You may not agree with me but... One big problem between Yoo Shin and Pi Young was the lack of frank communication. Everything was "perfect", they both looked "perfect", their conversation was always "perfect". There was no reality between them. I'm glad he pointed out to Pi Young how she unfairly treated her mother. I'm glad she pointed out to Yoo Shin how he catered to women all the time. I watched Ep 12, listening to their intense conversation . The both made excellent points but what he did and how he did it was purely wrong and unforgettable but not unforgivable. As people get older (as in the case of Pan Sa Hun parents), things change; people change. (If you want to see an example of an unforgivable husband, watch V.I.P. )
Ep 12 really surprised me and threw many of my earlier theories away. You can't really predict anything with this…
I've watched up to Ep 12 and I can't find the ep 13,14 previews on IQ. Where did you see them? This is one mystery that I don't fast forward! ML's roll is pretty interesting. Waiting anxiously for Ep 13,14.
Wonderfully written article. Thank goodness Netflix is showing dramas out of the usual tropes. Interesting drama about youth, insecurities, wants, freedom and love. Good comments too!
A rant 1. The amount of people defending Boo Hye Ryung's behavior is disgusting like homegirl is abusive and I…
You said it so well. Boo Hye Ryung is horrible. She treats her husband like a slave (of course he cowards to her and that is really disgusting. And Sa Pi Young was so awful to her mother and now she is full of regrets. And then there's Shin Yoo Shin, who deserves the worst. I agree, can't wait until tomorrow! It's all an act, with good actors doing their job.
It's kind of interesting how people hate this drama at the same time we impatiently waiting for the next episode…
For me, I don't hate the series, just some of the cheaters like Yoo Shin, and I actually like the drama, even though it is full of soapy stuff. I mean suds galore. Also Boo Hye Ryung is really horrible with her husband and looking for an affair.
I've watched Mr. Sunshine, Flower of Evil, Chicago Typewriter and It's Okay That's Love. All 4 are gems. None of them have a lot of unnecessary tropes and they are all very different from each other. All 4 are rewatch candidates. I agree, Flower of Evil is my favorite one, followed by It's Okay that's Love. Thank you so much for your article!
One reason is that the FL had had a miscarriage and had shut him out for some time. I think they needed therapy.…
If you want to watch something even more disgusting watch Love (ft. Marriage and Divorce) (2021) on Netflix. It 's on its second season and my curiosity keeps me watching making me a glutton for punishment. It's over the top in soapy stuff - over acting, soap opera dialogue but season 2 is much, much better and still nauseous at best. If you do watch it, let me know what you think. HELLO FROM CALIFORNIA, USA.
