Jaehyung & Seseung are better off not picking anyone in the end.
Jiwon is enjoying the attention she's getting from Yongwoo, so she secretly wants Jaehyung to step up his game cause she knows how much he likes her. Jaehyung should seriously reconsider not picking her in the end cause that will make him look like a simp for her, and I don't want him to have to "win" her over. Jaehyung doesn't deserve that kind of treatment after he poured his heart into her. Jiwon is not worth it. This is why I was in favor of Choa for Jaehyung cause I know she's more the committed type that he needs.
Seseung, is too precious. If I was her sibling and seeing that episode she cried privately, that would make me so angry. Jungsub should be ashamed of himself seeing that being broadcast, and how he overall look like a douche to Seseung for most of the time with her.
Anyways, I read that both the Parks' are close post the show, and have met up quite a few times since the show had ended. I'm glad that it turned out that way, these pairs of siblings truly deserve the best out of the rests. Idk if you saw this clip of Jaehyung, he was spotted eating with a girl, but she's facing the back, and the hair doesn't seem to resemble Jiwon, so hopefully it's really NOT her. After the Singapore episodes, I don't know if the PD will do a second season, I read that the viewers don't want to. I think it lost the spark once the environment change. I actually adore when they show the casts their personal home videos and adorable pictures, it gives you that sense of familiarity and wholesomeness. But since the Singapore transition, it's no longer as entertaining as it was.
You said absolutely everthing I am feeling right now. Yunha really shot herself in the foot because that text…
yes, just finished the current episode. I made a comment about what if Yongwoo ensnares Jiwon (which I didn't think it's possible) in the last minute, lol. And sure enough that seems to be what's happening. I just ate my words badly. I adore Jaehyung, so it breaks my heart to see him feel unreciprocated.
You said absolutely everthing I am feeling right now. Yunha really shot herself in the foot because that text…
Lmao. I was reading a comment from another site, that they actually wanna see Yunha & Yongwoo end up together, so that Choa can end up with Yunjae. While I don't see that happening, it would be a hilarious twist. I always viewed Yunha to be more level-headed apart from her being so cheerful, but she turns out to be rather shallow when in front of temptation. And yes, the text was so "sisterzoned," I hope that gave her at least some sort of a reality check, that Yongwoo just used her to avoid Choa.
According to k-netz, Yongwoo is definitely interested in Jiwon, but my only reason to think that it might not be a romantic one is cause she works in the entertainment industry. I feel like, he wants to shoot her shot with her in the hopes that she will reciprocate his "feelings." But I think he wants to do that for his own personal interest, with all these allegations coming out about him wanting to have media exposure. If he by some miraculous last minute magic or voodoo get Jiwon to fall for him, she might be his ticket to fame after this show ends. Though I doubt Jiwon would actually fall for his antics, considering she already shut down Chulhyun's advances on her. Jiwon has a good perception of the guys in the house, and it's no secret she started to develop feelings for Jaehyung because she sees how real he is compared to the other guys.
I’m disappointed at Yunha 🙄 for even trying to pursue a romantic situation with Yongwoo, when she has a sure thing going on with Yunjae. I get that she was crushing on Yongwoo since day one, but she should have realized since then that if he had any interest in her, he would have made an attempt to ask her on a date. Her infatuation with Yongwoo is gonna cause her a really good thing with Yunjae.
Yongwoo is becoming very intolerable to watch, the closer we are to the finale. I’m very much aware of all the allegations that have been coming out about him, while I don’t hate the guy, he definitely deserves the criticism he’s getting after the fall out with Choa. He doesn’t wanna come off as a villain because now he wants to separate himself away from her, but at this stage of the show, it’s far too little too late for that. If he wanted to explore his options, he should have done that much earlier when things are a little less complicated than it is now 🤦🏻♀️. The whole atmosphere during the texting part was tense and uncomfortable. It’s like there’s an elephant in the room kind of feeling.
Although it wasn’t romantic, I’m glad Choa and Jaehyung got to spend time together and got a much needed emotional break for Choa. Also, it’s great to see her being herself for ones, like she didn’t seem like she has to put up a front for Jaehyung, cuz he already accepts her the way she is. I knew they had gotten closer, but this episode basically showcased their bond with each other. I can abandon the thought of them being the end game now, lol. Best of luck to Choa 👍😊.
And for Jaehyung, I wish him all the best with his romantic endeavors. It’s obvious that he likes Jiwon a great deal, and it’s so cute to see him being so clingy around her 😆.
I’m not fluent in Korean, but can anybody explain the last 10 minutes of the episodes to me? The subtitle stopped after the scene with Jaehyung & Jiwon in the balcony, and I wanted to know what conversation that was happening in the dining room with the rest of the casts. I understood the part when Yunjae wanted to sleep first because he seemed sad about Yunha ignoring him the whole day.
Jaehyung and Jiwon's date was cute and fun. But I still ship Jaehyung with his ChoaA noona, lol.
