I'm just glad this does not have as much angst as a xianxia drama xD I can't handle when it is just to sad all the time.

She likes that he is smart and elegant, but not a prince so she eventually rule her own kingdom. She wants a political marriage that is an advantage for her. She is introduced to his Hei Feng Xi persona, and not the prince one first.

Depends on what you mean as foe really. Is she the greatest evil in this plot? No xD But she is ambitious so she will do what she can to get what she wants. Which is to rule.

Depends on what your after in a drama :)

Do you like looking at people with good looks?
Do you like fast fight scenes with flying and not your typical sword fighting?
Do you enjoy palace politics that are solved quite quickly?
Do you like a strong female and male lead who are both very smart?

If you like these things then yes it is a good drama :)

Hello! Mark this as spoiler thanks :) it is only Huang Chao confessing to BFX. The scene before that is Chun Rans competition to find a husband. Chun Ran asked for BFX to test the men, which is why BFX is wearing Chun rans clothes.

She is not evil :) She just wants to rule because she is smarter then her brothers.

She is not part of a sect in the novel so if it is true it must be something new.

The novel is really nice and it's is also good if you want to see more of BFX being cool and a good leader.
