Don't get me wrong here. I don't say it's wrong or bad. I wouldn't judge a whole Drama with just a 1min clip. I love my romance with fantasy, sci-fi, comedy, with out of the box setting or even with MC with strong & unique personality. This one just seems a typical romance without much added to it, so yeah it's a bit plain for my own taste. :)

I couldn't finish Close Friend 1 & 2 so I'm not a fan of it. Still tried the 3nd without knowing anything about it because why not. It's like a Thai version of The Hangover (translated as Very Bad Trip in France for some reason). It's enjoyable but not memorable. To be fair, I wasn't a fan of the movie either. :P

Anyway I'm commenting here just to say: Why ?

Even if it didn't really work on me, I'm pretty sure more people could have enjoyed it if it wasn't labelled as Close Friend. The fan of Close Friend wouldn't expect that and would be disappointed for obvious reason. And peoples who could enjoy it wouldn't go out of their way to search it in a 3nd season of a BL Drama.

It's so freaking weird and they really shoot themselves in the foot in my opinion. They totally failed to find their public so the low rating here don't really surprise me even if like I said, it's still enjoyable.

Loved the first part when FL tried multiple personality. The comedy was really good. In the second half it became a little bit more serious with the moral or message they tried to convey ("Be yourself"). It was less entertaining for me as most of the fun part were gone. The romance itself is cute but a bit rushed. The short format didn't help here.

Overall, I recommend it if you want something that will light up your day for a few hour. :)

Coming back to this page when I dropped it when FL & MC finally kissed. I was planning to binge till the end when I have time but now I just prefer not to. I still have good memories of this drama and I don't want to ruin it. :(

I think it's because they weren't married yet. So, it's less bad ? :P And he didn't really try to steal her and only does a move when he is pretty sure that his brother cannot have feeling for her when he discovered the truth about him. Still a bit messed up especially with all the lies that are still around.

Seems fine. Curious to see WJH as a main lead (didn't see Little Women) as I really liked him in Bad and Crazy and some of his others stuff where he was 2ml. But to be completely honest, this drama seems a bit plain ? Well, my expectation aren't really high but it's still look enjoyable.

It's not really my kind of joke either but not to that extend. It just don't make me laugh. And I wouldn't blame Korean industry on that, poop jokes (and others childish jokes) are everywhere. Guess they are easy to make. ^^'

It's really time travel.

His previous self so no doppelganger. She did come back in her current era recently so yeah, she can go back and forth but it isn't finished yet so I can't tell you how many time she will experience that. What she does in the past do alter her own future to some degree. She still haven't figured out what can be changed and what cannot.

I don't know why but I always loved Kwak Dong Yeon. His goodiness I suppose ? His pathetic side that always make me melt ? He was really similar in Vincenzo and we all know what happened to him there. Also loved him in Gaus Electronic. I've seen he also played in My ID Is Gangnam Beauty but I will be honest and said I don't remember him there. It's been a while and I don't really remember that show.

Anyway, speaking of Vincenzo, I liked the cameo. When I saw the actor, I was: "Oh! it's the guy in Vincenzo!". (I didn't know the actor before that until I learned he was the guy in Descendants of the Sun. I also loved this drama. I'm really bad with face and name and it's even worst with asian peoples.) And then when he explained that he was "a lawyer affiliated with the mafia" I was: "Oh! It's really Vincenzo!" :P

Why EVERYONE believed in that curse ? Why the author did believe that it was her having that power that killed her lover ? Like people die all the time, it's really sad but they were no link between him dying and her telepathic ability. It was never explained why she believed that. Let's said it was just her insecurity and guilt if we really stretch.

Why did it become a curse for everyone with this power ? For all we know it only happen to her. So she wrote a book for children about it. The "professor" read it and was 100% convinced that it was true ? Really ? Again for all we know, he don't know that it's based on a true story. If he would have read "Twilight" would he have think that she was a vampire and will glow in the sun ? :P

And finally, in the last minute, we learn that the past lover just died because he had cardiac issue... Did she really not know how he died from the beginning ?! I don't know, if I'm really in love with someone and he suddenly died, I will search why, when, how. Everything about it. And certainly not make random assumption, write a book about it and curse everyone in the process.

A bit of a long rant but I really waited an explanation till the end that never came. So it just became a huge plot hole.

Really liked this drama. They are both so beautiful, cute & lovely. I do admit that the "final plot" between them is a bit... questionable ? More in the spoiler below.

I just finished the Drama today because it was finally available in my country. Every Korean sentence were translated with a flashback in the final episode. So my curiosity was satisfied and it's a final answer that yes, it was totally on purpose they didn't translated before.

In the final episode, Yuri ask Tae-o what he was thinking back at the start and we get a flashback with every translated Korean line he said in the drama. It was really to be in the PoV of Yuri but they still satisfied our curiosity in the end so I liked it.

Well I can't read Japanese so I don't know what it was written but I've just checked at it was indeed the same sentence everytime, so I trust you that it just mean "(Thoughts in Korean)".

A lot of plot hole in ep. 5:

-Por, Thai's father, asked his son to kidnap the son of the chief police -or something like that- to use it as blackmail. But then, he filmed himself killing the son for what purpose ?

-Yeah the guy have the same tattoo on his arm but come on, you really didn't check ?

-Why would the father assume that his son will take over the gang when he will be dead ?

-Why would he also assume that the other gang wouldn't retaliate even if he killed himself ? He killed the son & the "Big Boss". What's the point of dying here without witness from that gang left to tell the story ? Was he that eager to die and "hand over" the gang to his son that he didn't think like 2s ? :P

-Thai killing left and right without remorse at all but stop when it's his father -the real responsible for all the bad shit that happened to him- was a bit weird.

-What did the gang members did in this drama to be killed like it's nothing ? :P One was dead because he spoke to much (by Por). Tree to five also died when Thai tried to get revenge on his father. And many also died when the "Big Boss" raided Por's warehouse. Too many died in vain, RIP.

This ep. was a bit of a mess but I'm glad it's finished because Por as a character was a bit boring. I do hope that they will handle a bit better the side story of Phupha & the "Cult members" (?).

Yes but on Netflix for example, if you switch to Jap. subtitle his Korean line are translated. It doesn't really matter because you kind of guess what he is saying by the context. And if you are familiar with Korean Drama you can catch some overused words here and there.

Also, it isn't "Why don't you have a girlfriend?" but rather "Why a perfect guy like you keep getting dumped?". He was tell stories (by his sisters) that he was really popular and do have girlfriends. That mean to some extend that Kazuhito wanted a girlfriend to begin with.

Well, if you are familiar with manga & anime in general, it's a common troop that the perfect & popular ML keep getting being asked to date with "insert random girl that get love at first sight for no good reason" on a daily basis and your hopeless ML cannot say no for various (and questionable) reasons even if he don't know shit about that girl.

That probably the reason of why he is view as a "player". Obviously, Ryota don't know that and myself I would also be curious about that even if I would have dropped the subject because it was obvious that Kazuhito was a bit annoyed by it. :P

I guess it's taking this direction with the photo of them together appearing in his hotel room. Meaning that what she does do affect the future she's coming from + with such a fluffy & cute vibe I don't see them going a sad or even a open ending. 99% chance to be a happy ending.

Yeah + the romance between her and the "philosopher farmer" seems to be incoming really soon! :D
