Well I disagree- she is confusing the hell out him after coming on to him in the beginning . She is blind if she cannot see how serious he is about her. Whenever he tries to say or do romantic she runs away or brings up her career after encouraging him . So yes she is the one who is flip flopping after sayin that she was chasing him. The problem is b not that he is not taking the lead . The problem is he does not know what she wants. Also he is not a cold person, he comes across as very warm and caring.

I am not sure if the girl is really chasing - she is very wishy washy so far. The ML is more serious but he is keeping himself in check because she does not know what she wants. She has other motives for going after him. I am getting a little fed up of her game though. I hope everything comes out in the open soon
