It can be a love triangle, BUT that doesn't mean it they will write is an annoying love triangle. I've seen a couple of show, not just Kdramas where the love triangle wasn't irritating and cliché at all. For example, in Doona.

The acting on this show is something else! I would be surprised if Eun Bin won't win another Baeksang. It's so refreshing to see two women not hating, instead loving and caring for each other! One minute you're crying because the scene is so sad, another minute later you're crying of laughter. What a well-written show so far. Also, if a show makes you cry because a character eating a freakin' ramyon, it deserves every award! Park Eun Bin, what a woman you are!👏👏👏

What if he has a wife or a girlfriend and both want a child now, or just want to adopt one? Think before comment. Oh man, episode 2, WOW! I'm a mess thanks to the concert scene! I smell another Baeksang Award for Eun Bin. I watched everything from her, basically since she was 18 and every role she played is totally different. She's easily one of the most versatile actress in Korea! She had a good voice before this role, but now she's better than most Kpop singer.

I'm not overestimating anything, I'm just saying that everything is possible because I see many kids without a phone even today. So why couldn't be possible in South-Korea too? Especially in 2007? That poor girl has more problems than a laptop or a smartphone, that's what I'm saying. It's not like it's a fantasy element that she don't anything about these things. Also, we can't know for sure how much she knows because these are just pictures, we didn't see the episodes yet. I mean, like you said, she lived on an island for 15 years, and the world can change a LOT in 15 years, especially in tech. I mean, I'm pretty sure that you, me, and many others reacted the same way when we see a new tech like she did. We hear about these things regularly and using the most advance techs most of the time. I'm still fascinated by some new techs.

They live in a small village (or Island, I don't remember) Sure, she had a phone and CD's, but that's all. She didn't have a PC, only Ki Ho had one. She only used a PC at the school, and even those were old ones. Also, just because someone heard about smartphones, for example, doesn't mean they can use it. BTW, in 2007 there wasn't many "advanced" tech, only PC with huge monitors and flip phones. The first smartphones came in 2006! That's only 1 year before the 1st episode take place. I don't think we watched the same episode or have the same understanding of Korean society/culture. Not every Korean lives in big cities where you can see the most advanced techs.

In Hungary in a small village, but I lived in big cities too, but I hated it. Not everyone is into tech and not everyone want to give smartphones to their kids before age 14! Kids should play outside, not on a smartphone or on a PC. That's why this world is doomed.
I don't get it why this drama is so underrated! One of the best written show I've watched so far! I'll take that back, I know why, because people are frustrated because it's NOT another stupid love drama. It's just another great slice of life drama about real people. If you're an artist, or you ever wanted to be one or just had a dream, you're going to love this show, because they portrayed really well how hard to achieve your goals. Not to mention that the characters in this show are felt so real, thanks to the writing and acting. I honestly don't get why people want the same crap over and over from every drama. You should just pick your favorite romance Kdrama and watch it all day and don't watch anything else, if you don't like to try new things.
