Still haven't watched the final episode but I doubt it'll make much of a difference. I'm surprised this drama has such a high rating... these kinds of dramas are hardly my cup of tea, I'll give you that, but when a drama is really good, the category doesn't really matter at all. I love JH in Fated to love you and I was excited to see him in this one but his character is annoying, I still have no clue why people call him "mad dog" because he's more like a puppy barking all the time and doing nothing, pausing countless times in key moments to say those stupid cliché lines that every cop in every drama seem to love and just... UGH. I can't stop my eyes from rolling.
Ha Na is great, I love her image and intensity but she didn't do a great job (that or her character wasn't dense enough for her to grasp...). Disappointing.
Everything felt so interesting in the beginning but then it felt like I was watching the same episode over and over... I hate it when they keep postponing the main plot and filling episodes with "cases" and product placement... damn... make a movie and stop this madness!
And I guess that sums it up: Voice would be a great movie if you cut out all that's unimportant and keep only the scenes that have some relevance... it would last about 2 hours alright. lol
I was so bored watching this, honestly. Which is a shame considering they had a great cast, a good theme and production and all that jazz. But welp... anyone who likes investigation/detective dramas should enjoy this alright.
I totally agree with your review... But when the drama started to be incoherent I stopped searching for an amazing…
I tried that as well, chingu, I REALLY did but it didn't work for me. And though I'm not biased of any of them, I said the acting is one good point of this show, everyone did an amazing job! That's not up for questioning. It's really sad that Missing 9 spoiled its own potential.
I understand your pov about the ending as well but, if we take it that way, then the drama was left without a closure. Missing 9 was as intense and addictive to me as it was to everyone else who claims so, but it completely lost its magic around halfway through, alas. :( That really saddens me.
Thanks for your comment! I'm always glad to hear from people who know how to have a civilized conversation. haha ^u^
The only one I didn't watch yet is Please come back ahjussi. All the others are my favs. <3 Can't call them melo, though. They're rom-coms with a spoonfull of drama. But that's just that.

Sighs.
