I'm watching it raw with vpn coz i don't need subs but its on kisskh with subs but its machine translated so i doubt it would make sense but u can try see. I saw the super episode on kisskh and the subs said something that they were not talking abt it so not reliable but decent.

i do miss ming yu celebrity boyfriend from the novel. He was such a funny and interesting character that they decided to scrap from the drama. Him and huang yingzi were so funny together. He was also a part of the friendship group if I remember correct. I think they were 8/9 in the novel and they decreased it to 6 friends which i agree is too much lol but why scrap him out 😭

ding ye never existed in the novel, zhuang yuan was supposed to be the 2nd love interest for her. From the reuters i've seen when this drama was filming, it seemed that ding ye is like a cameo role, not that much scenes but hes not the second lead either but he will like her later on. Yes hes gonna be a friend at first ig.
