So those who had bought express aswell get 1 additional episode. that's why it's 1 ep ahead of schedule. Express is only watchable on phones. But it gets uploaded anyway later during the day on net. Express is connected to specific dramas. So if you buy the express package you get 1 episode ahead. Which costs about 6 usd im pretty sure.

Its pretty normal. Most dramas start with 2 eps a day first week. Then its split between 1 and 2 eps. Maybe it's to get higher amount of watchers during the dramas airtime.
