I'm not saying that only men can cheat, I'm not rooting for men here, I'm mad over the fact that she barley got punished over what she had done. She should be properly punished just like men should. Her husband should've divorced her and refused to accept her child. That's the logical outcome. He was a good husband not a toxic and abusive one so he does has the right to punish her.

If a man cheats on his wife and get his mistress pregnant his wife also should divorce him and refuse to accept his child from another woman.

Supporting women being awful isn't women empowerment. I'm a feminist myself, but feminism is about quality not blind support and worship of women regaldless of what said women do.

Also why can't I complain about the plot? Why do you think MDL comment and reviews sections exist? For watchers to share their thoughts on the plot, acting...etc not share their thoughts about real crimes in real life, this is not a news website.

Also why wouldn't I worry about real life issues of men abusing and harassing women? My father was abusive and luckily my mother divorced him. My brother also turned like him so I got more than my fare share of toxic men in my life. Sadly both of them are going around being assholes to women and not properly paying the price for it. That's exactly why I'm mad. It's cause I overall despise when people cheat, lie, and abuse others then easily get away with it regaldless of the gender.

You seem to not actually read my comment properlly, yet rushed to reply. What I'm mad at isn't just her being a bad person, but how the plot made her awful mistakes as if they are nothing. She barley got punished and still her husband easily forgave her. What pisses me off is when plots try hard to redeem scum and belittle their wrong doings. Just like what you did yourself, you compared her to more awful criminals and made it so that she comes off as a kinda bad woman when she is an utter piece of shit.

Just cause she didn't r*pe or kill someone doesn't mean she didn't deserve a serious punishment and having her husband cut ties with her as soon as he learned she cheated on him and is pregnant with another man's child. Also in real life this type of behavior could've ended with the husband killing her then himself out of rage and heartbreak. It's not NOTHING. Many people commit murder, su*cide, as well as lose their desire to love anyone again and spend yeara getting therapy over adultry.

But appearantly to you it's just a stupid child mistake nothing more nothing less so she should just get a slap on wrist over it.

I do realize that she is the main character...she is the FL. Her uncle is a professional assassin and was a part of special force, he killed like hundreds of people just like Minhye, Pasin, and Bale. They are all strong and cool as hell. Jian, what did she do for us to consider her as badass as them?

Just hide and run away while others die to protect her and rely on brother's tech to burn the bad guys. The only actually cool moment of her was when she killed the woman villain and that's it. Nothing else. I expected her to become way tougher and fierce after all the tragedies she dealt with. Yet the plot glorified her as if she became super badass when that wasn't the case. It's not about feminism or whatever bullsh*t you talked about. Minhye is a cool and super badass female character. Yet Jian, the actual FL isn't as half interesting as her and that's utterly disappointing cause I'm supposed to care the most about Jian not side characters...

If you like her that's fine, personally I find her badly written and boring. I thought season 2 was gonna do her character way better than this after watching season 1 which was exciting.

This whole season felt like a massive try to glorify Jian's character. Her becoming Murtherhelp or whatever that app is called CEO and making plans was a bit laughable, I don't know she didn't feel that tough to me even after all horrors she went through. I expected her to become more badass than that, but she remained as the typical damsel in distress...The scene were she immediately shot the villain woman was cool though, it was the only scene I liked of Jian in both seasons. She was the most uninteresting character in the main cast which irked me cause she is the FL.

Only reason I kept watching were Lee Dong Wook, his men (Pasin, Minhye, Brother, Mr. Kim, and that North Korean dude), and the a*shole Bale who was a cool villain character. Sadly they killed Bale in such a stupid way, it also made me frustrated.
Ironically even that boat boy was 10 times more interesting than Jian so having everyone die for her sake pissed me off at some point as much as I felt sorry for her.

The second season overall was meh, I did like that Lee Dong Wook and the others had more scenes, and they explained what happened during the time Jian was attcaked in that house. Other than that the season was lowkey badly written.

