I liked it cuz i felt like the makers know how cliche and overdone this trope is, they purposely made it extra cliche and predictable. I dont think this show was meant to be taken very seriously or realistic and that made it fun to me

This is deliciously cliche and i love it. The makers of this show know how ridiculous this trope is so they're lowkey making fun of it while still being a very cute and fun romance. Also love how its filled with many ridiculously unrealistic coincidences. And there's no drama or stupid misunderstandings!

One thing thats very annoying is there's not one but two times where the main couple goes into a different 'timeline' if you will, where beforehand you already know its gonna end tragically for them, but you still have to watch 5 TO 10 EPISODES before they are back to the real world. It's like watching a different series within this series but without the happy ending, and in my opinion it doesnt really add to the story either. The first one in the mortal realm was kinda fun to watch, but the second one i just skipped most of it

Aha, i stopped in ep. 12. I think because i don't like/care for the characters i can't really sympathize with them so the plot twists dont really interest me. The storyline is just very confusing as well and i dont feel like keeping up with it lol

I dropped it. I felt like the storyline kept going in circles again and again without going anywhere and the plot didn't really interest me either. Tbh the ML was very boring with zero personality and the FL keeps crying every episode over the smallest things and she's annoying, sorry🤷🏻‍♀️ The chemistry wasn't there either. My favorite characters were Ok Eul Tae and Do Yoon because at least they had a personality

Its a good show, dont get me wrong, but something about the pacing felt a bit off. They kind of jump from one thing to another without warning so it sometimes feels like you somehow missed watching a scene and it doesn't flow very well. Not sure what thats about but other than that i really enjoyed it. Cant really go wrong with a cast like that! I already loved the FL and the ML was a really pleasant surprise. Very handsome and different from usual chinese ML

I just have to say that i kind of had to laugh because of that bodyguard character😂 He was very obviously an idol actor just there to look pretty in the background, not really having anything to add and not even having many lines either. And i dont he's even a bad actor but his character just made him look bad, sorry lol

Now that i'm reading your comment i remembered i kept thinking like why did she stay in the palace at all like it doesn't make sense. The queen would 100% have thought that there's no way her daughter could actually fake being the prince, become crown prince and then king without running into issues, and also why would she want her to at all?? Would've made more sense if the queen thought of a plan to get her daughter outta there safely instead of staying in the palace. Her becoming the King literally would've been the worst outcome cuz she can't even continue the bloodline😂

I'm so suprised by the comments because i thought the show was really good. Genderbender shows usually have a bad rep, for good reason, but they absolutely nailed it with this show! They're not just using it as a quirky plot line and drop it after a couple episodes but they work it into the story really well up until the last episode. The ML is absolutely adorable as well, i really enjoyed watching him. Yes there where some obvious 'mistakes' to look through, like the way the FL very much DOESN'T look like a man with her height and even just the back of her neck😂 but that was to be expected. Thought the storyline was solid too

Can somebody spoil for me whether it has an happy ending? Like are they together? Cuz i saw some people speculating that it was gonna have a season 2 and that usually means theyre gonna break up in like the last 2 episodes for no reason and i hate that

I feel you😂 i have so many shows i still want to watch. I watched Vincenzo too, its pretty good but like 70% of the show is about like a legal battle so like lawyer stuff, which i never really like watching, but its still good

Sometimes when going into a movie knowing theres gonna be a crazy plottwist, you start to make up stories in your head about what it could possible be, but then the actual plot twist doesn't hold up to your expectations. I had that with this movie. I'm not sure what i expected but i definitely expected something MORE. Something more shocking or maybe something cooler or more realistic idk😂 It's still a good movie but it wasn't as impressive as i hoped it would be

Did you watch the series Mouse? Its so so good

Maybe i shouldn't have started watching this right after Mouse because i can't help but compare the two. I'm only 2 episodes in but with Mouse i couldn't stop watching it but with Flower Of Evil i have to tell myself to keep watching and maybe its gonna get better😅 (and hopefully it will lol) Cuz rn its not doing much for me. Hopefully there's gonna be some sort of plottwist because rn that wife is looking to be really dumb

lol yea the whole movie was pretty dark and its not like they're a role model couple in terms of romance so i guess the ending is pretty fitting, its open to interpretation

When he asked him if he was ready to die together he aparently didn't mean for them to literally die together then and there but its a part of wedding vow, so he basically asked him to stay together until death do them part. It said so in the manga
