Ive already rewatched
This show is amazing i love reincarnation shows. Ive already watched it twice and will probably watch again in the future. I dont have many favorite kdramas because chinese dramas have more actions and twists and turns than korean shows so korean shows can be a bit slow for me but this one is on another level. I also find it hard to watch anything where one of the leads is not attractive to me,and the female lead here is not,but the storyline was so good i just kept going anyway lol. Boring
I watched this because i love age gap dramas but it was super boring,dragged on and there was no chemistry between leads. They went with one seggs scene when they got drunk which looked oretty cringe i guess cuz it was his first time but the looked very unnatural in those scenes. Then after that they only pecked here and there and never shared a real intimate kiss. Im sorry but what romance drama doesnt show a real kiss scene? It was 38 episodes it should have been 16 episodes like a kdrama cuz they could habe told the whole story in those episodes. The amount of eoisodes where literally nothing of importance happened was insane. And they dont even get together until like episode 30 or so i dont remember but yea i kept waitong and waitong for the romance and it just did not come. They dodnt show the wedding either. Idk why i even finished instead of dropping but i know by like episode 10 this show was not for me. I liked both leads well enough they jist didnt work well together at all! I wish i could get those hours of my life back. Luckily i fast forwarded through the boring scenes which were FREQUENT so i didnt waste toooo much of my time lol. I wouldnt recommend this show even for like when you have nothing else to watch because it just frustrating and boring.Was this review helpful to you?

Accurate depiction of real life with a twist
I loved this drama and it will hold a special place in my heart. I almost didnt watch it because i dont like sad shows and it seemed like it would be sad. This show is not your typical happy go lucky show and thats what makes it special. It really showed how life picks on some people and they can never catch a break. I really related to this show and the element of the mailbox gave me goosebumps several times it just felt like i was there experiencing it with them. I loved that they didnt focus on romance but just a beautiful bond between the two leads and i have always adored the male lead but this was his best role to date in my opinion. I was SO HAPPY that it ended happily for them. I thought they wouldnt get the happy ending but in the end they did. Its more than a lot of us get. Some never get that happy ending and continue to struggle through life. I will deff rewatch this in the future ❤️ dont debate it just watch, you wont regret it!Was this review helpful to you?
Amazing but horrible ending
One of my favorite dramas. It had enough action, martial arts, and scheming to keep me engrossed, and thats pretty rare. I loved almost every character, the only thing was that the male lead was way too trusting and kind of simp the whole time 🤣🤣 but i still loved it. The one star off is for the ending. What a joke. It is one of my favorite dramas with THE WORST ENDING ive ever seen. Worse than just a cliff hanger, they give you no idea what happens in the end. If you watch this drama skip like the last 15 minutes. Because it ruined the show.Watching it again 6 months later and its just as good as the first time. Honesty this is the only show that i havent had to fast forward parts that were boring or unnecesary. I feel like every scene is necessary in this show,that may be because there are less episodes that the normal 32-40 episode cdrama. The visuals and the martial arts scenes are unmatched and the cinematography is the best ive seen in probably any drama ive watched. The cast is the most beautiful cast ive ever seen. Almost every single character is drop dead gorgeous. And the funny sister character is my favorite from any drama ive ever watched,she makes me giggle all the time but also has her serious side which will break your heart when shes hurting. If youre contemplating watching it just do it! DONT SKIP THIS SHOW ❤️❤️

Average and Boring
Just another average boring kdrama. I swear the only great one that cane out this year was lovely runner. Bon appetite your majesty was cute but idk whats happening with the kdramas this year. Pretty lame tbh
This show is like Just an average show that you can watch when you're bored or something. I give it a 5 out of 10. And I have watched i think 11 episode so far. The female general always needs saving and she's just not very convincing as like a bad a*s female general. And when ML turns into a kid, it literally makes no sense and is never explained. Even the fights scenes and the war scenes are just horrible.I just finished watching legend of female general and the fightings were so amazing.This show is such a let down honestly.