Jungsub and Seseung are like a couple in a relationship crisis. The guy wants to openly explore other women, while the girl is trying her hardest to keep the relationship going even though she knows it's a dead end. Its sad to see this play out before our eyes, but that's the reality of most relationship.
What can I say about Yongwoo; he's trying his best not to break ChoA's heart, but if he didn't want to go further with her, he should have stopped texting her, so at least the girl could taken a hint that he's moving away from her. But no, he kept sending her a text even though his feelings might not have been there and continued this "persona," for ChoA to have a false sense of stability. I knew guys like him are too good to be true, I was already kind of skeptical in the beginning how perfect he seemed, and sure enough, his true colors come out eventually. I don't want to judge him harshly, given the rumors that have been coming out about him promoting himself by joining this show, but unfortunately this episode highlights him in a negative way. Also, I think he went to Jiwon implying to pick him as her benefit date, due in part to avoid going on a date with ChoA, and to help Juyeon secure a possible date with Jaehyung.
It's interesting to note that the two people who didn't received a text in the beginning of this show, are now the 2 people who could possibly leave this show with respective partners; Jaehyung & Yunha. Crazy how there's a reversal of fortune for others given how these 2 people weren't in any of the dating radar in the beginning episodes. Yunha seems like a lock with Yunjae already, and I can see them both dating outside of this show, given that Yunjae's mom already had a good impression of Yunha when she saw her. Jaehyung & Jiwon have the potential as well, but I don't know if they'll continue dating outside of the show.
I am afraid to be all in on the Cho A and JH train. I am still traumatized by YW lol..There must definitely be…
join us! lol.
but tbh, I just find it more interesting if they do end up together because their pairing is so off the wall, it would be one crazy ending. it's possible that they have gotten close, but most likely been cut from the editing floor. what we do know from the trailers is that they both will have a date together, and those scenes that were shown of them in the market, and lying down on the grass together, give a glimpse of what could potentially be a completely different end game for sure.
also, I don't think there's anything wrong with shipping, just as long as it's not done maliciously nor over stepping one's boundaries. I hope others could respect each other's personal choices because at the end of the day, we are all viewers and we don't have control over these casts lives. so I hope us fans can find a more healthier way to ship our faves, cause this shouldn't be so competitive at all.
Jaehyung asking ChoA for a high-five and if she ate anything good was so wholesome. It's those little moments that makes me believe, they have the potential to be endgame. Anyways, there's still 4 days left - ANYTHING can happen. The PD did state there's someone who's final pick surprised her & the staff, so it's definitely a couple that none of us expected.
I honestly think Jaehyung & Jiwon are each other's types, but won't work out due to having been similar to their previous exes. Also, Jaehyung acted similarly cheerful when he was on a date with Yunha, so I didn't think his behavior with Jiwon is anything different from the way he was on his first date. I actually thought Yunha best suit him in terms of personality (banter); but then again, Yunha seems to get along with just about everyone regardless of age.
Anyways, I do noticed that the show is starting to get laggy, I wish the production could have done some sort competition to make things a little bit more engaging for everyone apart from the dates. I get that this PD is more of a in-depth look into dynamics rather than the competitive nature of dating, but this isn't TL/EXChange, so I would have wish that this PD could have a different approach to the way this show's dates were set up. Cause it's starting to look predictable at times.
Other than Yunjae & Yunha, I would love to see Jaehyung - ChoA end up together, to shake up the final episode. I guess TL3's finale left me with dissatisfaction, so I wanna channel it on this show, lol.
the Jaehyung - Choa rumored pairing actually reminds me a lot of of the HaeEun HyungGyu pairing from TL2; and coincidentally, it's directed by the same PD. remember how HaeEun wasn't so thrilled about HyungGyu due to his age, and how she "grunted" when he singled her out for a date in front of everyone because she had to reluctantly agreed. this could actually happen with this two.
I'm pretty sure they actually have gotten closer since the Gangwondo trip, it was likely left out for a reason. I think the Singapore trip will start to unravel all those edited moments from the previous episodes, to start showcasing the love line slowly.
About ep 10. I really love this show but man the pacing is so slow that it's frustrating. Prev ep and teaser brings…
agree. I didn't think their sibling frustrations aren't that big of a deal for the production to blew it out of proportion, and take up much of the episode. their "drama" is pretty much exaggerated for content, I've seen worser sibling disagreement than this. I think Jiwon is upset because she's surrounded by other sibling pairs that do have a better communication dynamic than she and Yunjae has; but that's it. it's not really that as "dramatic" as it was portrayed in the episode. editing really does affect how viewers perceived things when it gets publicize for the narrative purposes. Even though I'm already familiar with this PD and her style of directing, I wouldn't be surprise if even she gets pressured to show a certain narrative in order to lengthen the show. That could also be something I'm prepared to face when this show ends; that maybe the casts love lines do get entangled somehow, and the intended ending might be surprising than what is expected. Or maybe I'm just scarred by TL3, that's why I don't have any expectations anymore.
I think because of editing we probably didn’t see much of the other interactions between CJ and YJ. I also think…
"I would worry that the ex would still interfere with our relationship."