Now with my major issues:
1/ The villain woman was one of the most wack villain characters I came across. I couldn't take her seriously at all, she just felt like a whiny, spoiled, stuck up, and self centered teenager. Her whole superiority complex over being raised in Japan instead of Korea was also retarded. Whenever things don't go her way she throws a tantrum and screams like an irritating toddler...Bale was the only actually decent villain in the plot and he fit the drama vibe well. K was also a nice villain character.

2/ Q, her brother, and men were all also not that great to me. I couldn't take any of them seriously too nor cared about them.

3/ The whole switch up of Pasin betraying the others, then him and brother dying to protect Jian felt forced in a way, I don't know it just felt like the author didn't know how to end the plot and they wanted to make sure some of the popular characters die tragically so the plot doesn't seem too vanilla. Pasin didn't handle the whole situation wisely, he could've still told the others that he was forced to betray them without the bad guys hearing him through the chip, and he didn't need to shoot brother.

Exactly! I did come across many women who do what you said, I don't get as to why recently feminism became this twisted and illogical. It makes it hard to call myself a feminist cause most people would assume I'm a lunatic who wants all men to die or some nonesense of the sort...

Any person who justify bad behavior and support it is someone you should stay away from at any cost. Including these maniacs in MDL. People online are 30 times more toxic than people in real life cause they know you can't punch them through the screen whenever they are being rude or cruel to you.

There are several cases of women actually writing decent plots, not all female writers are bad, and some of the supposed feminist dramas are written by male authors as well and they always make the female characters unsufferable as a way to insult female empowerment and feminism.
I'm a woman myself but I just can't stand these weird glorification of being a cheater and basically a slut.

My father and older brother were womanizers and they cheated on all women they got in a relationship with. I hate them both with passion, and my father also abused my mother like I mentioned in my original comment, but still I despise when women try so hard to make it as of all men are bad. True feminism is about equality. Basically both men and women being treated, supported, or punished the same way. Not women worshiping and men torturing. That's misandry not feminism. I don't get what's wrong with these plots!

Trying to justify the actions of these bad female characters just cause "Men have been cheating and abusing women since ancient age" is a horrible excuse. Just cause someone is evil to you doesn't mean you have the right to be evil to others yourself.

Yes many women are just scary, selfish, cruel, and unbearable, just like many men are toxic as heck, violent, rude, and creepy. It goes both way, and anyone who supports abuse, cheating, playboy/playgirl life style, toxic or violent behavior, child mistreatment...etc is undeserving of the oxygen they breathe.

World is turning into one hell of a horrifying place at this point with how mentally f*cked up, immoral, and inhumane everyone are. It's just tragic...

Exactly why I struggle to watch this drama...

First season was 8/10, this season was 8.5/10 and I highly enjoyed Rain's acting as well as the awfully brutal fighting scenes.
I love how soft, calm, polite, simple, sweet, and humble Gun Woo is. Majority of action/thriller protagonists tend to be cocky, loud, overly reckless, cold, annoying, immature to the core, and try hard to look and act cool. Having a ML like him is a nice change.

I also love how there is zero romance involved, just pure bromance. An actual normal bromnace, not a clear BL being called bromance. As much as I love BL, it feels good to have a proper bromance show for once.

Now there were some issues that genuinely pissed me off which is why I couldn't give this season 9+ rating.

1. Too much crying...yes, I said I love Gun Woo gentle nature and it's okay for him to cry when everyone around him are either dying tragically or getting severly hurt by the antagonist, all because of him.

That's one hell of a messed up and unbearable situation to be stuck in, but he be crying over 2 times every damn episode. It's not about him being a guy, I don't care if he is a girl or guy, I love guys who are able to showcase their emotions properly without shame, but too much crying can be irritating at some point, especially if the characters are adults. That's why I despised the FL of Hwarang, cause she spent the whole drama crying like a toddler!

2. Why is Woo Jin so weak in this season?! He could barley do sh*t to defend himself or others even though he is also a main character...

