That I think we are demanding too much because from trailers we kinda know that shifu will push haishi towards emperor...
And from peach bloosom spoiler about novel ending it do look that she will eventually end up with emperor and might in the end got chance to take the throne .
Which will be absolutely hard breaking .

That fucked up ending and I fear it happens in drama as well because if you have watched the trailer in last moment we see someone going towards throne but we did not see who ...
But I saw a clip and saw it was FL going towards throne chair to sit on it as ruler ...so I m really scared ...I want her to be with shifu

Oh thanks , Yes she is turning annoying.
But I have a question, Her eye sight is poor to the point that she do embroidery blindly. How come she clearly able to see shifu sucking blood out from Hashi wound . I do get that she may have suspected that hashi might be a girl but but she did not have conclusive evidence that haishi is a girl ...she was going on her institution like noticing haishi girlish interest when she picked embroidered pouch ...her delicate voice (but she use that voice in front of other and no body suspected her to be girl )...so I am bit amazed how easily she able to draw conclusion ..

Nice point ...I agree they show her blind enough to do embroidery blindly but then she interpreted the shifu hashi scene perfectly. Not only she knew that she is a girl but also got to see that shifu has affections for her .

yeah she could have used a darker tone for her face because pale face makeup makes her stand out

I agree that I dont want to watch a completely tonned down look but the eye make part - they could have reduce it

I do get that fur needed because it chilly at night also since it is desert the sand keep on blowing ...but what about people from dazeng ,,,they dont seem to be properly dressed for either dessert wind or cold even though they say that temperature is low that it can chill the bone...
I guess the cgi here is pretty bad

I agree , it helped a lot that they narrowed the gap ..if they stick to the novel than it might like two elders falling for a minor at the same time which might be an awkward pill to digest .

We have our own point of view on relationship.
It is obvious that father is unware of truth . Truth needed to be dug out in order to clear misunderstanding . He obiviously over reacting even LQ step mum can see it . He putting too much sentiments on past while destroying the present of his son . He is incorrect and he needed to be corrected .
For me , I rather try to clear that misunderstanding with partner who is trying to support me through hard times , rather than giving up on relationship all together just to investigate alone .

I do get reel age is different than real age but then I can't a rock if you show it as gold on drama . I mean he could have said ,you are adult you should maintain your distance with FH but he pointed the age which made me laugh .
Anyways , yes FH mention that the age difference between them is not much but she is love and often love makes you blind ...
Let say both emperor and shifu were 18-19 when prince yi rebellion happened ...he does immediately save child FH , it might be 1-2 years after rebellion he saved hashi and then he spend almost 7-8 years training FH ...which makes him around 30 and FH 17 ...still the age gap is too much .

Yes both character are kind and doesnot want bad for each other. So I do get that why JBN got upset and ran but then giving someone whom you share same quilt for 5 years cold shoulder and not giving chance to speak is kind of cruel .
LQ tried to talk out with her on multiple occasions but all she did insult him . He tried to talk to her at grandma place but got slapped. He tried to talk her alone but she maid to stay ...all this like going to almost stranger as if she never shared 5 years with that man .
I appreciate that LQ , even though highly suspect that the person he is hating from childhood to be his mom killer is JBN father , he tried to overcome his hatered in order to keep JBN by his side because it is the present that matters , he also tried to do investigation to clear out things, he wanted to talk things with JBN so they can solve this issue in calm and peaceful manner without hating each ...he tried everything to save the relationship because he shared same quilt with her for 5 yrs .......if he wanted he also could send her to grandma house , could have cut ties with her to protect her from hurt but then that won't be a relationship ... relationship is more like where you share the pain and joy together ..which LQ understand.

In one of the episodes according to subs shifu calls Zhao Ying 20 yrs old but both of us know he don't look anywhere near 20

this drama getting annoying . Honestly I dont get how someone can take finiancial decision without determining their financial position or financial budgets .
Just because the old scholar said that refugees are flocking imperial city , everyone agrees they should relocate imperial city ...no one cares to check how much they still have in their treasury or alternative source of finance ...but they argue whether they need relocation or not . Are they really Ministers with knowledge and experience ?

but factually is not it is odd . I mean its like two mature man almost 35+ (if we go by what is shown in flash back ..they were fully grown adults during prince yi rebellion and then haishi came into picture as kid ...so let say almost 10 years have passed ..so they should be around 35+) and yet they fell for same minor / youngster (haishi who does not look like 18 )...

I agree with you , writing of this drama is lot better than other drama in same genre ...
it deserve better rating
