Yeah, it's a small thing, but it's the reason this drama didn't get a 10 from me. Still an amazing show and I'll definitely rewatch. That part just bugged me a little.
I love all of them with my whole heart. This one lives up to the hype. My goodness, I'm glowing with satisfaction…
It was never explained why Shin Woo was so mean in the first episodes. I assume it has something to do with his middle school experience, and not wanting to experience pain again. But I was hoping they'd address it, and have him admit that he was pushing him away out of fear, and apologize. But like I said, it's a small nit-pick. He made up for it by being the absolute sweetest lil' peanut.

I thought it was funny how they were like, "there are 20 members of student council", and you will NEVER SEE ANY OF THEM, hahaha. I didn't mind. The teacher was right, those three adorable babies were the only ones that mattered.
I thought the first half was WAY better than the second half (reasons in the spoiler comment), but I still enjoyed…
Once she woke up from her coma, it seemed like they forgot the premise of the show. I don't even like horror, but I missed the ghosts! I missed them being a team and fighting / saving ghosts.
Also, I'm VERY upset that she never got her ghostly memories back!! I was expecting a big moment when it would all come rushing back and she'd remember everyone and everything that happened. I honestly don't understand why she likes Bong Pal so much without her memories. He really would seem like a creepy dude insisting they dated while she was in a coma???

I agree. I'm not asking for sex scenes, just make them act like a couple. Touch each other, hold hands, give quick kisses goodbye. I didn't see the affection in this one at all.
I finished episode 4, and I'm noticing a lack of skinship. They'll go to "kiss" and it'll just be Pete nuzzling…
Okay, I finished. I enjoyed it, but like I said, very little physical affection between the main couple. I don't mean just skinship, but just like... casual touch or hugs or hand holding. When they weren't being overtly romantic, I didn't get the sense they were a couple.
I didn't watch the prequel, so will I be missinng anything if I directly watch this??
It's a good idea to watch Kissed Again: Pete Kao, to get the backstory of how they got together. It's on youtube in three short episodes. You have to piece together a bit of what's happening, but it's worth it. Otherwise you won't be invested in their relationship in this show.
I finished episode 4, and I'm noticing a lack of skinship. They'll go to "kiss" and it'll just be Pete nuzzling into Kao, and then they'll cut away. It's not making me enjoy the show any less, I'm just curious. Is it because the show was originally about a straight couple? Or are the actors straight, and don't want to kiss on screen? Or are they saving it for later episodes? lol
Feels like they're setting up a second season, or at least a spinoff show. If not, there were a lot of weird elements to this episode. But if they ARE setting up a sequel, then it's a nice teaser for what's to come. I'd watch a second season, as long as Gene starts treating Nubsib like the sweet prince he is!
It was cute and the leads had great chemistry. I was wrong about my comment below, as it wasn't a problem. I was…
it lost a point because of the last three episodes, and all the dad stuff. It was just so contrived and forced. I didn't understand why Tutor would actually go along with it, and be so cruel to Fighter. And the scene where Fighter got mad and tried to force himself of Tutor... yikes. I know we have to allow for cultural differences, but that made me really uncomfortable.
Other than that, I liked both couples (I didn't care about any of the side couples), so it gets an 8.
I just finished episode 1, and I'm intrigued, but I'm a bit disappointed that both couples will be enemies-to-lovers. I would've liked some more variety. It makes me not care about Zon and Saifah, since it's basically the same story. I would've been more invested if those two were friends falling in love, or if they just met. But BOTH couples with past beef? **shrug** I might skip their parts and only watch for Tutor and Fighter.
I don't think so. After watching episode 8, I would say that perhaps there is some romantic interest between the…
Ah, thank you for letting me know. I'm more into romance right now, but I'll definitely give this one a try when I'm in the mood for some touching friendships. :)
I don't understand why he was still young at the end. Does he not age? Or was she just seeing him that way? I kept expecting the camera to shift and show him as an old man.
Also, I agree with most commenters. Loved the movie until the ending. Girl couldn't spare a trip to see if he made it?? I get that she got married and whatnot, and it would have been hard, BUT.
Also, I'm choosing to believe that she didn't sell the house because she planned to go back and live with him. That is my head canon, haha.
I haven't seen it yet, but the show really wants us to believe that Zhou Shu Yi didn't cut his hair in 5 years? He looks so out of place in an office setting with that hair.
This one seems interesting (and a possible gay relationship?), but from the comments, it seems like it doesn't have a satisfying ending. Should I give it a try, or wait to see if it gets a season 2? I don't want to watch if it's a cliffhanger.
I'm coming up with ways to make that ending better, and my head-canon is this:
Jun slipped into a coma, and it was his mom's decision to lie to RaRa and everyone else, because she thought that's what Jun would want - to not make his friends worry, and to not have them see him ill. Perhaps she truly believed (maybe a doctor told her) that Jun was going to die.
After he woke up, she told him what she'd done, and he went along with it for the same reasons, since they already thought he was dead. He didn't want them to find out the truth, only to lose him again. So once he was in remission, he decided it was time to let them know.
This is the ONLY way I can be okay with this ending.

Baby steps, I guess. :)
