Kim Minha is a a fresh face to broad international audience .(Her 1st time on Netflix) ,but the lady is talented. She has already won Best New Actress at Blue Dragon award (WBL) & Best Actress at SDA.(Pachinko S2 ). She is so lovely as Mi Seon in Typhoon Family. Both of them make a great couple albeit the romance is slow burn in business centric coming of age drama.

Why Taepoong doesn't resolve the issue between Mi Seon & Ma Jin
There are some things employees need to resolve themselves without involving the CEO. Taepoong did get involved by talking on behalf of Mi Seon ,but when he was overly involved , Mi Seon became uncomfortable because Ma Jin accused Mi Seon of being like this because the CEO took her side. And Majin doesn't know Tae poong likes her yet. Taepoong did remind him that she was a senior staff now, but he didn't put it in his mind. If Taepoong overprotected her, she will be looked down more by taking advantage of her closeness to CEO in their absence.
This will only be resolved when Mi Seon proved her value to Ma Jin. In front of her room, it was Mi Seon who asked Taepoong not to give her special treatment. Isn't it better to believe in your girl she will resolve this by believing in herself & prove her value?. And encouraged her by saying 'He trusts her value'.
I think the incident happened onscreen to teach Ma Jin a lesson or two, so I don't worry too much. Mi Seon has evidence, things will be resolved. This is a drama so he will change later. But if it is a real scenario, sexism is never going to change

Mi Seon dressed up , Tae poong gifted her a bracelet , Tae poong singing at the club , both of them talking besides the pool, and Mi Seon looking at his handkerchief in her room while listening to the song. The atmosphere is so rich & dreamy.
