Loved the ML and all other male leads, they really got into the character. FL character and acting was already seen in The double, not impressed at all, it was a bit irritating. Story was promising, but last 5-7 episodes were out of place . Some characters were killed unnecessarily. I'll not mention last 2 episodes and the ending. Gave it 7,5/10
As a novel reader, I was excited for this adaptation. Not to mention, Lulu and Lei are my favorites...so obviously I was over the roof..but I needed more than a month to finish the show. What hurts me the most as how they changed everything, literally everything ..story , characteristics, even their personalities... So for me it's 8/10...it was ok, but It could've been better if they hold onto the novel, at least for basics
I can't stop seeing Xue Fang Fei/ Jiang Li here. I'm on ep 9 and it's just that actress can't get out of the previous character. It's really a buzzkill but it won't stop me from watching..
I don't know who's fans are against this show or if youngsters can't understand the weight of the story. This isn't some silly rom com, where 2 kids grow up and fall in love. This story gave us harsh reality and those 4 episodes really blown me away. 9,5/10 for now
