Some of us are fragile and some of us her are not. Given how her parents were it was obvious that she was coddled. I don’t know if we can say she was unrelatable - I disagree with that . And just because we identify with her it does not mean we are all boring . Maybe you are boring too then. I think we all see characters from our own perspective . Some of us may relate and some of us don’t - that’s just the way it is. That is why we all have our likes and dislikes in real life too

I was going to say , Xifan’s character is very realistic. She is girl next door- I mean I think a lot of us are like her

Fenghua needed that jolt of reality especially when Wang He got serious about college. He mom keeps warning her that she will be left behind. Let’s see what happens

I am watching episode 25. I don’t think He Suye needed that guilt trip from the junior. There was no way the ML could tell the FL about her mom’s illness if her mom did not want it . Her dad did not want it either - so it was not his place to do so. He had to honor that . Only the parents can tell her .

This drama is a perfect example of the saying ‘ there is beauty in simplicity!’ It’s a simple story - nothing novel- but they elevated to a different level.

Yes very! the other two dramas are even worse and I also had issues with the stories of LMLVM and Everybody loves me . AASOL is still a good watch because it has many things going for it

Exactly - a mature adult relationship. I wish they had done the FLs better in those above mentioned dramas, especially AASOL which was good but the ML carried that drama.
