Love this drama, it's so funny. But what make me giggle everytime is when FL seems to "grow" sometime when she is with ML. The top of her head is around the bottom of his neck but sometime it's around his nose (for aesthetic I suppose). So I always wonder if she is on a stool during the scene. :P
I'm not saying that the "SML" is a good villain but to say that one dimensional villain are better... is quite…
Your opinion, not mine. Like I said she is generic. She cannot be well or badly written. For SML, they tried and some part of his character are interesting. Some are... questionable I will give you that. And I'm not saying you are wrong to feel that way, everyone have their likes and dislikes. I'm just saying that some doesn't find one dimensional villain interesting at all.
As soon I saw the way they described the man they will going to arrest in Frankfort, I knew it wasn't for Eunseong but for Hyunwoo. It was so obvious when they didn't show the photo of the man, his name or anything that could identify him. So yeah, the final scene of the episode 14 didn't surprise me one bit. I did have hope that Eunseong redeem himself where he learn what her mother do to Haein (Trunk-kun almost isekaied her!) and do the "right thing' but no, he is still on full delulu mode. :P
Gaaaah, I cannot get over how intelligent they resolved Hae In's decision of not to get surgery and Hyun Woo's…
I was just a bit throw back by the editing. They were so emotional on the church and then they are in a cafe being petty and "happy" like the scene before never happened. For a few second I really believed it was some sort of flashback. Don't get me wrong, both scene were good but next to each other without any link between them felt really weird to me.
This is exactly why I said it's better to have a good one dimensional villain instead of a terrible two dimensions…
I'm not saying that the "SML" is a good villain but to say that one dimensional villain are better... is quite a leap. They cannot be good. She isn't bad but she is like every villain that are just "villain". Very generic. So yeah, I prefer villain with some depth to their character even if they aren't that well written.
Why is Mo Seul Hee so hell bent on ruining this family? Why didn’t she just take the cash and leave?? Anyone…
-It's her lifework & obsession. Don't expect "logic" to appear here. -Again this guy is messed up REALLY badly. Don't expect any logical reasoning from him. He was delulu before and I don't know why you expect this character to change when everything is set for him to be even more delulu. ^^' -Well, it's your opinion. You view her personality as someone who would say that she can overcome her memory loss but you could also see it as someone so prideful that she don't want a stranger to take over her body. Either way, I don't see how you can say it's not a hard decision when it's either dying being yourself or living being erased completely. For example, I find the Alzheimer's disease worst than death.
I liked it. Very Sweet. It can be a bit too much but it didn't bother me. I will just said that it was a bit weird how Fueang always paused between his lines and made the most automated smile I ever saw. It was like he was a Smiling Robot. :P Krom had the same vibe but it was a bit more natural.
I also was intrigued about the clumsy intern and the photograph but I guess this side plot was dropped at some point because we never heard of him after the first few episode. Or did I miss something ?
It's like saying to your coworker "Do you do it missionary or doggy style ? *giggling and walking away*".But I…
Well, everyone is different. Some do both, some don't, some prefer a position and some prefer doing what their partner want them to do, some switch and some stick to their position. It's really like straight peoples so no need to overthink this. ^^
It's like saying to your coworker "Do you do it missionary or doggy style ? *giggling and walking away*".But I…
Yes it was my point. ^^ I even seen girls in night club ask that to random gay peoples. Alcohol was involved for sure, but I did have massive second hand embarrassment. But in the circle, thing go wild and some are really not shy to even embarrass me for a VERY different reason. x)
I hadn’t thought about it before since we usually get happy endings now. But what if this show has a sad ending?…
I don't know if they will go with a happy ending but if not, it's most likely to be an open one than a sad one. Sad one are really rare when romance is involved and nothing foreshadow a tragedy. Like a sick MC or an already dead one (ghost mostly) for example. It could be others thing but they are often hinted before hand and I didn't get that vibe here. Except if writers go crazy and make the Dad kill his Son for not intending his freaking wedding in a excess of rage.
No I don't see how they could pull off a sad one without being really baldy written. But an open one when both of them argue for various reason beforehand leading to a "break up" -> Time skip -> We see them reconnected (or not) in the final scene. Their shit are mostly deal with and we see them smile leading to the credit. I could see that even if I don't want that. I like my happy ending, the world is already sad. :(
Feels like the more adult version of I Became the Main Role in a BL and I am so here for it!!!Hayama seems like…
Yeah, I was a bit "shocked" when he said "I'm here to find a sex partner". Like it seemed like totally innocent and I was just guessing he wanted just to observe gay men interact. That was wild! ^^'
This drama could be my new way to boost my serotonin levels on Fridays. The university setting is unusual for…
Didn't read the manga but in the preview from ep. 2 he said "It's not that I don't want to kiss you, but it's because I can't" to Natsukawa. So yeah, he definitely have issue with skinship but he try to overcome it with the "power of love". :P
Agree with some others comment here. The rating was quite low so I didn't expect much but I still wanted to try it. And it was good. More than I expected at least! Maybe the timing was wrong ? I remember skipping this one that seemed to have "mixed review" and too much thing I needed to watch. I don't quite recall exactly but I skipped a lot of drama in this period. I watch too much Drama. :P
Either way, I'm glad to have seen some short from this drama on YT that given me the itch to finally watch it. It was cute, simple and heartwarming. Everything I needed in this rough day!
How is it plain? Just out of curiosity, I’m so sick of traveling back in time etc this one I’m so excited…
Don't get me wrong here. I don't say it's wrong or bad. I wouldn't judge a whole Drama with just a 1min clip. I love my romance with fantasy, sci-fi, comedy, with out of the box setting or even with MC with strong & unique personality. This one just seems a typical romance without much added to it, so yeah it's a bit plain for my own taste. :)
I couldn't finish Close Friend 1 & 2 so I'm not a fan of it. Still tried the 3nd without knowing anything about it because why not. It's like a Thai version of The Hangover (translated as Very Bad Trip in France for some reason). It's enjoyable but not memorable. To be fair, I wasn't a fan of the movie either. :P
Anyway I'm commenting here just to say: Why ?
Even if it didn't really work on me, I'm pretty sure more people could have enjoyed it if it wasn't labelled as Close Friend. The fan of Close Friend wouldn't expect that and would be disappointed for obvious reason. And peoples who could enjoy it wouldn't go out of their way to search it in a 3nd season of a BL Drama.
It's so freaking weird and they really shoot themselves in the foot in my opinion. They totally failed to find their public so the low rating here don't really surprise me even if like I said, it's still enjoyable.

But I do know it's quite common between real friend. Either just for teasing and because they don't hide thing to each others. :)
