Ep 35 is the main reason I hate series with more than 40 episodes. They always end up throwing in mess like this…
Darn, you said it better than what I posted. Ep 35 was a complete waste. It was fine up to 35 but 35 opened a new can of worms. Why do writers do that?
Can there be a more charming and adorable character than Dong Seok. This man is oozing all the checkers of a perfect…
Dong Seok is the only member of the acting team that makes me want to watch this drama. His smile, his voice, his facial expressions, his eyes,.... I agree, he is adorable, even when he is arrogant.
Sad. Maybe I should wait to watch 🤔Sounds disappointing!
You are right!
The whole thing about Dong Seok's reaction to her cheek kissing was a bit pre-teenish, but then he wants to marry her very soon, even before Chun Su gets married - is there a problem with this? I mean both of the 2 leads were married before, albeit 10 days for FL.
I hope tomorrow's episode will be a lot better, and the tacky Taks need to go away!

Well, this is the first episode that I found disappointing. I loved this series. The actors, the OST, the directing, and the writers. However, I hope it recovers quickly.
You might want to wait to see how the direction is going.
Today, makjang took over the Eagle series. I've been a big fan of this series since it started. I've always looked forward to the next week's episodes.
Having watched episode 35 today, I was very disappointed.
There were massive exaggerations on the part of the Taks in their actions. . And at the last minute, Chun Su's wife interrupts Gwang Su's stuttering confession to her brothers-in-law about her relationship with Dong Seok. That was bad writing.
Lastly, Dong Seok's weird reaction to her kissing his cheek, and then, he wants her to marry her at the same time. Are they pre-teens?
Where did the good writing go? I hope they won't destroy a wonderful series from now on.
It was funny. Chairman acting like it was the most natural thing and like its not the first time.
Very interesting - he can do both! He's funny (a bit) when he makes faces at the FL, challenging her uptightness. I've watched him in some of the videos on YouTube and some of the links you sent us. Some of our American comedians are also good actors - it doesn't happen often, but when it does, it is quite a surprise.

Yes, he and the other male lead were both good. It was not, however, one of my favorite series - the mother was annoying at best.
Where are you watching the Eagles? It doesn't show up on Viki until early evening, sat/Sunday (US). I was watching it on Kokowa, but after 14 days, they started to charge me.

How I feel: AJW is the best actor in the whole cast! His facial expressions, his voice, his mannerisms, his arrogant behavior - all adding to the fact that I hope he makes another romcom shortly! He's the only one who keeps making me watch this series.
Agree- but it all came together by his going to find her when she was playing the piano. And in the garden, he…
For the last 10 years, I've watched many K/C/J dramas. Like everyone else, I have my favorite 5 or 10 best for me.
Eagle is an outlier; it isn't perfect in any way, it has its makjang with the Taks and some unnecessary tropes, but still, I look forward to the next 2 episodes, and I'll be sad when it ends.
Not sure why, but this series is difficult to ignore :-) Weird. For now, I would score it an 8.5. Let's see what happens next! How do you feel about this series?

I am mainly invested in the main couple, mainly for AJW. His laugh, smile, pretty eyes, lovely voice - and I think he acts the part well. Convincing. Yes, the second couple would be the professor and the lamenting Tak's daughter. The very last is the dancer and the hairdresser.
Oh, the FL's mom and the Eagle's manager make quite a couple when they danced the tango.
I’m having fun reading how you’re doing that continue with your novel style writing it’s fun to read it.
Good job! Thank you

Sorry for my diatribe!
Hope springs eternal!
