This is a very nice manhwa adaptation with a story centered on the female lead Li Chang Ge (Diralba Dilmurat), which becomes a military strategist for the General, Ashile Sun (Wu Lei). As they spend time together, they formed a formidable partnership and a supportive steadfast love relationship. Although the drama excels on military strategies and well choreographs action scenes, the lead couple spends too much time apart and their romantic chemistry falls flat on most of their encounters. The other supporting couples had better chemistry and a better developed romantic relationship in the storyline [i.e. Li Le Yan (Rosy Zhao) with Hao Du (Liu Yu Ning) and Mimi Guli (Cao Xi Yue) with Nu Er (Liu Tian Bao)]. This is a philosophical drama that explores “the rational investigation of the truths and principles of being, knowledge, or conduct” of the main and supporting characters. Through the fantasy element of the creation of a voice activated AI apparatus, the leading man, Moon Ha Won, is comforted as he creates an application that will help patients that have gone through traumatic events as he himself has. This drama evolves in super slow motion due to the unresolved feelings of important characters which, in one way or another, get their lives entangled through their interaction with Kim Ji Soo, an ephemeral character that leaves a complex and almost disturbing experience on everyone related to her. Then, there is also the lead female character, Han Seo Woo, which on the drama’s synopsis, is described as a person with “an open and optimistic mindset, believing that all things happen for a reason”. Most of the time, Seo Woo was ridiculously unreasonable, intrusive, impulsive, and insecure. Also, she develops a bizarre connection with Kim Ji Soo just after a few brief and almost nonsensical exchanges. Although the lead couple has good chemistry, their beautiful connection and developing love is wasted by Seo Woo’s antsy feelings toward Ha Won and her constant running away from him. Overall, the producers, writers, and editors missed to bring out a meaningful drama out of a potentially great story.

Zong Cai Fu Ren Wo Dang Ni Le (2024) is a great romantic comedy miniseries. The story is about the leading lady, Wen Yan (played by Han Yu Tong), who dies after an accident with a broken heart after her husband refuses to see her but, immediately, she finds herself alive and well being reborn a year before her death; thus ensued her determination to move on with her life without Shi Mu Bai (played by Sun Yue), the man that she has liked since childhood. Although the drama starts with a heartbreaking moment, the plot sticks to the comedy genre. The female lead transforms into s delightful force to be reckon with. The male lead, who, after her rebirth and insistence in getting the divorce, finds out that he really wants to stay with her, turns into a lovesick puppy and pursues her incessantly while protecting her when she’s in treble as she deals with her own troubles with her family. There is a non conforming antagonist that is always annoying the female lead and loves to slap but, it so just happened that the slapper keeps getting slapped by the female lead in a ridiculously funny way. The cast did a great job bringing their characters to life and, although there many misses of intimacy for the leading couple, their interactions are somewhat sensual, heartwarming, and funny. Sun Yue is great on the role of the pursuer that really loses his “dignity” in order to get back with her and Han Yu Tong is fantastic on both the naïve woman in love and clever force of nature roles. Overall, this miniseries is well done and entertaining, enjoy it!

Lian Ai Tian Cai (2025) is a nice romance comedy miniseries with Wang Yiran (as Feng Yan) and Shi Tong (as Sang Lu) in the leading couple’s role. The cast did a good job bringing their characetrs to life and the lead couple has a very nice and caring chemistry. The drama’s pace is fast and it takes the lesd couple a long time to realize their true feelings which made the romance a slow burn one. The lead female character is super bubbly and sometimes it can be a bit too much, but it’s a comedy after all. The drama is good to unwind from a heavy-laden one and the couple is very protective of each other. Even when someone plots against the lead actress, the male lead trusts and protects her, and viceversa!
Overall, it is a nice drama with a sweet romance. Enjoy it!

