The foreshadowing in this drama is masterful. I'm so greatly surprised by how detailed and intricate is the world building. Is crazy that even a tree has a story to tell. Really well done. I love that they treat the audience like actual people and not dummies. The story has so much respect for itself and it show in every second of it, everyone working on it deserves praise. From what I understood Zhao Min is depicted as a tyrant in the human world. But the book states that he did what he did to protect the children that, I assume, were to be made sacrifices. But none of that is known outside of the book, so people are living a lie.
OMG i just realised. Remember when XXC had a sudden vision about the pavilion dude treason? It struck me as weird that he hyper fixated on MXL at the time. And now we know that has to be XXC going back to the past and seeing her alive and well once again. I'm dying here!!!

Well, engagement is like that sometimes. I dropped dramas that everyone praised for the MCs chemistry, and loved dramas that people said the MCs had zero chemistry. It all comes down to emotional investment in the drama, you either get sold on the product being shown or you don't. In my case I think this drama is severely underrated, yes, it is nothing that we haven't seen before, but it stays entertaining and fresh, and I like all the characters. Sadly it competes with other dramas with more popular actors which is why this one has less traffic. Hopefully you'll find something you like better soon!
Well, while we didn't have as much time with MXL and XXC in this episode, I'd say it's an intriguing set-up for future events and plot progression. In the synopsis for the drama, it mentions something about MXL “sacrificing” herself, so I wonder when that will come around?
Nah, it's crazy that we still have literally nothing on this drama. Not a single name has been confirmed, I don't understand why are people fighting ??? What's even crazier is that almost all the author's novels are going to receive an adaptation, and we still have nothing on, perhaps, her most popular work.

They spent a lot of time together, but not strictly living together. They do marry again by the end. It can be safe to say that at some point, every person treated them as a couple or the “madam”.
Cdramas tend to drag a little in the middle of the story. But Why do I feel like this one is getting more interesting? Side note, I really like Ji Yong, I don't want him to quarrel with the MC.
