Watching Ep 11, I was like just do it already ? come on! come on! Come on! Then he did....awww
What I liked is how they made the story a bit more realistic in the sense, we are always looking for that one person who ticks all the boxes (in his case Hae Sun) but in reality what he needed was not "Hae Sun" but actually how she made him feel and what he meant to her.
For her is more like she has loved her entire life with walls around her, so when she 'opened' the coffin, she literally had to bring down her walls and actually engage him. The more time she spent, the more she realised how it is like to be with someone and have someone with her. So I guess it is kind of nice. In the end they both needed to realise what real love actually is.
You are right on the one hand, but on the other hand, there are many obstacles in front of him to tell the truth,…
That is why communication is really important in a relationship. Even in the real world, the lack of communication or what has not been communicated or understood kills the relationship. I suppose in KML perhaps he does feel inferior due to his wolf nature and all that comes with it. I do give him credit for trying, I mean the man read romance novels, so points for that. Plus QP says she blind hahaha, such a riot!
Something I wanted to say about Ep 2 is that there are many people who go on with their lives never telling the person how much they care about them because they over analyze scenarios and outcomes. The case is always like I also like you but you did not say anything so I moved on with some random person . Here's the thing I never stopped thinking about you. But you realize so much time has passed both of you, and all that remains were ' What Ifs' . It is so frustrating!!
Nothing good comes out of lying, and this one is going to hurt only KML the most coz you cannot blame QP as she was abducted and given an ultimatum. KML is his own enemy and the cause of his own heartache or break. The only way they could redeem this is by having QP play him at his own game, them bam! Atonement ?
Dude has a penchant for getting stabbed by the wife. Doesn't tell her the whole story. Wife just believes the cunning brother. Oh my seems like we are going round and round, up and down.
Why do keep playing the background song at any given point?
Wow, the acting and cinematography were just amazing. The actors in the series are so good. Even though Ep3 had no subtitles, pretty much understood the story. Impressed with the show.
BTW isn't Takumi's apartment the same one from Toshi no Sakon?
The general wears black to hide his good nature while the brother wears white to hide his dark nature. Communication is a real problem between the couple, that's marriage for you.
Blood full of love means the heart should be filled with love because blood is pumped by the heart. Thus Woo Hyeol need her blood aka heart, and when the blood is pumped, you get a heartbeat. Yay!
The Xianxia and their love for open ending. It's like there's a rule: If it's Xianxia, there should be no BE or…
Yes a bad script and bad director can make the actors looks bad while a good script, great director and the role itself can make a stark difference. Eg: Kirsten Stewart in Spencer Vs (not gonna say) but you get my point. No one thought she could pull it off or act but she surprised everyone , so yes a lot of variables determine the outcome of a drama/movie/series
I did not read this novel but just looked it up for context, but I heard the novel did not do well and people did not like the FL character in the book. At the end it is a work of fiction, once it ends even though one may or may not like it, there is nothing one can do about it. (don't let anyone bother you) I am off to the next one :)
I think Wu Xuan Yi might become my new favourite actress. I love it when actors can do comedy naturally because many actors will tell you comedy is the hardest role to play. The fact that she does not come across as annoying instead she lands her scenes. The only other C-drama actress whom I think is good at comedy is Bai Lu. So kudos to Ms Wu.
I will always be the minority when it comes to the Xianxia drama, and this one is no different. Again, I hold…
The Xianxia and their love for open ending. It's like there's a rule: If it's Xianxia, there should be no BE or HE, there's only 1 answer, it's open ending!---- I concur with This statement I too don't get this open ending trend these makers have going on. People watch these fantasy dramas in the hopes (well for most) a happy ending because come on! We all want to see the characters happy, and it makes us feel good too.
Your review has some really valid and good points. But I actually loved the pastel coloured organza/sheer material costumes.
FL character from what I gather from the book was much worse but I think the actress managed to grasp the character because you get so frustrated with her antics. For me I thought Xiao Zhan acted very well because he was able to express without uttering a word. He uses his eyes a lot.
But plot wise, I suppose it is based on a book, not sure what makers did with it actually. But I have theory on the open ending is that these makers want people to continue watching the show, talk about it and generate buzz. This is because they stand to profit from it, I guess.
At the end, it is a work of fiction and people should not be too invested in it. This is because the next Xianxia drama awaits us :)
I feel the opposite. She looks gorgeous with those bangs and that colored hair. If you like her black hair look…
I have lost count how many time I have watched Mr Queen. I like her clothes especially those loafers she wears with the long skirt and top, I just feel they could do more styling to her hair. Her outfits are nice, kind of like what I would wear as well,
