If you're into high budget romance based stories with fantasy elements, you're going to like it. It was fast-paced until episode 9 but then it became rather slow-moving, but it's still good.

I actually felt this way with beyond evil when they decided to troop it out with the corrupt politician, and the resolution of the of the mystery became a joke when they added that she got hit not by one but 2 cars! On a deserted road at that and after being kidnapped. It was a 10 before that.

It's ep 15 already, I've been bracing myself for the fake daughter plot for 4 episodes now, it's like pulling teeths with the dentist taking his sweet time telling you what he's about to do over and over again. The worst thing is that there is no hope for mu deok being the daugher to be revealed until that damn story unfold. The pacing is killing the excitement

Yeah I got that, I should have dropped it, but I kept expecting something to change or some character development that never came. And I brought up "My mister" b/c it's from the same writer and to say I don't have a problem with the genre, It's just this drama in particular.

I don't see why everyone is so gaga over it, and "my mister" is one my all time favorite kdrama but all I saw in this one is a bunch of depressed people not doing much to change their situation and ending up not that far from where they started or worst off (Mi jung I'm looking at you) except chang hee but he's still not even content.

I agree with you, I couldn't connect with any of the characters, b/c I couldn't see myself in any of them.
