was something not right about that . I guess the writes wanted Yan He dead - that was the only reason and then she could take over? Gee this plot really went downhill towards the end ! And what the hell was Chi Zhao’s face doing there ? Oh right ! It was his trash advice the emperor lapped up. That obviously did not make sense at all. How did the emperor become so enamored by Chu Zhao all of a sudden. Hence my rating went down to a 6.0. Sorry cannot give more for this farce. It began with a bang but fizzled out after they entered the capital. There was a huge buildup for nothing. It ended up being Chu Xhao’s show all the way. WTF!

I would have been very happy if Pingting jad killed CZ right there . It would have been the perfect ending for that bastard

I still think that was an unnecessary death. It was clear that she was the one who truly cherished Chi Zhao

Yes she was totally badass there and I am glad she finally figured him out - how calculative he was and yes he was a replica of his master

The emperor and Chu Zhao thought the FL was a commodity and they could make this decision without knowing what she wants. I don’t blame the ML here at all because he was clear with the emperor from the beginning. Gee. What a fiasco in the final episodes

You are right if this had happened towards the middle of the drama and they had been separated for a little bit before coming together I would have been ok with it. But this was unnecessary towards the end. Even though I can see how Chu Zhao manipulated the situation understating the emperor

I am not at all surprised with what Chu Zhao did in ep 34. That is exactly what I was expecting . And yes the FL was blindsided by him. We have to accept that. But will he be able to force her is the question

The crap that Chu Zhao pulled in front of the emperor and the ML . The emperor was fully aware of what he was doing and Chu Zhao knew that - that is why he was confident

The last 6 episodes have been a huge let down for me. And I thought the ML looked bored 😂🤣

CZ just lost his marbles in ep 34 . It was completely unnecessary but given the way his character is written - he is a little unhinged from the beginning. But they did spend too much time and energy on him

Lord! These last few episodes have gotten a little ridiculous. Too much time spent on Chu Zhao but his true colors are showing .- not that we did not realize before. I am low key feeling sad for Pingting of all people 😂🤣

I am not at all talking about the romance angle but his manipulative and sneaky nature . He was like a puppeteer pulling strings in the background . The ML pegged him for who he was- a man with hidden agendas
