This is going to be boring for most people so spoiler tag as to not take up too much space in the comment section. Just interesting things I've noticed going down the rabbit holes between episode airings.
I just realized that 'Twinkling Watermelon' and 'Marry My Husband' had the same date and time slot as 'Lovely Runner'. It's kind of hitting the in-between demographic of the two shows. Not as many people watching as the more adult story of 'Marry My Husband', but more than the younger story of 'Twinkling Watermelon'. This is most likely because of it being a school night airing on Mondays and Tuesdays...adults are more likely to watch something than kids who are getting out of school late/adults also might have more say in what is being watched in a house period.
TVing has had a really good 1st and 2nd quarter with 'Marry My Husband' and 'Queen of Tears'. 'Marry My Husband' was probably the highest rated Mon/Tues show in TVings history. 'Queen of Tears' did beat out the highest rated TVing shows period. I hope that 'Lovely Runner' is getting it's flowers from the network as well.

The episodes air about the time I'm going to bed each morning.(I work nights so my sleep schedule is reversed). So I've been changing my sleep schedule so I can get a few hours of sleep before and after the episode. No other drama lately has made me literally change my sleep patterns outside of a binge watch.
I'm really rooting for the writing staff, director and editing team to have a clean finish. I know so much of a show happens in the pre and the post production. The actors can only ever work with what they are given. Each department has really stepped up and made this show a gem. I hope that staff along with the actors are given some sort of bonus gift from the producing team as they have all done a great job bringing this story to life.

Yeah around midnight of the new year. I wonder if we'll get to see the OG timeline hotel room scene.

I personally would have gone to In Hyuk and told him a small portion of info to get his help to keep Sun Jae away. If I knew that his death no longer had anything to do with him being a singer I would have pushed him back towards it. Have him too busy with the auditions for Superstar K to be at school/around her. She's trying to do everything on her own...she needs help.

Oh yeah... so maybe more along the lines of 'Violent Night' booby traps then? 🤣😏

I want Kim Tae Sung to be read into the whole future Im Sol situation. I need Ryu Sun Jae and him on the same page when it comes to her safety. She knows exactly which building she will be brought to by Kim Young Woo. I say get the rest of the Eclipse gang together and Home Alone the shit out of t hat building. Booby traps out the wazoo. Kim Tae Sung could possible teach her a few more self defense moves to over power someone larger and stronger than her. Tools can be taking and used against you, but knowing how to get out of situations will help more.

Use the rope weight technique from the MT in episode 9. They have over a month to plan ahead and set the perfect trap. But now that the police have spooked Kim Young Woo, there's no telling if the timeline has been brought forward. Baek In Hyuk needs to use his powers of wingman extraordinaire and help lie in wait to release traps set for Young Woo. Power Rangers activate mother f*ckers lets GOOOOOOO.

My unhinged hope for the future Kim Young Woo take down...in spoiler tag below.

I'm not sure how much preparing she got out of her old case files, but she did do at least some research before going back this time. She knows that the building she was parked outside of in 2008 had loads of evidence thanks to the case file. So she made a hand drawn map for the police. She remembered all of his information to pass on. She did not remember this she would have read it from the file.
She read and reread her file about what happens on the 10th of May. I believe(hope) that she will use that information for when he tries to take her again. I wish she would have taken defense CLASSES and not just gotten tools that can be turned against her in the heat of a fight as a way to defend herself. She needs judo/jujitsu skills to be able to take down someone bigger than her.
Maybe her and the boys can Home Alone that building before she gets snatched and brought there. I need the rope weight pully system from this episode to come back into play. Tae Sung is a fighter, girly...use him.

I guess the Spiderman kiss from Im Geum and Lee Hyun Joo doesn't count cause it wasn't RSJ or Im Sol?

She now knows that she is taken by Kim Young Woo and BOTH TIMES Sun Jae was the one to follow the bread crumbs and became the sole witness to put him behind bars. Thus ending in Sun Jae's murder(og timeline)/stabbing(2nd timeline) in the future.
She is trying to stay away from him so he's not entangled in HER tragedy. She is dealing with the same guilt that Sun Jae had been feeling from the OG timeline when he didn't wake her up for her bus stop. She believes that because Sun Jae saves her, he ends up dead. She is trying to remove herself from the equation as she knows that SHE is the current target of Kim Young Woo, a serial murderer and stalker. She wants to remain the ONLY target of KYW.
When she was about to take her own life, Ryu Sun Jae saved her with words of kindness and encouragement. Now with the knowledge of the past restored and new events she knows he is always saving her because he loves her. She doesn't know how else to save him from his own noble actions, but to stay the hell away.

My hope is that Tae Sung finds out that his father is investigating a murderer that is connected to Im Sol and that will spark his interest into uncovering more.

Ryu Sun Jae and Kim Tae Sung need to team up and work together. They are the only people who truly notice a difference in Im Sol anytime her future self is present. Tae Sung, because he's street smart, and the son of a homicide detective. Sun Jae, because all he does is look at Im Sol....like all the time.
In the preview it looks like they try to save her mother's store from a leaky pipe. Can't wait for the conversations they'll have.

Personal theory.....If they find out what will happen to Im Sol because of Kim Young Woo they are going to be on dual patrol/guard duties taking shifts so that one of them is with her at all times. I wonder if Tae Sung's dad will ever let it slip what case he's working on to his son and WHO is involved. I'm not sure he ever knew that Im Sol dated his son.

If KTS is a time traveler he's going forward not back. Everyone in this episode was wearing similar jackets that are popular amongst detectives, similar to the jacket KTS wears outside of Im Sol's apartment in January of 2023 during the second jump forward. Could just be the fact fashion trends repeat sooooo. I haven't seen any KTS time travel theories that make sense. But this comments section is on steroids and is constantly flooded with new comments, so I might have missed a convincing one.

Im Sol after reading the police report realized that in both timelines SHE was the cause of his accidents. She put two and two together about Kim Young Woo going after Ryu Sun Jae because of her.

I think she realizes now after reading the witness statement that it was always Kim Young Woo who attacks Sun Jae after his concert. Because she know he saved her the first time, reading what happened the second time, she now knows that SHE is the source of his tragedies. 😭😭😭And our man most likely will still want to be around/protect her if he finds out that SHE will be hurt. She's going to have to lie her ass off...I am not ready.

For the life of me I can not understand why people think anyone else in the show is time traveling other than Im Sol. No one, and I mean no one near Im Sol acts in anyway like they are experiencing the past for a second time. Girly-pop was kidnapped and run over, and you think both men that like her are potential time travelers...and they did NOTHING to save her? What in the what what? The logic is not logic-ing.

Other than mister squinty-eye-twitch Kim Young Woo who gets hit in the head with a brick, there are no hints or inklings of other people slipping through time(RSJ hits him on the same side that is constantly twitching in the OG timelines, could just be a coincidence).

Grandma may be remembering all the different timelines as one timeline, but she is the only one who may be remembering things. A case could be made for Sun Jae, but the guilt of leaving her on the bus would have left more of an impact the second time she came back to present day.
You can not convince me that Ryu Sun Jae would knowingly let Im Sol out of his sight after having knowledge of her kidnapping/accident.

About Kim Tae Sung, he's the son of a homicide detective...I would hope some of those deductive reasoning skills trickled down.

I updated the spoiler timeline to episode 9. The dates/how long the MT is gets a little blurry. So I'll figure out what date he confronts her hopefully during episode 10.
