This is one of the more unique premises in recent times tho...villain x villain is not a common trope at all...im tired of time travelling dramas tho but hopefully the premise saves it
Can this get a better plot summary? It's just a bunch of characters and their job profiles, like how does that help me understand anything? What even is this show about? I still have no clue...is it slice of life, or romance themed? Melodramas can be anything...
Out of all the shows coming out in april this ia definitely up there lol...kim hyangi is such a cool actress...i've no idea what to expect with this show
Fandom is fully manufactured too. Most people just don't join the dots, I was very slow to realise it, taking…
Sure but individual fans just watch what they watch. Like i have too many favorites to be part of any one fandom...a lot of wasted time imo, also it's never that serious. Just watch who or what you like 🤷♀️
Still better than the garbage coming out of hollywood
Id rather u suggest what u liked coz all the stuff ive seen coming out of hollywood have been really disappointing. They dont even make proper romcoms anymore with good acting. Slice of life, inspiring stories like the pursuit of happyness or buddy action dramas like rush hour or the mummy r all basically non existent. These were my fav genres
Ji chang wook was also snubbed but it's nothing new atp...nobody actually cares about these silly awards in real life...fans will keep watching their favs whether they have a baeksang or not 🤷♀️
This is my first yumi's cells and had no idea what to expect going into it...i really enjoyed ep 1. Yumi is so cute and so r her cells lol...completely relatable with all the back and forth. The earphones scene for example made me feel so seen lmao...socially unaware people r a personal pet peeve of mine too 🤣😅
Her leads just keep getting younger and younger haha from yumi's cells 1 to 3...why do they keep doing this to kim goeun 😅 opposite of when she first debuted and acted with everyone 2 decades older than her 🤣
The only 2 characters i can sympathise with are crown prince and his majesty. I find huiju’s character a mix…
I agree to some extent tho i like that she can dish it and take it too like how she lets her secretary put her in her place all the time haha...she was kind to the tiny king and even Ian's secretary. So i do see goodness in her despite all the brattiness.
But 100% agreed with feeling for Ian and the little king. My heart breaks for both of them. The tiny kid having such a toxic mother whose ambition clouds everything even her own child's safety and anxiety. And Ian who seems to have lived his whole life prioritizing others and feels like a hollow shell of who he could've been :( even the marriage feels like he's doing it more for huiju than himself. I hope his character arc is well done and he learns to stand up for himself without feeling like he needs to vanish into the background all the time
What a fun ep2! Love the cat and mouse chemistry between the leads. Hope this isn't one of those dramas where the ice princess act ruins reciprocity in their relationship. I hope the prince isn't the only one giving and the fl catches feelings at the same pace too. Can't wait to see huiju use her snobbiness to defend the prince in front of all the people that conspire against him. Likewise I'm hoping the prince teaches huiju that it's okay to let someone else run the show for a bit too...^^