The One His Brother Loves Dearly (2025) is a very good romance miniseries with Bao Li Ning (as Qin Yan Zhou) and Li Jia Le (as Liang You Xin) in the leading couple’s role. The cast did a good job bringing their characters to life and the leading couple has a nice suave chemistry. Qin Yan Zhou finally has a chance to be with Liang You Xin which was expected to marry his friend Lu Yu since they were young. A as fate has its way to bring people together, Lian You Xin has an accident and fakes amnesia to tease Lu Yu who is having an affair with her friend. In order to have some fun with his lover before Liang You Xin gets her memory back, Lu Yu pushed Liang You Xin to his friend Qin Yan Zhou and Liang You Xin just plays along and embarks in journey through unchartered territory with Qin Yan Zhou who showers her with attention, protection, and steadfast love.

Gong Ni Lan Qing Kong(2025) is a nice romance miniseries with Yao Guan Yu a(s Qin Si Yan) and Peng Yao (as Lin Kong Yu) in the leading couple’s role. The plot is nice but the drama feels more like just seen edited snippets of a whole drama. Yao Guan Yu did very well bringing his character to life and he kept the romantic vibe on a good note; but Peng Yao was not convincingly in love, she didn’t bring her character up to par with that of Peng Yao’s. Overall, the drama is not bad but , the editing process used to bring this drama about successfully, needed a couple with better chemistry.

Burning Love, Unblemished(2025) is a nice romance miniseries with Li Zi Qian (as Zhou Li Cheng) and Zhang Shan (as Jiang Wanzhi) in the leading couple’s role. Although this drama is one of the many adaptations of the web novel "Jing Zhi Yu Ye" by Tan Qing Zhu, it is nice to see it with different actors. Li Zi Qian and Zhang Shan did a good job bringing their characters to life and they have really good chemistry. There is some fun push and pull between the lead couple that, on the long run, Zhou Li Cheng, with his seductive, protective, and fun personality, wins Jiang Wanzhi all over again.

Xu Yi Zhan You (2024) aka Intentional Possession is a romance drama with Wang Yi Ran (as Lu Bei Ye) and Hou Cheng Yue as (Jiang Wan Ning) in the lead couple’s role. The drama is okay but, for the most part, it portrays Lu Bei Ye as a lunatic without a conscience but, in reality, he is the only one with true feelings for Wan Ning. Shh! No Dating Allowed in Class (2024) is a romance miniseries with the lead male Cheng Zi Xin (as Ji Shu Yin) and lead actress Yang Shu Yu (as Xiao Hua). The plot is interesting but there is not much to say about the romance between the lead couple. Their chemistry falls flat and, even after she falls in love with him, she spent much of the time running away from him. The male lead exerted all efforts for romance and the female lead’s body language didn’t show enthusiasm.

- Ru Yi Man Tang (2024), also known as Happy Family, is a nice fantasy drama mostly about Ruyi (played by Yang Xinyan), a young sickly child whose body was possessed by the soul of the richest woman from the future. Her mother, Shen Bi Yu (played by Yao Yuchen) has been abandoned and forced to get a divorce and move away with Ruyi. It is after that that Ruyi meets Duke Wei Zhen Dong (played by Zhou Hang) whom she immediately liked. With the experience and intelligence of the soul inside her body, Ruyi starts a plan to help her unfortunate mother get a better social status, a lovely man as a daddy for herself and a strong, affectionate, and protective husband for her mother. Although there is a slight but really nice romance between the leading couple, the plot centers on Ruyi who was excellently portrayed by a great child actress, Yang Xinyan. Overall, the cast did a very good job bringing their characters to life and the miniseries is quite entertaining, enjoy it!

The leading lady, Ai Lin / "Erin" deftly played by Jiang Shi Qi, is a strong and intelligent woman that, after been betrayed by her husband in the most heinous way and finding tha her son Dondon has disappeared, she reaffirms herself and steps on a path of revenge. By a chance encounter, she meets Luo Meijuan, a woman living miserably under the shadow of an abusive alcoholic husband, and the two formed a bond and helped each other to get away from their respective malevolent husbands. This drama is very well casted with great performances from the main characters Ai Lin (Jiang Shi Qi) and Wang Dao Tie as Wen Rick, Ai Lin’s Machiavellian second husband and the unscrupulous Inspector General of their police Department. This drama is not a romantic story, it is a great story about a woman who will do anything in order to protect her son and avenge her husband’s betrayal. Overall, the cast did a great job bringing their characters to life and the drama is provocative and entertaining, enjoy it!
