Zong Cai Fu Ren Wo Dang Ni Le (2024) is a great romantic comedy miniseries. The story is about the leading lady, Wen Yan (played by Han Yu Tong), who dies after an accident with a broken heart after her husband refuses to see her but, immediately, she finds herself alive and well being reborn a year before her death; thus ensued her determination to move on with her life without Shi Mu Bai (played by Sun Yue), the man that she has liked since childhood. Although the drama starts with a heartbreaking moment, the plot sticks to the comedy genre. The female lead transforms into s delightful force to be reckon with. The male lead, who, after her rebirth and insistence in getting the divorce, finds out that he really wants to stay with her, turns into a lovesick puppy and pursues her incessantly while protecting her when she’s in treble as she deals with her own troubles with her family. There is a non conforming antagonist that is always annoying the female lead and loves to slap but, it so just happened that the slapper keeps getting slapped by the female lead in a ridiculously funny way. The cast did a great job bringing their characters to life and, although there many misses of intimacy for the leading couple, their interactions are somewhat sensual, heartwarming, and funny. Sun Yue is great on the role of the pursuer that really loses his “dignity” in order to get back with her and Han Yu Tong is fantastic on both the naïve woman in love and clever force of nature roles. Overall, this miniseries is well done and entertaining, enjoy it! Was this review helpful to you?
aka: No Intention to Offend You (2025) on https://chinesemov.com is a cute romance fantasy miniseries set on historical times with Yi Hang (as Crown Prince Li Ting Yiang) and Chu Xia (as Crown Princess Ling Xiu) in the leading couple’s role. The cast did a nice job bringing their characters to life and the lead couple had a cute chemistry.

Title: On a Springtime Love Affair (2025) is a miniseries with Cao Tiankai and Tan Xin in the leading couple’s role. This yet another version of the leading lady falling in love with her best friend’s uncle who fell in love with her when they were younger. The plot on this one has some nice changes but it still is an adaptation from the web novel "Re Chan Chun Ruan" by You Yi Li as many other ones. The lead couple has a good number of romantic scenes that could have been better but the leading lady, Tan Xin, was a bit too stiff. Cao Tiankai did better, but there were no melting “I’m so much in love with you” facial expressions between the couple. Yao Qing Li (2025) is a romance miniseries with He Cong Rui (as Gu Heng) and Ma Qiu Yuan (as Shen Qing Li) in the lead couple’s role. The drama has a mystery subplot that involves the female lead’s family and a romance that starts with a misunderstanding. The male lead seems to be completely infatuated with the female lead but, as the plot moves forward, the drama offers a background knowledge of situations and actions taken by the male lead that give glimpses of how deeply he loves the female lead, which has liked him since high school times. This drama is one that could have skipped the supposed “toxic” male dominance and still give the audience the anxiety build up with the use of the antagonists. The lead couple has great chemistry and the female lead is great in producing the effect of submission to his advances while still fighting to stay restrained since he “has an engagement” with someone else. The push and pull relationship of the lead couple is more an attempt to provide a noxious setting to the inception of the lead couple’s relationship, but one can see how deeply the male lead falls in love with the female lead that, after all, caused and didn’t clear the situation by involving him from the beginning. The leading characters are both strong minded and passionate, but their real feelings ooze deep love and tenderness as the drama progresses. This drama is good and entertaining, enjoy it!For now, it can be found on YouTube under the caption: In order to cure her brother's illness, the heroine spent a night with her brother's mortal enemy

Xu Yi Zhan You (2024) aka Intentional Possession is a romance drama with Wang Yi Ran (as Lu Bei Ye) and Hou Cheng Yue as (Jiang Wan Ning) in the lead couple’s role. The drama is okay but, for the most part, it portrays Lu Bei Ye as a lunatic without a conscience but, in reality, he is the only one with true feelings for Wan Ning. The drama takes a bit too long for Wang Ning to show her true feelings for Bei Ye but , overall, the drama is entertaining. This drama can be found on YouTube under the caption: Forced by my father to seduce the tyrannical crazy president I thought there was no good end with

Shh! No Dating Allowed in Class (2024) is a romance miniseries with the lead male Cheng Zi Xin (as Ji Shu Yin) and lead actress Yang Shu Yu (as Xiao Hua). The plot is interesting but there is not much to say about the romance between the lead couple. Their chemistry falls flat and, even after she falls in love with him, she spent much of the time running away from him. The male lead exerted all efforts for romance and the female lead’s body language didn’t show enthusiasm. The drama can be found on YouTube under the caption: My Flash-Married Husband Turns Out to Be My Professor! | Yang Shuyu & Cheng Zixin

If the audience is used to short dramas, it will find that, although A Love Journal is a SUPER fast miniseries, it is really entertaining. It is even surprising that, in such a short time, the drama resolves the business aspects in a satisfactorily way and the lead couple has very good romantic chemistry. The leading lady works for a rival company and keeps that fact from her husband which gives way to the appearance of an antagonist from her company. The leads have met before in their high school days and seemed to have developed a nice friendship on that time. Even though the second leading couple doesn’t have the best romantic development, it is cute to see them together as the drama nears its ending. The drama starts as a marriage of convenience but, during the cohabitation, they gradually fell in love with each other. It also has a very nice ending, enjoy it! Was this review helpful to you?

Great adaptation of the Japanese shōjo manga series Hana Yori Dango and, to concur with other reviews, the best so far! Not having read the manga or watched the anime, I am not sure if it is close to the original work but, having seen all five drama adaptations (Japanese-Hana Yori Dango 1 & 2, Meteor Garden- Chinese and Taiwanese, Boys Over Flowers- Korean and, F4 Thailand: Boys Over Flowers), this is by far the most enjoyable with characters that are not over the top and that are more relatable. The drama is fast pace and the amnesia plot, although it was present, got washed out quickly and made the ending seem rushed. The cast did a good job bringing their characters to life and the chemistry among all characters was great. The leading couple also had good chemistry. Enjoy it! Was this review helpful to you?

This is a cute lighthearted drama that was downgraded by the introduction of needless clichés (unwanted childhood sweetheart comes for arrange marriage, 2 times amnesia forgetting the love of his life, the forced separation: lead character leaves for 3 years before reconciling at last episode, …). The story is really nice and the leading couple had a cute playful chemistry with a few nice romantic moments but everything falls apart when the leading characters started acting differently to their original representation from the moment the leading lady convinces the leading male to marry someone he didn’t want to marry. Although the drama ends with a happily ever after, the resolution took too long and it was more comedic than romantic. Was this review helpful to you?

This is a nice drama to watch while waiting for a great one to come only if you don’t mind:A series full of misunderstandings.
A drama that, although is focused on romance, the lead male is full of justifiable distrust since the lead female is constantly doing things that will cause the lack of trust and then complaining that he doesn’t trust her.
A main couple that has a lot of tender moments but there’s no thrilling chemistry between them.
A leading lady that cannot put her thoughts together to give a reasonable explanation to each one of her actions that were causing the male lead to mistrust her.
And last, but not least, even if the drama has a happy ending, it is wasted on the male lead trying to woo her as if it wasn’t not good enough that he left everything behind to follow her.
