Here's something fun while we all wait around for the next episode: http://www.soompi.com/2016/02/03/old-high-school-photos-of-male-cheese-in-the-trap-cast-resurface/
I can count on one hand how many people aren't betrayers yet. keyword YET.
I know right? Though I wasn't surprised not even once.
I haven't watched episode 16 yet but... ever since Prosecutor Tak Yeong Jin started playing the good fellow I had that unsettling feeling. Like... wasn't he the one having tea with Nam Il Ho way back then? I didn't confirm it so if that scene didn't happen in the first few episodes then I dreamt of it. XD And now, after his "betrayal", I keep thinking he's faking it, that it's just a plan to approach the enemy as an insider and then strike? WTH brain?! I don't know anymore. Lemme watch the next one and hope I'm right. OTL
I'm a bit late on commenting so I can hardly recall much I'd like to say (though I don't think there is much to…
Thank you, that answers my question though it was 80% rhetorical. You're talking about eFAD, right? That 1/2% of all AD cases? Is that what his father had? And 40's okay, we're talking about 20's here. Just another rare condition on top of another rare condition. That's the point. Not that it's impossible, you see, just... seems like it's pushing too hard. That plot would've been so much better if they didn't add up the hyperthymesia to it. It was way underexplored anyway and Jinwoo could've done all that without it. That way, when he finally developed eFAD, it wouldn't seem so absurd like winning the lottery twice in a month.
she is not pretty or beautiful or goddess. Beauty is in the eye of beholder. Everytime they say she is pretty…
Notions are too personal to be discussed. They like skinny white people with tiny faces, what can we do? Acceptance is all there is. In my country men like their women tanned and thick everywhere. Nobody cares about face size as long as they have large hips. Me? I see beauty everywhere and personality influenciates that notion as well. You don't think the actress is pretty? Well, I'm sure there are others that may agree with you but we're talking about the character here and I'm sure you're referring to Birth of a Beauty. That show is... strange to say the least and can bring that kind of feeling so I understand where you're coming from, but what does the actress has to do with anything? Poor her. She didn't create the patterns, you know.
I like Sung Joon but I feel like he's way too young for the role he's playing? I mean... is he some sort of genius…
Oh, I was excited to start Signal too but I'm not very keen about on going dramas because I get anxious when the hook is too strong (like CITT and Remember) so I'm holding myself back. >.< But since we usually disagree I might like it? HAHAHAHAHA We'll see. XD
Yes, yes, there's no right or wrong when it comes to perceptions, no point in arguing though it's fun. I like HYS too, I said love but I'm not a fan of anyone in this show. OTL Actually, I'm hardly a fan of anyone tbqh. I have my biases on... 3 baby actors and that would be it (that doesn't mean I'm their blinded fan either. Watch me bitch about LJS's behavior, GHJ's habits brought to screen and SKJ's... well. I guess bias is too strong on that one for now. u_u) but I think the cast here is all good and I like Sungjoon's lopsided grins and general expressions too much. XD I am, as stated, enjoying this show, and I agree with you there!!! \o/ HAHAHAHAHAHA He does seem like a noona deal. XD Despite being young and all, he seems to be - like me - an old man in desguise. lol He also DOES suit the genius part. Just not the whole other deal we're not discussing any further. XD
Well, this just got way off topic so I'll take my leave to finish reviewing The King's Man (where Jun Ki's successfully being prettier than me, such an anime man...).
I'm a bit late on commenting so I can hardly recall much I'd like to say (though I don't think there is much to…
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA Such professionals. I just hope they can back it up 'til the end, man. If they work around that, Remember is going to the top of my Shitlist.
I'm a bit late on commenting so I can hardly recall much I'd like to say (though I don't think there is much to…
Same on my side. I was certain he'd get away. In fact I liked it, seems legit. A happy ending is out of the question here. If they try to shove it down my throat I might have a stroke but I ain't swallowing that. Also YES! It's that easy! Just google it, writers! Is Google banned from SK too? What the actual...