Same. It's worrisome that she managed to interfere during the show, when those two aren't even together, what more if they are actually dating irl. it definitely is possible. And idk if Juwon has enough strength to protect Yujung and withstand everything given he majorly got swayed and was ready to throw out everything while they were in the show. It's not a good look for Juwon, and he's a great guy, but he was just used to that cycle with his ex, it's harder for him to break free from it. While Yujung and him might be the right people for each other, just the timing ain't right. But Yujung managed to work things out with Changjin, and I'm glad it worked out in the end for them both. Just sucks k-netz are giving her a hard time because of her decision.
yujung broke up over text and changjin didn't even bother replying to it...idk how you can get back after something…
Juwon didn't gave her a reason to hold on to him. He didn't prioritize his feelings for Yujung during the critical stages of the show. I wish Juwon could have stood up to his ex that Yujung means a lot to him, but he was so caught up on the familiarity of his previous relationship that, it definitely played a huge part on why Yujung decided to pick Changjin in the end. The Truth game basically sealed the deal for her, and just like Yujung said, "it was hard to face the truth." Juwon wanted to hear his ex tell him what he wants to hear (in front of everyone), instead of telling her, there is someone who I'm very fond of, and I'm leaning towards her. If he had said that, Yujung for sure wouldn't waver and pick him in the end. But like he said, he regretted things he shouldn't have said, but it's little too late for that tbh.
On the other hand, Changjin has his issues, but he was very consistent that he wanted to get back with her. That last conversation with Yujung that night before the final day, says a lot about how she felt for him. She took into consideration that Changjin is struggling but is definitely trying his hardest to give her the assurance, and well - it paid off.
The production did sold us a "dream" this season, but what I took from this is, "not all that glitter ain't gold." So there's a lesson to be learned from this; just because they look the picture perfect couple, there are underlying things that we aren't seeing fully. The production this season definitely did certain people dirty, and by that I mean Changjin. But they did managed to sneak in certain aspects of him and Yujung getting along, but it wasn't enough because we are all shown Juwon and her vibing so well even after all the drama.
From my eyes, it doesn't look like Jaehyung has much attraction to her at all, he's just thinking about the possibility.…
observing his personality on the show, he doesn't seem to be attracted to any of the women in the show (minus his sister of course) lmao. I feel like he treats this show not so much as a dating show, but a unique bonding experience about adulthood; and if he does "fall in love," it would be kind of a happenstance - even though the premise of the show is still about dating. I think that's part of his charm.
I get why Jiwon would be the obvious pairing for him, given his dating history & preference. But I feel like it wouldn't last either because he might already have inhibitions about her since he's dated someone similar in the past.
That's why when I read about the spoiler, I thought that would be an interesting pairing. After the sibling reveal, I can see it happening due in part about their contrasting personality, and the struggles they endure during childhood. I feel like that would be a connection they can bond. Jaehyung turns out to be a sickly child, that's why he's more carefree as an adult because he wants to live life to the fullest. While ChoA had a difficult childhood, but grew up strong, calm, and collective.
Given how she's treated him--especially in the last two episodes--she clearly doesn't want to be with him. I think…
I don't think she wants to get back together with Changjin either, but I think Yujung took into consideration how regretful he was of their relationship, and even though it may not be enough for her - he's trying his best to make amends with the whole situation. That's why I feel like she'll pick Changjin in the end due to his consistency. I don't think they'll get back together after the show though, unless Changjin holds on to his promise about changing.
Anyways, Juwon wanted his "wish" about meeting after the show. I was actually wondering about that "wish," whether it was gonna get brought up later, but Juwon hadn't forgotten about it. And I think that speaks to what will happened post the show. Him and Yujung may or may not connect for the final episode, but there's a high chance that they'll meet ones the show is over. This would make sense, given all those alleged sightings that fans have been reporting about spotting Juwon & Yujung (along w/ Dahye, etc) since last month.
I love Jaehyung, and I hope he actually comes out of this show with a love partner. I feel like his full potential has yet to go into fruition. Right now, he's getting "close" to Juyeon because they bonded during their trip, but even he stated he's still unknown whether to see her as a potential "woman" he wants to date in the future. So for now, he's more leaning towards a "Oppa-Dongsaeng" relationship with her.
So idk if you all heard about the spoilers, but it actually got me intrigue because if that's the direction of how Jaehyung's loveline would be in the final episode, I could see it happening as of this latest episode. But we'll see if it will actually head into that possibility.
I actually felt bad for Changjin, after that conversation with Yujung. I think Yujung felt the same way, that's why she told Dahye, that even if she picks Juwon, "Changjin means a lot to her" cause she knows he's struggling. As much as I would like a Juwon-Yujung end game, I kind of want Yujung to pick Changjin due to his consistency. I'm kind of nervous about Juwon's final choice. He could potentially make a reverse, and pick Seokyung base on the final preview. If she does pick Changjin, then the spoilers that have been going around would be justified; she picks Changjin, but they're no longer dating after the show.