3. The injuries...how come everyone be getting their bones and skulls broken, deep and lethal cuts everywhere in their bodies, they get few sititches then go back to brutal fighting literally the next day?! Most of the characters should have been in ICU suffering from a coma, pralayzed, in need for at least three months of hospital care before they go back to do anything, or straight up dead already. I thought Woo Jin's hand would be completely f*cked up and so he will have no choice but to quit fighting forever, yet he went back to using it normally in fighting in the end.

4. The cops...the f*cking cops! These are the worst cops I have ever seen! Over 20 supposed professional cops got murdered or critcally injured by one to few guys. None of them bothered to carry guns, they suck at fighting, are trash at making plans, they convince the criminals to join forces with them in exchange of protection and reduced sentences, only for said criminals to die misrably the next morning while the cops watch.

How come the cute young cop managed to shot that guy in the head easily in last episode, and yet the other cops couldn't do same to the villain? Or at least shoot all his limbs to make him unable to harm anyone when they caught him? That Gang Yang or whatever his name was cop guy telling Min Beom to follow justice and not kill the villain...are you kidding me?!
The ba*tard is a literal mass murderer, he deserved to die on the spot, not get locked in jail till his minions get him out in future.

Also that loan shark told Gun Woo that he isn't super man and shouldn't try to fight on his own, yet he was the one who beat both the villain and that bald creepy guy in same night on his own. Considering that the villain has a record of killing a massive amount of people with his bare hands, Gun Woo indeed was a super man 🙄 everyone else were utterly useless, heck the villain minions were more useful and likeable than the good guys in this season!

5. Everyone in the good guys team, except Du Young are meek and weak mentally. Like that Gina b*tch, she was so rude and harmful, yet they didn't bother torture her a little to get her to quite the attitude and talk all cause she is a woman? Who cares at that point, she is a criminal! A very bad criminal, she deserved getting her legs shattered with that hammer! I was glad when she was killed by the bad guys honestly. They were facing a group of sociopaths who didn't hesitate to do the worst things ever, empathy is pointless and fatal in such situation.

Only Du Young was strong enough to actually get the job done and get the a*sholes to snitch. I love his character.

6. So the villain just got a little beating, then was let off to go gain money again under that assassin control? That's his punishment after all the cruel things he committed?! Does this mean there will be a 3rd season? Since Park Seo Jun made an appearance and I don't think his character was just created for these extermely short scenes. I wouldn't mind a third season honestly and hopefully they manage to fix the issues I mentioned plot wise when they create the next script. I don't need Gun Woo's mom becoming the damsel in distress for the hundred time and everyone being stupid, weak, and useless...

I really enjoyed this drama but I wish they didn't include the romance between the deputy nerd guy and the ex-army girl. It was so pointless and forced, the plot didn't need it at all, and not all Kdramas must have some sort of irritating romance in it. They could've just left them as co-workers/friends and that's it.

The drama felt a bit too comical and childish at times but overall watching the bullies suffer and tatse their own medicine, as well as them covering different types of issues related to students, parents, and teachers was satisfying. It reminded me of old Japanese dramas that are revolved around teachers helping students and protecting them like Gokusen, Rookies, Misaki Number One, and GTO which were all enjoyable to watch.

Well, when I started watching this drama I thought it would be worthy of a 8-9 rating cause I love dramas focused on smart an hardworking women fighting for other women safety and freedom type of plots, but after I finished it I only gave it a 5/rating.

Only reason I didn't give it a lower rating is because it had some good aspects to it.

To cut it short the things I hated:
1. Majority of the female leads are lowkey awfull, only one I liked was Shin Jae. She was smart, rational/logical, had strong and bold personality, and basically saved and covered up for the other two whenever they made huge mess a lot. Without her Ra Young and Hyun Jin would suffer with their cases. She also was their wallet, paying up for everything. She also had best fashion tatse and I love her visuals.

