I'm not sure, I'll have to search. But there's a concept outline for the drama through which we know what inspired her to write it.

I LOVED EPISODE 10! it was heavy on the psychological side. We can clearly see the duality of Bareum now. He is…
I completely agree with you, I really love witnessing Ba Reum's gradual change.

But I feel like the turn of events doesn't fit well with what the story was supposed to be and it seems to me like the purpose of the drama has been lost in the middle. Or maybe I'm just unable to see the purpose at this time and it will all make sense again later on.

To the whole cast of 'Mouse' actually. Lee hee Jun in the earlier episodes & Seunggi in the current ones. Ahn…
True, the acting in this drama is phenomenal. Even if the plot becomes messy beyond rescue (which I hope will not be the case), I'll still make sure to watch till the very end even if it's just to see their acting performances.

Exactly. I have nothing against Ba Reum killing per se either, I love seeing Lee Seung Gi playing an evil character haha. But where's the purpose for the sake of the drama? It seems totally lost.

I just watched the episode without the subtitles. I need to know what they tell BR in the part about his transplant.…
I totally feel you, the stuff from the previous cross killer's victims suddenly hanging on the new cross killer's victim came totally out of nowhere and I have no idea at all how to explain this.

I don't think it's possible that Ba Reum developed dual personalities and that it thus was actually his own doing since he's fully aware of having killed the lawyer. It would be strange to only remember certain murders and others not. So I'm convinced that the culprit is someone else. It's most likely that police officer Lee Min Soo since we know that he'll play an important role in the drama and it also explains how the items suddenly disappeared again when the police (aka Lee Min Soo and a few others) arrived. But how on earth did he get his hands on the items? How could he copy the way of murdering to make it appear exactly as the previous cross killer's? And what's up with the mint scent? Nothing makes sense at the moment.

I really don't get why the writer would make Ba Reum kill again after the surgery. History is just repeating itself now. He feels tempted to kill, goes to church to pray to God to please not turn him into a monster, and ends up killing anyway.

I was actually expecting (or rather hoping?) that the writer would explore the theme nature vs. nurture through the surgery, aka that Ba Reum will now become a good person since everyone around him now tells him that he's this good person. So what's the purpose of making him kill again? Or making him lose his memory in the first place? Is the writer trying to tell us that genes are stronger than everything else and someone who's fated by genes to become a murderer will become a murderer no matter what?

Looks like my previous guess that Ba Reum will be angered by "bad" people and attack them wasn't that wild in the end lol. But I'm not yet convinced that the drama will go into such a direction. Honestly, I really don't know anymore what to think. My mind is just stuck right now.

I feel the parallelism with Ba Reum going to church and praying was very telling. Chances that he's not Jae Hoon…
I'll have to rewatch that scene later, I didn't catch all the details, but he was talking about how there will of course be changements in Ba Reum after such an important organ like the brain underwent surgery.

And the most memorable line imo was that he sincerely wishes that Ba Reum's instincts won't have changed after the surgery.

As to who the new cross killer is, it's a mystery right now. It will probably be that police officer Lee Min Soo (which would then also explain how the stuff from the victims could suddenly disappear again when the police came) but I have no idea why and how, and the drama hasn't given any clues at all either so far, I think.

Ba Reum believed (or rather wanted to believe) that the lawyer was responsible for all the murders, including the cross killer's, but it turned out he wasn't. When Ba Reum fought with the lawyer in the end, memories of killing the cross killer's victims popped up in his mind, and thus he's now back to believing that the cross killer was Yo Han after all and that they're Yo Han's memories.

Spoiler : no,it was BR's hallucinations.
It wasn't a hallucination, he actually knowingly hit his own hand that was strangling Moo Chi to stop himself from killing him. He was fighting with two inner voices, one telling him to kill Moo Chi and the other telling him to stop.

And Moo Chi couldn't remember what happened after he woke up.

Omfg, ep. 10 was crazy, especially the beginning and the end.
I feel the parallelism with Ba Reum going to church and praying was very telling. Chances that he's not Jae Hoon are really like 0,0000000001% now.

But wtf is going on with the new murders? How can they appear exactly the same as the cross killer's when the cross killer is Ba Reum? Where did the culprit get the stuff belonging to the cross killer's victims from? And what's up with the mint scent? I'm completely lost here.

And the ending was really shocking. I didn't expect Ba Reum to kill anyone after the surgery. Where on earth is the story going now?

The episode really left me with a million questions.

Despite what they show us in the flashbacks,I still don't understand the mind of HH.I see he's someone ambitious…
Han Seo Joon's mind is actually very similar to the cross killer's. While not all psychopaths feel the urge to kill, they would theoretically be capable to do so since they lack empathy, fear, etc., so I see Han Seo Joon as a psychopath without the urge to kill. But just like the cross killer, he's very narcisstic and sees himself as a god, as the mightiest person who can control everything that other people can't. In this case it's control over good and evil by playing around with people's brains. At least that's how he sees it. And Daniel Lee discovering the psychopath gene gives him the power to erase the "evil" before it's even born. This is why Han Seo Joon sees him as his rival since in his eyes Daniel Lee is now no less than another god who can control good and evil. And this is unacceptable for Han Seo Joon since he has to be the only god.

I completely agree. Furthermore, murders needed to happen so that Ba Reum can feel the excitement and make use of his killer thinking.

I thought so too. His friend's fiancee? People were calling her a sl*t, so maybe she really was and Ba Reum gets to witness her with other men and thus becomes angry and attacks her.

That's the most likely scenario I think, and also what I want to see haha. Him catching himself would be so much fun.
