If anyone drops after ep.13 i think they'll miss out on a lot of the chemistry. I know the storyline is dragging but i really do enjoy the couple which is what ep 13 FINALLY gave to us with those cute kisses, impromptu date scenes and laughable jealousy between Rui and Zifeng ^^
In my opinion Taiwanese dramas are great at romances, and I hope the Japanese vers. can live up to the great chemistry of the TW vers. I've seen a lot of great Japanese romance dramas that aren't SHOJO adaptations but nothing that hit me as well as the TW vers of MARS. I have high expectations. :D Shojo manga adaptations are a little bit iffy but can be done great if they put in the right amount of time and not rush them.
Well yeah its my opinion compared to Korean and Taiwanese dramas, which is why everyone is hoping it will be as good as the Taiwanese version right? Sooo I've seen plenty of romances and I guess you didn't understand the part where i said that it either has to be full romance for them to pull it off but when its mixed with other serious topics they tend to focus on the other parts instead of the romance. I've seen plenty of Japanese romance dramas that do a great job but they were FULL romances with no other serious topics mixed in. And I find it very condescending of you to suggest i only watch Shojo adaptations just because you don't agree with my opinion. MARS is a great SHOJO manga that i enjoy and hope that they will pull off after the popular Taiwanese version, who tend to do better in the romance genre compared to Japan, In My Opinion
1) Near already looked like a frail girl so I don't see why a girl can't play his role, makes sense to me.
2) that small trailer didn't even give me enough to examine what they've changed
there is no reason to judge any of their acting until the whole show comes out and i appreciate the fact that they want to give us a new storyline since us fans already have a movie series we can re-watch and an anime to re-watch as well. if we don't like it maybe people that have never watched Death Note will, i give them encouragement ^^
matsumoto jun is taken by the lovely Inoue Mao but I would have loved to see Gokusen continue with the manga, i was so disappointed :( so i just kept reading the manga and imagined them lol I think Park Shin Hye and Yoon Eun Hye would be good with ANYBODY i mean they're soo beautiful it kills me haha
in the mix of the medical and legal dramas there is always that ONE romance drama I HAVE to watch, haven't found a good one since Last Cinderella, so I definitely can't wait to start this one and it has Kamenashi Kazuya! I guess Older women and younger guys thing is here to stay haha
Love Shoujo! I have seen everyone of these movies and I like them for their only little quirks, just not Koukou Debut, I don't like the manga at all anyway -_- I was a fan of Paradise Kiss for years and when I saw the ending to the movie I was sooo happy, I wanted her to end up with him anyway (not saying b/c of people who may not have seen it) I never liked the other guy because I'm more into stronger men in manga life and real life when it comes to their feelings/straightfowardness. Bokura Ga Ita was flawless (and i'm not saying that b/c I'm in Ikuta Toma fan...maybe lol). Kimi ni Todoke is just too cute. and LoveCom was one of my first J-Movies so it'll always be near and dear to my heart ^^
i'm still not sure that I like it being a TV show, it takes the mysterious and dark concept away for me. it being in the shadows means anything is fair game, but on TV there is a small amount that they can do. yes there would be more psychological concepts but i really loved the Russian roulette scene from the Japanese drama. I haven't watched it yet but I hope they can incorporate that scene in there somewhere. oh well, i'll still watch it ^^
Why the koreans always copy from the Japanese dramas,be original for once's
i think they just meant, why do they remake japanese dramas instead of doing original ones....but the japanese do the same thing too so its all fair game ^^
Here goes another article for fans to just complain about America ruining everything -_- all hail South Korea (sarcasm). Its like Korean dramas are the only thing they watch and its the best thing in the world. Not judging or anything but there is a line b/w loving something and then obsession. I will watch this from my American point of view and hope for the best. At least the comments up here are more forgiving, has anybody seen the horrible comments on allkpop? like seriously netizens are crazy lol but good luck ABC hope you can change a lot of the worlds mindsets about American dramas, its far fetched but i wish ya luck. If ya don't its ok, these drama fans still have other dramas to watch lol including me haha
oooh i want more articles like these please ^^ i love japanese movies more than the dramas for some reason haha i would also like movies from other countries too ^^
i just wish shin sung rok was the main lead, i saw his pic and was like he would be perfect as Akiyama! but now i'm sadly disappointed -_- but i'll still watch it
so when its a guy thats older than the girl its okay, but with noona romances you see sooo many comments that are like 'ew' lol im excited for this btw haha
im not sure because Liar Game was already so epic and awesome that i'm not sure if another team can make it just as great without creating an exact replica.