Now about the other two, first Ra Young. I get she was traumatized from her awful ex but still I hated how she would always tell the victims that she would protect and help them, then she ends up getting protected and helped by her friends and others including the victims themselves all the time. She was a constant damsel in distress which went against the image she gave to herself. She couldn't even protect her own daughter even though she pretend to abandon her to protect her. She was lowkey pathetic instead of inspiring. I'm not trying to understimate her trauma, but still...

Hyun Jin was just a piece of sh*t! She is in her early 40s yet act like a reckless, brainless teenager. She always act overly emotional and commit horrible mistakes then cry about it and try to hide said mistakes as if she did nothing. When she gets caught, she is like "What happend happend" and expects sympathy. I don't care what anyone says she is a horrible person.

And she is supposed to know the law well yet do lots of things that don't match with her experience and job. Like when she took the reporter's phone then called for emergancy which made her husband finds out about what she did. She could also be framed for the killer due to how she dealt with the whole thing.

2. How come that in many supposed fiminist Kdramas, one of main FL characters ends up cheating on her husband or boyfriend then the plot tries to play it off as a minor mistake and is brushed off. Is that what fiminism about to them? Being a wh*re? Being a cheater? Being a violent man hater who enjoy physically and verbally assaulting all men around (The violence part isn't included in Honour, but I saw it on other dramas as well as anime).

I know some will say that the writer wanted to add a moral dilemma, they wanted to make some of the characters flawed...etc but that's a non logical excuse. Hyun Jin was already flawed enough with her childish, selfish (To her husband), and annoying personality. She didn't need more flaws and being a cheater just straight up made her an unlikeable and disgusting character when we were supposed to root for her. She isn't a villain, she should be one of the heroes, but she ends up turning her husband into a victim just like the victims she tried so hard to protect by treating him like a fool, constantly lying to him, as well as breaking his heart, trust, and dignity.

To make it worse they made the husband a massive green flag which made forgiving and understanding her even more impossible. The fact that she got pregnant by her ex which shows she didn't care about using protection makes her even more immature. That she tried to make her husband believe it's his kid, which shows how cruel and gross she is. That her husband found out about it and instead of strangling her to death, he decided to stay with her, forgive her, raise the cursed child born by his cheating wife and her trash ex, insisted to stay with her even when she asked for divorce, risked his life for her friends who also supported her by trying to hide all the unforgivable things she did to him.

All that crap pissed me off so much. The plot basically told the watchers that cheating is not a big deal, especially if you're a woman. Your husband if he indeed love you and is a good man should just forgive you and support you regaldless. If it was the husband cheating and getting another woman pregnant, no one would support him and his wife would divorce him immediately after setting his car in fire or something.

If she loved her ex that bad, she should have stayed with him and not get married to another man. It literally took her, her husband almost dying for her to discover her love for him which makes it clear she never truly cared about him at all.

Also I love they tried to make Hyun Jin ex seem like some sort of tragic hero cause he tried to help that minor girl. Yes, he did try save the victims and died because of it, but if he was truly a decent man he wouldn't sleep with a married woman no matter how much he loves her. They aren't horny dumb teens, they 40+ years old for f*cks sake!

3. Plot holes, like how Tae Joo was introduced as this intelligent, logical, charming, justice loving guy who truly wants to destroy the rotten system, then in last episodes he goes full on psychopath mode out of the blue. It felt cartoonish at some point. I actually liked his relationship with Shin Jae, they fit each other perfectly, and his logic seemed valid in a way, that smart city system thing he created sounded cool too. But then they ruined his personality completely. I mean yes, he created connect in and lead to many people getting exploited, but they still could handled him being a villain in a better way, him all of a sudden trying to murder eveyone who isn't worthy of dying, was wack. If he doesn't mind killing people then why didn't he kill all bad rich people instead or something, them getting locked im prison (And obviously getting vip treatment there), or getting fired is barley considered a punishment. From episode 3 and forward, the episodes kept getting worse amd worse writing wise.
I meam even Mr. Kwon just kept walking around freely bitching to Shin Jae and eveyone as if he did nothing wrong, Shin Jae mother was another psycho and highly toxic mother yet they tried to make her seem like a misunderstood person by making Shin Jae basically forgive her and even decide to take over Haeil in the end cause "it's her responsibility" somehow! Like really?!

