Ok it takes a village... the translations only went into a wee bit part of Xunzi’s five types of evil men 👿. If the native speakers can help, that would be awesome !!! Starting ep 30 timestamp 7:35 if reading the characters... 1. Xin Da Er Xian- (Han Senior- not translated) 2. Xing Pi Er Jian- (Chief Wu's arc- subs translated eccentric behavior and stubbornness. Wu wasn’t happy about being associated with this particular evil 🤣🤣🤣) 3. Yan Wei Er Bian- (Han Jun's arc- not translated) 4. Ji Chou Er Bo- (Journalist’s arc- not translated) 5. Shun Fei Er Ze (Dean’s arc- subs translated knowingly aiding and abetting someone's wrongful actions, even to the point of assisting in their harmful deeds)
Gotta admit… Was worried we’d hit a lull after all the excitement. No worries, the writers have our backs with the intro of Xunzi’s five types of evil deed's 👿 serial killer arc in episode 30. I’m like OHHH YEAHH… Let me get grab some popcorn 🍿🍿🍿!
Ep 27- Really enjoying the subtle details around Shen Yi’s cray cray controlling actions like pulling the IV needle out of Shen Ye’s hand so he could take him home from the hospital 🏥 sooner. Even though it was still a full bag and Shen Ye said he could go home when it was finished. 🧸🥛🧸
I feel there is a very low chance of everyone on the police and fire investigative sides making it out alive. Since this is a cdramaland production there has to be one death somewhere 🪦 ... Unfortunately, my gut is telling me Mao Mao will not survive. Anyone else have a different guess? or think no deaths at all???
This is so good. Everyone is doing their job, none of them are stupid. no annoying characters. not saying so called…
Agree 💯. I’m used to mystery/investigative dramas in the last couple of years being linear in their plots. How they set it up, is actually how it ends. ( Cough…Cough Face Me- we all guessed the culprit in ep 1) Maybe one slight twist and half a turn if we are lucky. This drama has numerous glorious twists and turns which I’m so happy about. Wonder how this drama is being received in Mainland. Cause the MDL rating here is a travesty!
Wonder who he’s texting with. Probably Captain Wu; don’t have the best feeling about him. A lot of ants in…
Were they just messing with us and trying to throw us off the Captain Wu trail by having him tell Shen Ye he needs to stop Daddy Dearest from coming to the police station? Cause ya know… he’s got zero boundaries?!?
i believe Shen Ye is playing dumb right now.. yes he has been manipulated for years but he also isnt stupid. if…
Agree! I think Shen Ye is playing dumb- cray cray daddy will def end up in jail at the end of the series. If he isnt playing dumb- he has got zero chance with Chun! 😂😂😂 Still curious if daddy was the repair man, or was the man with the limp the repair man? And SY was the one to throw the magnesium powder on ML's dad.

I was thinking he actually never had a son and was extremely jealous of HR and wouldn't be surprised if the "accidental" explosion was in fact- not accidental. I also think he didn't have a son cause he is way too attached and they would have already put in multiple times in past eps the "My dad gets upset every year at this time cliche" to indicate he is still mourning for the son who died.
they better not brush this off because how is any of this OKAY?? what message they tryna deliver
I thought SY was recording bc he pulled the trick with the missing granny to lure out who had been caring for her. I assumed SY didn't know it was ML until that moment.
WOOOOWWW!!! So glad I stuck with this drama... end of ep 15! 😱😱😱Screw the side cases (though I know we needed the tie-ins) ... this is so much more interesting. Let me get my popcorn!!! 🍿🍿🍿
