While I am pissed at the ending (the memories they shared so far were too cute to be remembered only by one person, and it seems unlikely the current Sun Jae will remember those since these memories never existed for him), I am pleasantly surprised at how the show continues to hold on to its charm. It is just as cute and interesting as the first episode and I'm just glad it doesn't seem to be going downhill haha...
Okay so that ending completely changes the dynamic of Sol and Tae Sung....like my guy is listening to her pine…
Ohmygosh this makes sense! During the snowfall scene with Tae Sung, I wondered why he looked confused at the mention of SunJae and I didn't connect the dots until I read your comment.... I really hope he somehow gets his memories back even though it seems unlikely, since those memories never existed for SunJae in this timeline.... but their story was toooo freaking cute to be remembered only by one person...
was it ever explained why the goblin could stay after he died? beside of her blowing out a candle what made him…
there’s no actual explanation for why he stays once he returns in the drama. but again, this drama is filled with metaphors and its implied that God took pity on both the Goblin and his bride and returned him to her and left them to their own fate.
What to do??!!25 year old me sitting here, after watching 11th episode, considering SolJae as my dear ones and…
I feel you.... I literally had the worst day at work today, and ep 11 was so healing, I pray I find an episode as good as this everyday after work hahaha
ohmygoshohmygoshohmygosh OH MY FREAKING GOSH AHHHHHH On ep 11, 24 mins in, and spring snow started playing and I literally had to remind myself how to breath because IT WAS JUST THAT BREATHTAKINGLY GORGEOUS AHHHHHH

What a .... dramatic show... It's almost on the levels of Boys Over Flowers lol... It's the kind of show that's soo over the top that it's ridiculous. A 14 year old could have written this story on wattpad and I would have believed it was adapted from there... and I'm only talking about the premise lol. Everything else was so good!! Nevertheless, as laughably dramatic as it was, it was entertaining and tear-jerking enough to push me and so many others through the last ep. I was crying through the majority of it, and then realised how silly it was to cry over it, and then cried more because of the realisation. The actors were phenomenal! The minute KJW 's and KSH's eyes welled up, I'd begin bawling and isn't that enough of a reaction to show how good the actors are? And then there is Kwak Dong Yeon and Lee Joo Bin's story... like people already weren't crying enough... I'm sure the success of this drama is dedicated to all the actors and the fact that a lot of us haven't been invested in a drama this way ever since CLOY I suppose?
The way I want to give this series a chance so badly because it's supposedly about to break Crash Landing On You's…
I think, honestly, people loved the fact that this drama dealt with super sensitive scenes very well. It pulled at viewers' heartstrings with the emotions and how the actors portrayed them so well. And this mostly happens from ep 4-12... I don't see anything else worth watching in this show apart from the above. The plot is your mediocre drama plot, and comedy is good, but it's pretty regular compared to kdrama standards. Cinematography is great, but like... at this point, the plot is just getting dumb. If you want a good cry, I'd say binge watch it and forget about all rationality. You might end up loving the characters and acting, but expect no more.
Okay I lowkey don't like how they made Koh Hansu extra scummy in the drama... and he was never supposed to meet Isak as per the novel.... The drama changed a lot of the dynamics and it's kind of annoying me since I just finished reading the book today, but I probably would have loved it if I hadn't read the book.
My mom, sis and I started watching this 5 hours ago, and we are 4 episodes in, and we are obsessed! What a beautiful cast, and despite it being quite cliche in the romance department, when done right, cliches can be amazing as well and this show proves it!
Regret starting it when there are only six episodes out, but with QOT airing its final episode this weekend, I think this is going to be perfect for people who're going to be sulking with the end of QOT.
Kinda liked the second lead until he pulled his most despicable move yet, last episode... I was hoping for a redemption arc from him, where his love for our lead gets him to give up on her and he goes against his mom, but guess that isn't happening ever. (just me being delusional and wishing a happy ending for him)
And I need Kwak Dong Yeon with his own drama where he plays the dumb, rich, and lovesick dude cause he's like so freaking great at it (and I mean this in a super nice way, don't get me wrong). He got me sobbing so hard this episode.
And on a different note,
Kim Soo Hyun is like the best crier (is that what we call people who cry all the time) ever! Like the minute his face scrunches up, I find my eyes watering. And the minute his tears fall, I find my pillow soaked. Man can take a masterclass in crying while still giving the camera perfect angles... Honestly, Kim Ji Won is no less. She's a great crier too! The best pairing ever for a show with such a name!
If they had been there - then how would our psycho second male character play his switcheroo plot. They are not…
Ahahaha agreed! kinda obvious that it was written this way for a specific reason, but I was wondering if anyone's as frustrated as me because while the show is near perfect, it would have been PERFECT with these details!
I'm 20 mins into ep 14 and just curious to know... does anyone else think it's weird that Hae In's parents are not with her in Germany when she's literally there to undergo a life altering surgery? It's not like they can't afford going there...
well... while the editor did mess up a little, y'all know where, I think it ended up being quite touching nonetheless... However, I'm sure if we restructure all the scenes in a different order, we'll get the flow we want. Can't wait for some talented fan to pick that up!
With such great acting, music, plot, and cinematography, if just the direction and the length of the show was a little better, this could have easily been a banger amongst K-BL content. A few filler scenes wouldn't have hurt the show at all. However, it's arguably one of the better shows of its genre that I've seen from the country so far.
