did you notice that they didnβt explained what happened to sunjae the first time he died? I mean, we didnβt…
In the OG timeline Sun Jae was taking anti depressants, anxiety meds and drinking alcohol. His motor functions would have been slower because of this.
In the altered timeline Kim Young Soo aka taxi driver, is revealed to have entered Sun Jae's hotel room with a chloroform dosed cloth in episode 9. He then used a knife on Sun Jae when he fought back and dropped the cloth.
SOOOOooo...that means that in episode one Sun Jae is chloroformed and then thrown off the balcony. Already unconscious, even if he survived the fall from a multi storied building he would have drown because he didn't have any control over his body.
Reasoning: Ryu Sun Jae fought and held Kim Young Soo down until police arrived at the scene on September 1, 2008. Im Sol had so much trauma from that night her brain erased most of that memory. That means the ONLY person who could write a statement and testify against Kim Young Soo was Ryu Sun Jae. Ryu Sun Jae always dies because he is a witness to Kim Young Soo's crimes and for revenge for putting him in prison for 14 years.
The way this comment thread has escalated, you can actually write a thesis on Timetravel π π π Or better…
π€£π€£ I'm trying so hard to explain to people only to realize they are never going to get it because they aren't understanding what I'm saying π₯Ήπ₯Ίπ my mom, who I vented to about this, was saying I should just make a youtube video. bless her, she thinks I know how to edit a video & put in graphics.
Thereβs no way this could have a sad ending. Stating this as a fact. We need them to be happy!!ππ₯°
The amount of times they have foreshadowed Im Sol being a bride and Ryu Sun Jae being a groom is too many to throw away without any payoff imo. They use a lot of traditional Korean wedding motifs in the background and foreground in some shots. Grandma has been making her a bride since episode 1.
Here is the timeline in 2008: - Sun Jae saw Sol on the first encounter in Spring 2008 (Sun Jae mentioned this…
I'll be updating the discussion I made for episode and timeline breakdowns later in the week. Though most people aren't using this site on desktop/website but through the app that doesn't have the discussion sections. I just really want to clear up what people are incorrectly calling plot holes. And using science fiction logic to explain fantasy logic. They are trying to make Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings into Star Trek....it doesn't work like that.
It's not sci-fi, it's fantasy aka love/miracle/magic. Science-fiction is based on science, fantasy is based on lore and myth, and the power of love and the divine. Two separate genres.
Again people in the comments talking about plot holes...am I missing something? Is your definition of a plot hole different than mine? Is something a plot hole if the script doesn't spoon feed you the answers? Maybe I'm just living in peaceful ignorance.
1) Sun Jae will Remember Everything: I am guessing since he is already having visions, due to some event - he…
2. They mention how they met in episode 13. She did the same thing she did when they met in the first altered timeline. She stopped some kids from smoking and told them off.
5. I would have hoped that she would have told Tae Sung's his father about Kim Young Soo's hideout, but you never know. She might have succeeded and he could have been in jail. We all know that the Korean(and most other countries) justice system is extremely short with it's sentences for certain crimes. He would have been out of jail for over a year if she was able to get him caught in 2008 for murder.
6. Maybe Sun Jae was a witness in the past to something involving Kim Young Soo. Or like Sun Jae getting flashes of his memory back maybe Kim Young Soo will experience the same when Ryu Sun Jae or Im Sol passes him. Or if he sees them both together it could trigger something like reading the script has for Sun Jae. Because his new victim is associated with Sun Jae, Young Soo might start to follow the little stalker girl and see Sun Jae that way.
instead of enjoying the show, people are over analyzing this drama to the point that they want to rewrite everything…
I've been skipping over anything with a negative tone or a "what were they thinking" type of vibe. I like to read(analyze) the performances and what the writer/director is trying to convey, but some of the comments I've seen make me question if we are watching the same show.
Prayer circle for chaotic romcom Episode 14 because I am still deep in Episode 13 trauma and the only cure is…
I think he's going to feel extremely haunted by the ghost of her. That she left such an impression on him, even though time and space altered she still left a mark that can never be fully erased. He's probably going to have lots of mouth covering, heart/chest holding "why are you beating so much?" type of comedy.
Not me. π What I assumed to be a crude engraving turned out to be a series of crystals. *Facepalm* Those crystals…
I swear to God I had a bracelet with an M just like it in 2009...I'm the same age as the characters just fyi...so the second i saw it it took me back back.
