Funny that they changed the bf character and his family from the novel. In the novel, they didn't look down on her and bf was more mature and they ended things on a peaceful term. Ig the reason they made him like this is to make it more believeable for a breakup.

we dont know that yet coz ml practically didnt exist in the novel, he only appeared at the end of the novels last chapter and their relationship isn't the same as the drama so everything abt him is kinda new.