I appreciate the info, I know that (besides the case part XD) but... does that help the purpose of making it any more believable? Possible, maybe. Never said it wasn't. But... duuuude. The Alzheimer's was so uncalled for. Not that I dislike the idea of him losing his memory at the end, I'm the type of freak who'd love that ending, but either way... it's a bit too much. Now let's watch them heal Alzheimer's. (:

I KNOW RIGHT?! Oh, thank God! OTL YES! It's like lighting has struck a dozen times in the same spot within 4 seconds here. He has hyperthesia AND early developed Alzheimer's? LOL writers, way to go!
Alas, everything indicates Dong Ho oppa is going down. :'( And it would take an U turn to save him since he's been poking the wasp nest with a short stick lately so his death makes perfect sense BUT-- if he dies and Jinwoo lives happily ever after I'll flip this Earth! >_< Because that wouldn't make sense at all so much I'd gladly choke Jinwoo to death myself. u__ΓΊ'
she is not pretty or beautiful or goddess. Beauty is in the eye of beholder. Everytime they say she is pretty…
That's a bit of an overreaction... or, at least, an overstatement. I also don't think she's gorgeous and nobody in the show is saying she is but in Korean patterns, that's what she is. You should consider that too? But why is this even important to anyone... you said so yourself. Beauty is in the eyes of the beholder. Not to mention compliments sometimes are just that. They don't worship her in awe or anything... lol
I like Sung Joon but I feel like he's way too young for the role he's playing? I mean... is he some sort of genius…
Not at all, love. I said before when we were discussing Remember that I love argumentations. XD But since this thing between us is happening again I fear that it may seem personal somehow like... as if I'm always poking the dramas you love. Which isn't the case because I'm obsessed with Remember. Can't say that about this one yet though.
I still have no clue what you mean and since it's been a while since I watched it I can't really argue in defense of IOTL. I'm a sucker for psychology so I believe anything harmful would jump out in my eyes but nothing did. And, of course, I love IOTL as much as you hate it so it wouldn't work out, we're extreme about that one in opposite ways. I can only think the expectations is what got you there. It was the same for me and White Christmas. I was hoping for something that never came and I can't stand the hype around it so I'm always ready to criticize every single frame of that show, lol. And since I had no expectations around IOTL, I could properly enjoy it.
Where? Right on the first scenes of episode #1. Guy freaking on the road. He pops up, uses hipnosis, figures out what happened to the guy within a few seconds... that's basically... Legilimens and some Imperius too. And five stars to him for being able to do it without a wand!
Let's go back to my first sentence... I feel like he's way too young for the role. The role of a 5-star super powerful psychologist with a wall full of credentials and prizes (which pretty much support my point) and getting athletes and celebrities for patients. Well, if that doesn't show how overrated he is as a doctor then I don't know anything anymore. And I never said it's imperative that experience means talent? I'm not saying what you think I am. Again... Society is that way. Ask anyone. Who they'd rather be in charge of their health: a freshly grad or an experienced doctor? Experience wins everytime and you know why? It's not because it grants you talent or skills. It grants you confidence because experience is built out of solid material and that cannot be questioned and betting on a freshly grad is like shooting in the dark in that perspective. That's why I feel like all his power is lacking basis. That's what I'm saying. Society wouldn't back up the "greatness" of such a young professional unless he was an exceptional genius with autism or something. Which we know he isn't. Smart? Yes. Brilliant? Yes. With all the degrees? Yes. Holding all the answers? Perhaps. But that means nothing before a tradicional society that plays safe. Yet, if he was played by an older actor it would seem more convincing. I love Sung Joon. I think he's pretty good. It's just the whole doctor thing that doesn't seem fit to his image. That is all. No hate. No great problem either. Just my personal impression based on the way the World works. I'm not discussing age x talent, I also think that doesn't apply at all. I'm talking about his utopic high rank at such a tender age and why it's unfounded. Besides, it doesn't matter how talented a Psychologist is, he doesn't do shit alone. He depends on the patient's cooperation every time, so. I mean... How exactly does one figure out 'someone's killed his own wife in a robbery attempt and now guilt trips himself' from reading one's behavior plus a hint from a picture on the street? Duuude! Freud senpai must be moonwalking out of frustration in his grave seeing that. XD
Once again you seem to think I'm disliking this show... '-' I clearly stated those aren't huge problems for me and that I'm liking this drama. If I wasn't, I wouldn't be here having this discussion with you. When I dislike a show I drop it. I don't bother people with my passionate hatred about BBF (e.g.) because it's beyond pointless. I am watching this show, I was anticipating it and I'm still watching it. I'm not considering dropping it either. But just because I like it it doesn't mean I can overlook its flaws, especially when the theme in question is my top favorite. Nothing's perfect. Not even Jongsuk is and I'm biased about that squishy tall ass baby chick. XD

I just noticed the "supernatural" tag.
JOKE'S ON US! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
And same, chingu, same. I've had enough.