Sang A, that kid. She knew her father was abusive and made her mother suffer, yet she took his side up until the last episodes after she found out about his crimes. I know she is a kid...blah blah but guess what? I also had an abusive father who also hit my mother, he never hurt me personally just like Sang A's father, and they got divoreced back when I was 8 years old and not even once have I supported him or desired them to stay married and pretend to be happy for my sake although I was way younger than Sang A. I knew he was a scumbag and needed to go. It's very hard to literally hate nearly all characters in a drama like this which shows how bad written the plot is. There is a difference between being a flawed character and a total trash.

Having a bad temper, sharp tongue, being clumsy, bad at studying, timid, spoiled, grumpy...etc are flaws. Being a criminal, cheater, abuser, over the top pervert, selfish brick, supporter of bad people...etc makes you unworthy of living.

Anyway only likeable characters till the end were Shin Jae, Hyun Jin's husband, The hacker young man that helped the FLs, Han Seo Min and other connect in young victims.

4. Not that big of an issue, but it still irks me, is how most of the actresses and some actors have botox or something and thanks to it their faces are stuck. They barley can show emotions and expressions. That include Shin Jae's mom, Ra Young and Hyun Jin also felt frozen at times, even Mr. Kwon. I don't know they just felt off. Yes, she showed some tears and anger through their eyes but the rest of their faces were kinda paralyzed. As actors they must be able to show expressions properly, this is why I hate this whole botox amd other similar garabge obsession.

5. There were barley court scenes even though the FLs are all lawyers which is odd. They acted more like detectives/cops than lawyers.

Now good parts:
1. They included a male victim among victims to show that men also get sexually assaulted and exploited.

2. The ending which some seems to hate, it was realistic unlike majority of the plot. Of course there will always be perverted paychos everywhere and this whole s*x crimes issue will never completely disappear from the world, but there must be people who are ready to fight against it and help the victims.

3. Glad Han Seo Min didn't immediately forgive her mother and act all close. Like I would be pissed if she just forgave her mother easily after all the crap she had to go through thanks to both of her parents. I also like that she went to prison in the end willingly for killing that b*tch instead of trying to escape which makes her more responsible than her parents and Hyun Jin.

Exactly my issue with the plot of multiple "fiminist" dramas...one of the main FL character must be a cheaters and it always ends up happily with her not really paying a real price.

Only thing that bothers me is the fact that no one including the government can know her identity at all is what makes it seem as if she is supposed to be a genuis of some sort.

Like if she is just an averge born poor woman how could she do all that. Even with her good understandimg of people. Idk overall the plot felt shakey as hell to me.

I know many might disagree with me but this drama was boring as hell. It's literally a basic cringe Y/N fanfic written by a delulu teen turned into a drama and that's it. The plot and chemistry between the leads are all meh...

Even the FL's behavior feeled like a preteen's, not the vibe of an adult successful lawyer. The writer tried hard to make her innocent and likeable, but the way she viewed the ML felt childlike. That wouldn't be an issue if the lead characters were high schoolers instead of two adults in their late 20s to 30s. The episodes were also utterly slow.
Both the romance and law/crime aspects were barley dived into which lead the plot overall to become shallow as hell.

Also they criticize the toxic obsessive fan culture yet the FL is a hardcore fan of the ML who magically ends up being his lover in the end...yes, I know she isn't a toxic fan, but it still defies the point the drama is supposed to convey. Because it instead feeds more into the delusions of fans who hope to meet and marry their favorite idols somehow. I'm a kpop fan myself, but come on 😂

Only good thing about the drama is that they showed some of the toxic shit idols go through, if it wasn't for this, and watchers who like fanfics, I'm sure the drama would have a much lower rating.
