Zha Nan Tao Hun, Ta Dang Chang Gai Jia Shou Fu (2024) could have been a nice romantic drama with He Jian Qi (as Fu Nian Cheng)and Zuo Yi (as Wen Shu Yao) in the leading couple’s role. The drama has a good premise but the Wen Shu Yao is a character that pretends to be strong but is weak. She is always getting herself in trouble and the male lead is always trying to protect her, Even when she knows the reason that he lied about who he really was and accepted the fact that he was right, she still divorced him. The drama has a happy ending but it was rushed.Was this review helpful to you?

This is a very nice miniseries with Zhen Zi Qi (as Li Tian Que) and Jadie Jia (as Chu Mian) in the leading couple’s role. Although it is listed as a romance drama, it is more a revenge drama with a developing romance between two wounded souls. The actors did a decent job bringing their characters to life but the romance was a slow burn one, especially from the Chu Mian toward Li Tian Que since her primary goal was to take revenge for the wrongs her family did to her. Li Tian Que gradually developed feelings for Chu Mian and was always trying to protect her. Li Tian Que, due to his traumatic past was a cruel and cold hearted person, but he starts to change as he interacts with Chu Mian. Although the drama is nice, there were too many instances of choking done and that took away from the “loving” feelings. Still, the drama is a nice watch, enjoy it! Was this review helpful to you?

She Came out of the Abyss (2024) is a nice rebirth story with Chen Si (as Gu Jing Chen) and Li Ruo Qi as (Cen Yuan) in the leading couple role. On her second life, she gets involved with Gu Jing Chen and they fall in love. The leading couple has good chemistry and some heartwarming moments. The drama unfolds nicely but the rushed and kind of unfinished ending doesn’t do justice to the cast. Some of the supporting casts' acting was not up to par performing their roles and there were some unnecessary scenes, Overall, the drama could’ve used three more minutes to change the ending and make it more satisfactory. You Are the April Day on Earth (2023) is a miniseries and can be found on YouTube under the captions: “After Two Years of Marriage, My Husband Seeks Divorce at First Sight | You're the Radiance of Night”. The leading couple, Si Yi Han (played by Zhang Ji Jun) and Ye Nan Sheng (played by Zuo Yi), have a cute chemistry but their intimate moments are just sweet interactions and they don’t have great romantic chemistry. There is a good amount of misunderstanding and the female lead is constantly imagining things and getting upset instead of asking the male lead directly. DON'TWASTE YOUR TIME!
Tian Cai San Bao, Gao Leng Die Di Shi Ba Zong could have been a good drama if it was not for the fact that it is incomplete; there is no ending with resolution about anything at all! Don’t waste your time! Although there is more, the following issues are unresolved:1. The male lead didn’t trust his wife and, although he was investigating, he put her in a place without even caring since he didn’t even know she was pregnant- no rectification
2. The male lead is not aware that he has 3 children.
3. Son Tang, the antagonist, is ousted by one of the children (computer genius) and she’s taken away- no know whereabouts.
4. The final outcome on a bone marrow donor for the sick child is not resolve.
5. There’s a guy waiting to start a business battle with the male lead (he likes the FL and wants to take revenge for her.

This drama can be found on YouTube under the title: “Revenge to The Devil” Blind wife found husband's conspiracy and took perfect revenge”. Although the subtitles are not the best, which is a disgrace for this drama, the plot is a very good and smartly written revenge drama with a much better ending. The leading lady, Ai Lin / "Erin" deftly played by Jiang Shi Qi, is a strong and intelligent woman that, after been betrayed by her husband in the most heinous way and finding tha her son Dondon has disappeared, she reaffirms herself and steps on a path of revenge. By a chance encounter, she meets Luo Meijuan, a woman living miserably under the shadow of an abusive alcoholic husband, and the two formed a bond and helped each other to get away from their respective malevolent husbands. This drama is very well casted with great performances from the main characters Ai Lin (Jiang Shi Qi) and Wang Dao Tie as Wen Rick, Ai Lin’s Machiavellian second husband and the unscrupulous Inspector General of their police Department. This drama is not a romantic story, it is a great story about a woman who will do anything in order to protect her son and avenge her husband’s betrayal. My Lover is a drama that started with a good premise of a fake niece and uncle that ended up falling in love with each other but the entire drama is more about people bribing them and a revenge plot that lacked planning and execution. The leading couple had a nice playful chemistry but there are no real intimate interactions that could even get close to the given title of My Lover which should be changed to its native title 我的大叔 (My Uncle). This drama has a good storyline but the execution was poorly done and it became increasingly boring. The female lead was a breath of fresh air but even her cuteness was not enough to develop a good romantic chemistry between her and the leading male whose facial expressions did not convey love and tenderness. Even if the drama has a limited timeframe, the acting could have been better. The actress that portrayed the Empress did a decent job bringing her character to life.
