I'm too tired to figure this mess out. It's 10pm in my country and I only slept 4 hours the last night :P

Most BL fans enjoy rather cheesy stories where emotions are portrayed in a very simple way. 2gether is more subtle annd not everyone will get that kind of humor. I still think the rating will go up, though. On YouTube the series has lots of views and people seem very excited. This will be a hit for sure, if the quality stays the same until the end. From what I have heard and seen they'll give us some sweet scenes between the main leads and then everyone will be on board LOL.

Apparently only ratings from people who dropped or completed the drama were valid. An admin added a date, so more people can mark it as "completed" and so the rating will count ... something like that ... I'm not sure ...

From what I have seen the vibes on the set are GREAT. I feel like everyone has so much fun. When Tine's friend group is together you can see how they enjoy doing those scenes. I don't know much about the other couples yet (they're are three if I'm not mistaken), but all those guys are so talkative and open in interviews and seem to have a great time. It feels real and not fake. I'm loving it.

The shipping culture is toxic and dangerous. I always had a problem with Mew & Gulf fan service after what happened between Mew & Art. I think there happened something between Book & Frame too. I don't remember ... But fans are so demanding! It's crazy how some won't support a show if an actor decides to pair up with another guy. I think there was some drama surrounding Why r u? because Saint paired up with Zee and not Perth. I recently heard Saint saying that he had a hard time and didn't want to act anymore (I don't know if it was because of the backlash or something else). It's just crazy. I always complain about BL and that the genre is not evolving. But if fans of this genre care more about fan service (fake gay-relationships) than acting, a good script and good production, then nothing will change. I have seen comments on YT about Bright and Win. "They don't like each other, they have no chemistry. This show will fail" - before it even aired. But if they would have been all fake lovey dovey people would have gone crazy.

I prefer realistic stories, but once in a while such a silly story is a blessing! I laughed a lot while watching the first two episodes.

Yeah, I plan to rewatch it later. Gets them more views and I have a nice evening :P

No, no, I didn't want to attack you. I must admit I'm also someone who judges a series rather quickly. But I don't write negative reviews or give bad ratings if the first two episodes are not to my liking. I think there should be a difference between "I don't like it" and "It's bad". But most people don't see that difference. There are some series that are pretty good, but I don't enjoy them for whatever reason. And others I enjoyed even though they weren't that well-made. I always try to be fair and to give credit to the effort people put into it.

About your question: I'm a sucker for guys with comedic timing like Win has it. I felt in love with him heads over heels after watching ep 1. But now I'm on team Bright :P There is something deep about that guy (and the character he plays) and that makes him more interesting.

Biracial or not: His face is very unusual. No wonder he worked as a model before. That's the kind of face model agencies go for. Depending on the angle, his facial expression or if he puts his hair back or not - he always looks so different. I see people commenting how manly he is, but I think there is something very androgynous about him.

I didn't enjoy the latest series. The biggest problem is the writing (especially the weak dialogues!!). I feel like they are just recycling storylines and don't even try to create interesting and different characters. They only care about providing fan service and not about making a good series. I remember watching Dark Blue Kiss and thinking "Those guys aren't acting, they are just reciting their lines while looking handsome - because that's their real job: looking good on camera." I want something real, something edgy. A good story, interesting characters, something funny, something emotional. 2gether didn't disappoint until now, but we will see ...

No, they don't. It's hard to guess the personality of actors only by watching some interviews (especially if you watch some that took place months ago), but it seems to me that Bright doesn't intend to do fan service. Maybe Win would be more willing, no idea. Bright appears like someone who is hard to approach, but then again he is more talkative than Win (what I didn't expect). Win is rather shy, most likely because it's his first acting role. Not doing fan service makes them look more professional, though. But some people didn't want to give this series a try because the leads have not enough chemistry in real life.
I don't know how this series will turn out, but if they keep the quality up (hopefully, but I got disappointed a lot lately), then that's the future of BL how I always imagined it. A fun and entertaining series with good production and serious actors, who have to be capable of doing more than just reciting their lines and kissing another guy. After Mean (and Perth too?) said they want to stop doing BL (I don't blame them) I'm glad we see something different in this genre.

On a side note: People have any right to complain even if only two episodes aired. But in this case, it really leaves a bad taste because the series is pretty good. The plot is silly, yeah, but the execution is on another level. Fast pace, good editing, fitting background music, great humor, great acting (in funny AND emotional scenes), good (and surprisingly deep) dialogues. Objectively speaking this is much better than what you normally get in a BL series where everything is slow, cringy and too sappy. But if slow, cringy and sappy is what people enjoy, than this series may look pretty bad LOL.

I feel like some people are biased because Bright & Win don't do fan service and their off-screen chemistry is almost not existent. That's the only negativity I perceived.

Bright has a very unusual appearance. And those lips! I'm honestly not sure how attractive he is, but ... there is something about him that's very captivating, especially because he is great in delivering emotions with those deep stares. And with that kind of face you just have to look at him ... While I didn't like him that much in ep 1 I couldn't take my eyes of him in ep 2.

The Nokia will most likely last longer LOL. And such a fall wouldn't have caused it to break either.

Not a fan of that line, to be honest. But episode 2 had some great scenes. Like the one when Sarawat said "What's wrong with that" after Tine explained that a guy is chasing him. Knowing that Sarawat likes Tine for a while, this hit really hard. Or when Sarawat showed him how to play. That was beautiful. The almost kiss of course was great too, the scene in the cupboard (makes me laugh even though I watched it at least 5 times), the end scene with the "He is taken". They are equally good with comedy and with emotional scenes. If they keep this up until the end, I will have faith in BL again LOL.

I'm so happy they have so many views. First part of first episode is now over 1 million. Well deserved!

Two days ago only two people rated it and I'm 100% sure, that wasn't true. But it seems not every rating meets the criteria to be valid and it also takes some time to update the statistics. I guess I never was this early LOL. My mistake. It's still irritating seeing that such a well-made series has one of the lowest ratings in the BL genre when normally almost every other anticipated BL series starts with a rating above 8 or even 9.

They said there are certain criteria a rating has to meet to be valid and it takes time to update. In the last days many rated the series very high, so I guess the rating will go up gradually.
