That's my main problem, I can excuse a lot of plot holes (and this show had a lot) but my main problem is that I kept waiting for detective Oh' s character development and it never came. The reason I love an anti-hero is that he has more room to grow but he stayed the same, actually he got worst.

I'm just at ep 10 I'm not a fan of the direction choices. While the story is good, the direction and focus in some scenes gives aways most of the twists.

The previews of this show always look good b/c they usually spoil the best part.

Imagine believing the word of a mustache twirling vilain who you know is a liar and manipulator without even checking. If they have blood suking worms they must have something for that as well, but again we're talking about people who believe that DNA is passed down through the soul so...

Exactly, a character not being important doesn't give them free rein to drop hints and then discarding them as they wish. At this point I feel like they're taking the "LOST" approach where they created questions just to appear mysterious without any attention of ever giving an answer.

Let's not forget mama jin with her "I must've misheard her" is she incapable of putting 2 and 2 together ? I'm not even going to touch on how dumb they're making naksu at the moment, it started with Buyeon but now it's spreading to other areas.
I cringed so hard when they repeated the same phrase in the same scene and then the camera focused on the CP, so that we dumb audience would get it Plus point for them having flashback at the start of the episode and revealing again that Mudoek is Buyeon in case we senile audience would've forgotten about it.

Exactly, I didn't care about her beside a passing curiosity until they made me care.

That explains a lot.

That's the main thing that's bothering me about JSM's departure, I prepared myself for the FL switch but I didn't think:

1. That Mudoek would've that much potentiel. She's a freaking mix up b/w the Jin and Choi family, the most powerful priestess!
2. That they would focus on her story so much since she was just a host
3. That said potentiel wouldn't be explored and she would've a rushed ending, and remain unexplored.

I think they should've casted a newbie, then making her SL wouldn't be a problem.

That's been bothering me since the start, Girl was raped b/c of him. Couldn't he give her a heads up before shifting souls? At least he gave protecting Uk as a reason I guess? Too little too late for me

Yeah they missed the boat on this one. They should stop with trying to make everything seem mysterious relevant. And I'm bracing myself for the conclusion of the buyeon s/l it eat up so much screentime

What with the crown prince meeting Jin mu alone, wasn't he afraid he would take his body? I for one was. I know for all he knows the white stone is no-more but I wouldn't take the chance. My anxiety rose to the point I was downright glad he only told him about that damn king's star.

Yeah, the main problem is the pacing, it's like endless filler, fake Buyeon and then we're either bombarded with informations or everything happening at once.

I couldn't stop laughing at the king being chill throughout all the shenanigans until the king's star is mentioned. Heck even his wife being an impostor barely phased him

So-i can kick rocks for all I care, so she's perfectly fine with getting her friend who constantly helped her killed but she draws the line at the cute boy who gave her a hand and an umbrella once? And that's supposed to redeem her?

Hi Jang kang!! Bye I guess? And the point was? I get what they tried to do but there are rules to story telling and when you hype up a character you have to make him mesure up. It was so sudden I didn't feel anything but underwhelmed

If you're into high budget romance based stories with fantasy elements, you're going to like it. It was fast-paced until episode 9 but then it became rather slow-moving, but it's still good.

I actually felt this way with beyond evil when they decided to troop it out with the corrupt politician, and the resolution of the of the mystery became a joke when they added that she got hit not by one but 2 cars! On a deserted road at that and after being kidnapped. It was a 10 before that.

Yeah maybe, but they still could do so while she's pretending to be the daughter.
