These old farts need a Life - better yet spend all that energy in doing their jobs BETTER.
That's why I've been saying. All that energy to do their jobs and get recognised from the Emperor but their being petty

Fan Xian was protected by the biggest 3 men in that drama, not plotted against...
Yes, but I mean in the way that they all have set their sights on him and that he's in demand lol should've been clearer above.

Why do I feel so underwhelmed by this show. Something is not clicking, they started by destroying this man’s…
I find it's the pacing that disrupts the whole flow of story. So far, we only have 3 grown men targeting the ML and not much else. Would love interaction with the Marquis. I do enjoy ML and his Shifu plotting though.

On Dilraba Dilmurat May 19, 2025
Despite not having any dramas nor major red carpets, Baba remains at the top of the table:https://x.com/GapasinMar12499/status/1924269279702319470

I keep telling people online that the reason Dilraba is still considered A-list isn’t just because of her popularity, it’s because of her cultural influence and economic appeal. She consistently dominates fashion covers, secures high-profile endorsements, and moves product like few others in the industry. That kind of visibility and market power keeps her firmly in the top tier, regardless of whether she has a drama airing or not. She remains booked and visible — because her image sells, and her presence guarantees attention. That’s the kind of commercial influence that keeps you A-list, no matter what the algorithm say

I don’t like the FL’s grandfather at all. He straight-up told her, “I wish you were a boy,” when he was…
She’s a woman in historical times. She’s expected to endure, to adapt, to be the emotional anchor for everyone else’s ambitions. In costume dramas, it’s the template. Using her as a political pawn, whether through marriage alliances, inheritance disputes, or courtly manipulations, isn’t just common — it’s expected. Her value is rarely defined by her choices, but by what others stand to gain through her. That's just the typical mindset of the men and by default, women of that time.

His face after that 🤣
If only he looked closer, he would've seen that massive gulp she took before she said it to ease her cousin's worries LOL
