Sad. Maybe I should wait to watch 🤔Sounds disappointing!
Well, this is the first episode that I found disappointing. I loved this series. The actors, the OST, the directing, and the writers. However, I hope it recovers quickly.
You might want to wait to see how the direction is going.
Today, makjang took over the Eagle series. I've been a big fan of this series since it started. I've always looked forward to the next week's episodes.
Having watched episode 35 today, I was very disappointed.
There were massive exaggerations on the part of the Taks in their actions. . And at the last minute, Chun Su's wife interrupts Gwang Su's stuttering confession to her brothers-in-law about her relationship with Dong Seok. That was bad writing.
Lastly, Dong Seok's weird reaction to her kissing his cheek, and then, he wants her to marry her at the same time. Are they pre-teens?
Where did the good writing go? I hope they won't destroy a wonderful series from now on.
It was funny. Chairman acting like it was the most natural thing and like its not the first time.
Very interesting - he can do both! He's funny (a bit) when he makes faces at the FL, challenging her uptightness. I've watched him in some of the videos on YouTube and some of the links you sent us. Some of our American comedians are also good actors - it doesn't happen often, but when it does, it is quite a surprise.

Yes, he and the other male lead were both good. It was not, however, one of my favorite series - the mother was annoying at best.
Where are you watching the Eagles? It doesn't show up on Viki until early evening, sat/Sunday (US). I was watching it on Kokowa, but after 14 days, they started to charge me.

How I feel: AJW is the best actor in the whole cast! His facial expressions, his voice, his mannerisms, his arrogant behavior - all adding to the fact that I hope he makes another romcom shortly! He's the only one who keeps making me watch this series.
Agree- but it all came together by his going to find her when she was playing the piano. And in the garden, he…
For the last 10 years, I've watched many K/C/J dramas. Like everyone else, I have my favorite 5 or 10 best for me.
Eagle is an outlier; it isn't perfect in any way, it has its makjang with the Taks and some unnecessary tropes, but still, I look forward to the next 2 episodes, and I'll be sad when it ends.
Not sure why, but this series is difficult to ignore :-) Weird. For now, I would score it an 8.5. Let's see what happens next! How do you feel about this series?
Agree- but it all came together by his going to find her when she was playing the piano. And in the garden, he…
I am mainly invested in the main couple, mainly for AJW. His laugh, smile, pretty eyes, lovely voice - and I think he acts the part well. Convincing. Yes, the second couple would be the professor and the lamenting Tak's daughter. The very last is the dancer and the hairdresser.
Oh, the FL's mom and the Eagle's manager make quite a couple when they danced the tango.
Agree- but it all came together by his going to find her when she was playing the piano. And in the garden, he…
I don't think that when BS was in the car with SR, he didn't know what to do with her. Initially, yes, take her back to her parents, but when she asked to see his daughter, that was his out. No parents, but yes, she can come to the birthday party.

I understand your viewpoint. One could look at either side of the coin.
At first, he didn't seem interested in her, but later, he felt sorry for her.
However, outside in the park, when he grabbed her hand, he was very clear how he felt about her - that he thought about her day and night.....
Also, she asked him to take her to Hane's birthday. he could have said no, but he didn't. No one on his side of the family was forcing him to love her at that point.
So there are two viewpoints - we'll see how things go. Thanks for your comment! We are all in this unique drama together!
Sorry never for a second have I felt like beom su liked SeRi feels like they’re forcing this grand love story…
Thank you for such a humorous take on Eagle!! Your comments made me laugh! Richard Simmons, how did you ever come up with that? Don't give up on your humor - I love this show, but you brought it to a new level!!! Thanks again!
LOL I just remembered something. Technically, Beomsoo secretly fell first, becauuse remember that scene where…
Agree- but it all came together by his going to find her when she was playing the piano. And in the garden, he more or less confessed how he felt. Also, he brought her to the Eagle household for Hani's birthday party. That took guts on his part. I think when he makes up his mind, he doesn't change from it. Yoon Park's acting is convincing in Eagle.
I've looked for BTS of Eagle and I can't find any real scenes. There are a lot of videos about Jae Wook and his…
I didn't know that UJW grew up in a wealthy and happy family. It all helps, right? Yes, ML is pushy and arrogant (FL even had to feed him in order for him to eat the rice) - clearly, he is the leader of the couple - he plays the game well, but still, he could be a wonderful partner for her. And that darn smile of his. :-)
It is so much fun to watch them grow from being adversaries to a couple.
Also, I like the growing relationship between the professor and Tak's daughter. Yes, controversial, but very warming to watch it grow.
The dancer and the hairdresser could have been left out of the series, but well, they are there, like it or not. More time could have been allocated to the other couples instead.
You might want to wait to see how the direction is going.

Sorry for my diatribe!
Hope springs eternal!
