There was a movie about this back when I was a kid, I remember. If she was declared legally dead, and the marriage was dissolved, she would have to petition the court to revoke her death certificate; that wouldn't automatically reinstate the marriage, IIRC. Who knows how it works in SK though?
But it's KS, who knows what he did? With a BIL that's a lawyer, it should have been a piece of cake (pun intended again....Darn that Loelha for mentioning baked goods!)

Well, they're really on a roll here (pun intended). Another good episode. The birthday party was just as (if not more) emotional for me than the funeral. DH's heart seemed so full. Tomorrow is going to be the peak of the show for me, since I'm not really invested in the KS/MR thing. I just hope they are kind to DH's character.

So that's our 'friday' cliffhanger?

When she texted him her thank you after the party, I thought his face would explode from smiling so much!

When they showed the fresh-baked croissants, it drove me nuts.

I find myself strangely satisfied with 36, at least with the ending. It's nice to be able to not think of the show. LOL.
Maybe they did it to create buzz for the show? I mean, look at how the comments section here blew up over the last 3 eps. Orders from on-high to get people all over the world talking about it? I dunno, Sher, I give up guessing with this series. Just let it play out and see what happens. I'm sure we'll be screaming this weekend again, at BongNim if the preview is accurate.

You don't need the subs actually to appreciate the KS/DH scenes. Those 2 are so good. Father & future SIL. Although DH doesn't look that much older than KS, to me.

This is why I'm glad Ding told the whole story. Now CR knows she was being coveted by a married man.

But didn't MR hear the WHOLE story? When they talked about using MR to take over the company? She hasn't mentioned that.

AT any rate, I think that when she finds out that DH is MR dad, and the potential conflict with Little Dong will spell the end of their relationship. That, or she steps up and tells that punk to back off MR.

well at 35 they can't trust him, and neither would I, his life choices are idiotic, at best. It's just my opinion.
He'll wind up time-sharing that side chick, if you get my meaning, anyhow. That dummy.

instead of "i want to punch you so hard now" I wanted him to say "I want to throw you off this building so bad now"

At least KS reminded the busybodies he also saved JD that time too.

As far as Ding, I know I'm in the tiniest of minorities here, but she's not in the same league as he devious brothers. She's his Aunt, and was just as shocked as anyone to hear what her dirtbag nephew did. She's obligated to ask for his forgiveness, and I understand her fear of him going to the US unsupervised....you know that little creep will hook up again with his favorite working-girl. She also cleared the air on the deal with Big Dong's wife's death, something that even CR did not know. This was a big deal, I think. I don't expect her to look at her nephew the same again.

Props to CR for speaking the whole truth too, so even her father understands now.

But all that pales in comparison to the scenes with DH. Another powerful performance. He steals the show for me.

Well this was almost a situation of TOO MUCH action in an episode (certainly by this show's standards at least).
MR "forgive"? I guess
MR "forget"? Nope. At least, I hope not. The seeds of Dong Destruction have been sowed.

The biggest development for me was KS finding out who MR's dad is. I'm surprised that's not being mentioned here. Based on their previous history, they would have dragged this out for a week. Not only does CR find out everything, but so does KS. This much development is mind-blowing for me. Plus getting to see DH & KS shop for women's shoes was pretty cute.

I'm really curious to see how Grandma reacts to InOk trying to order her to do something. I can't imagine she's going to let the woman she's held in contempt for years order her around?

I'm telling you, if YD takes off that Baby Bjorn and lets Granny hold the baby for a while, Granny will put YD on the family register HERSELF, just to piss off InOk.
