I just replayed some scenes to check if I'm right and it's indeed the new guy in the violent crimes unit who was…
He's probably another serial killer. Maybe the one who will start going on a killing spree from ep. 10 on? If we assume that it's someone new. He's undoubtedly an important character, otherwise they wouldn't have made a mystery around him on the character poster.

As for Daniel Lee's younger sibling, yeah, it must be someone else after all. I wonder when they'll start adressing this again in the drama.

If we go with the last theory of moochi not remembering then what about BY? She saw everything
She certainly knows about the head hunter but has probably never seen his face. When his case was reported in the media, she wasn't even born. Unless she purposely looked him up on the internet, she wouldn't know what he looks like.

Hmm so is it now about the experiment of placing a bad man's brain into a good man's head? lol Or a genius's brain…
Being a genius and a psychopath isn't exclusive. On the contrary, the main serial killers in this drama all seem to be genius psychopaths. We know that Han Seo Joon is a genius since he was Korea's top neurosurgeon, and we were also shown in ep. 1 that Jae Hoon has an IQ over 160. So, if we assume that Ba Reum is Jae Hoon, he has always been a genius but hid it before the surgery.

Right, that's my guess too. If it's really going to be like this, we'll probably see Bong Yi around Ba Reum a lot trying to care for him since she'll be worried about his mental state.

Not possible because we saw the picture of JBR as a child and it’s not him so it’s definitely not his memories.…
We still can't be 100% sure that the picture is of him. The aunt might have known about his psychopathic tendencies as a child and doesn't want him to remember, so she could have brought a photo of a different child. People pointed out before that she seemed suspicious and could know something.

He could have hit something else but thought that he was hitting Moo Chi due to his hallucinations. One possible theory is that he actually hit his own left hand since the preview shows that his left hand is wounded.

I wonder about that too. I don't think they'll let her find out about Ba Reum's real identity this soon, so it probably won't go like this. And there's a new theory right now that he was hallucinating due to his killer instincts and actually didn't hit Moo Chi but his own left hand. Someone pointed out that the preview shows that his left hand is wounded.

The age actually explains why he killed such a young girl back then and not grown-up women like in the present.

There were two people at the time, people have been pointing this out. The old detective just wanted to cover for his son out of blind fatherly love.

I still don't believe that yohan was the killer..like I think he really did change after the episode with Hong…
We never saw him kill Daniel Lee. We only saw him going somewhere, then there was a cut and in the next scene we see Daniel Lee getting attacked, but they don't show who is attacking him. Then another cut and we see Yo Han throwing something into the water, but again, they don't show what it is, so we can't be sure that it's Daniel Lee's body. We can't even be sure that it was a human body and not something else.

The real culprit is the lawyer, and he must still have been very young when he killed the little girl (which was probably also his first murder) and thus he went for a prey he could take on at the time.

They finally added a picture of the mysterious Lee Min Soo police officer to the relationship chart: http://program.tving.com/tvn/mouse/5/Contents/Html
I just replayed some scenes to check if I'm right and it's indeed the new guy in the violent crimes unit who was introduced in ep. 7 but whose name they didn't mention yet so far.

I wonder what kind of role he'll play. He will be without doubt an important character.
Maybe he's the younger sibling Daniel Lee was searching for? They wouldn't have mentioned that he's looking for his younger sibling if that didn't play any role in the drama, I believe.

But then again, Lee Min Soo seems too young to be his younger sibling. The lost sibling shouldn't be much younger than Daniel Lee, should he?

The girl in the wall has short hair Bong Yi has long hair :)
It's proably the girl we saw at the police station together with her sister at the end of ep. 9.

There's no way they'd kill off Bong Yi.

I think I'm not alone in believing that the frontal lobe were indeed exchanged in order to save JBR's brain but…
Indeed, I'm pretty sure that's the direction the show is going into. Yo Han being the cross killer never made sense and ep. 9 (the scene when Yo Han tries to commit suicide) just further proved it. I think ep. 10 will make it clear once and for all that Yo Han isn't the cross killer since it seems like Ba Reum finds proof that it wasn't Yo Han, judging by the preview. But they'll probably still let us guess whether the real culprit is Ba Reum or a third person. I personally am still convinced that it's Ba Reum, though.

I'm pretty sure Ba Reum didn't kill Moo Chi and was just hallucinating or something like that. Even if a main lead gets killed off, there's no way it would happen that early in the drama, we're only at the half point.

https://twitter.com/Aireris/status/1377506032000270341?s=19 - could he have been hitting his own left hand? :O
Good idea, that's actually quite possible. I think the scene was probably real because Bong Yi suddenly appeared, which is unlikely to happen if it was just a dream. But maybe he went crazy because of his killer instincts and was sort of hallucinating and hit himself in the process.

Anyway, no matter what happened, I'm sure he didn't kill Moo Chi.

Is this worth watching?
I'd say yes. The drama totally captivated me right from the start and makes me think about it all day long. However, there have been some twists in recent episodes that I'm not that happy with and there are also a few other details plotwise that are bugging me a little, but it's still very worth watching imo. And other elements besides the plot like acting, directing, music etc. are all done very well.
