I haven't watched episode 38 yet today.

What I don't understand, before Episode 35, the writers did an excellent job. After that, it's been going downhill all around.

What I wonder, after the good writers write most of the beginning and middle part of Eagle, do they give some other, less-known writers a chance to finish it?

In other words, does Eagle have two sets of writers?

Interesting observation. She is unsure of the CEO, certainly. I don't see any love there at all from her side. He loves her, and he should play a little hard to get. He is so strong with how he feels that it freaks her out.

Of course, in the beginning, he was pretty awful himself, calling her a snake, too, and treating her pretty badly. So there is some bad history there.

Dear me, many episodes left to torture us all! :-)

Is there really a 4-episode extension? Maybe 54 episodes would iron all the problems out.
I wonder why Bom has some problems with Dongseak? After all, Dongseak gave Bom a nice job, and he seems fair to him.

You are 1000% right. I liked this series and was looking forward to the next weekend, but somewhere it got lost. It started losing me around episode 35 or so. Too much attention has been placed on HS and the ex-wife, and the annoying Taks.

Guang Suk is starting to annoy me with her hesitancy toward Dong Seok, and Dong Seok is overpowering.
Well, we will survive until the end. But for me, it fell from an 8.5 to a 7.8.

That makes good sense - she and the brothers need to have some frank talks about their current relationship.

I agree, ML needs to slow down with FL, stop pushing her. On the other hand, if he hadn't even tried, their relationship would be nowhere.

Their dynamic tension relationship adds interest to an otherwise uninteresting series.

Very well said. It was a moment to behold, contrasting with the rest of the brothers (except for Chun Su). I've only seen him in Not Others. But I plan on watching some previous and future dramas that he is in.

I liked the end of ep 36, where the Chairman just stared at the brothers-- I suppose they all felt guilty because they realized that the Chairman made life a little easier for them - purpose to help Guang Suk.
I think we will need about 7 more episodes to get us out of this mess!

Yes, Dongseok is a lovely man, both in appearance and person. I only watched him in Not Others.

Also, there are videos on YouTube that I've watched showing him and his family doing regular stuff - He seems like a very nice family man.

However, I have not watched episode 36 since Viki in the US doesn't come on until 9:30 pm for Eagle. I can watch it on Kocowa, but I have to either join or watch the series being interrupted by commercials.

So your first paragraph talks about Dongseok, where he walks into the house for a confrontation with the brothers. Does that happen in Episode 36?

I guess I have to wait until 9:30 tonight. Rats!

What can Dongseok do to get rid of the ex-wife? Since he has a solution for almost everything, he'll come up with something. I agree, paying her off will only have her come back for more, unless there is an iron-clad contract.

Please keep it up! It's refreshing -some other commenter on MDL did a humorous rendition of Eagle, which is different from your novel style of writing.
