I know what your meaning. Byunghee was really amazing & I never had seen such an excellent character in a drama. I didn't even cared for the others in the beginning (Maybe a little for L) BUT, I think it's still an amazing drama. I almost didn't wanted to watch it after episode 5 because I didn't liked the romance. But then I gave it a try & now I'm really grateful that I did :)
I don't want to force you to sth & I don't know about others but the characters had grown on me after a time.

It wouldn't be a waste of time when you'd try to watch some eps more but it would be really a waste to drop this drama in the very beginning I think. Its really a masterpiece ^^

I hope to see Lee Hyun Woo in some other dramas. I really liked him in TTBY. What were you watching these days? :)

I also loved the OST. I always find myself singing "Almost Paradise~~" when something reminds me of BOF.
I found the sidestory quite interesting,the romance between Kim Bum & Kim So Eun.
I wished they gave them friend more scenes. It would be amazing if they would make a movie or a second season of BOF. It seems like Koreans loved it, I saw so many parodies & allusions to it in Korean variety shows & etc:)

I never knew he had some guest appereances o_O

I heard the ratings were bad. Plus dramas usually have 16 ep's.
The ending was rushed in my opinion which really lets me think about this was supposed to have one more ep. o_O

The japanese one from 1995 :) It was ridicolous but in a funny way so you could enjoy it somehow. But the stuff they were calling clothes back then...Those are so awful >.<
My favorite version ever is BOF & I don't think it will change. I already watched HYD & It was enjoyable. The chinese one is a bit draggy. I guess the korean version is the best ^^
