Thank you for reading! Indeed, tags are very subjective but that actually ended up making the data quite interesting.…
I really had no idea about that before the article. But yeah, the fact that it's subjective makes it even more interesting. I think i'll be more active on tag related things from now on haha.

I REALLY love Thrillers kmovie so much, but i don't watch a lot of thrillers kdramas. I loved Signal but that's the only one in the list that i've finished. I think i'll try again with few of your recommendations.
Can anyone tell me how many episodes you need usually to get into those dramas ? I never know when to give up and i either end up giving up on dramas way too early or way to late. For exemple i gave up on Children of nobody after two episodes. It had great potential but i didn't know how many episodes i should watch before deciding if i give it up or not...

Wow, great work. Impressed I am.

I honestly don't put much attention on tag, i always felt like tag was not always done THAT well anyway so... But i feel like after reading this article i'll be more careful. One thing that is different in mydramalist is that tags are written by people who actually watch the drama, not like netflix does for exemple... Still, it's subjective anyway, as seen in your article, That was very interesting read.

I had so many problems with Suzuki sensei. I know some people just qualify it as a mature school drama, like you…
I guess i can understand your opinion. I should maybe watch it once more time, because i think the subjects were so particular that it was hard to see anything else except that. Thank you for replying !

24/60Suzuki Sensei should be on top 10
I had so many problems with Suzuki sensei. I know some people just qualify it as a mature school drama, like you need to be mature to like it but...
I mean, is no one shocked on how the guy was just telling his junior high school student it's ok to not use condom ? There were so many sensible subject and i don't know i guess i was uncomfortable by how it was treated... I don't remember that well the "i'm having sex with a 9 years old" case but... I watch so many movies that are supposed to be shocking and uncomfortable, but i think this was my most uncomfortable experience ever.
Did you like it because it wasn't the obvious naive drama with a teacher saying always the same speech ? Or is it because of something else i didn't get ?

Actually i meant in the list with images (for japan only). I still have few things i need to watch: Bow then kiss, Tonight at romance theater, Kono koi wa tsumi nano ka ?, Dokushin Kizoku... I've been searching for months for a good quality streaming of My Little Monster but i haven't been able to find it;.. For Gomen, Aishiteru... I hated the original sooo much i just don't want to try it lmao
But yeah, i still have lots of things to watch ! Thank you for the recommendations !

I add already watch everything on the japanese list except the movie Honey so i've just watched it. It was the kind of movie you forget as soon as you finish it, but it was a light and an enjoyable experience. Thank you for the recommendation. I always love those articles :)

And again: for a lovecom Long Vacation is great ! Don't let the fact that it's a pretty old drama stop you.

i wonder if love exposure is quite appropriate for valentine day (or in this case white day) ?? (well maybe ppl…
Maybe not the most appropriate but still the best movie in this list.
Plus it's still love story.

I like your list. I really love Long Vacation and Nobuta wo produce. I watched Nigeru wa Haji da ga Yaku ni Tatsu…
Oh i'm happy you enjoyed it ! Yeah i watched it some years ago, i didn't add it to the list because i don't remember it that well, but it was sooooo enjoyable and cute in my memory. I was thinking lately I need to re-watch it ! I think i'll do it soon!

Nigehaji is really one of my favorite romcom haha. But i'm such a fan or characters similar to the male lead Tsuzaki. It's one of the rares dramas i've seen a few times already !

I recommend the others Reply, maybe Reply 1988 more. But the episodes are loooooong. The director of the reply series also did The prison playbook, it's a fun dramas, that also made me cried but it's an easy watch.

I really hope you enjoy Society obsess with love!I should have specified only Korean dramas but I worried about…
OOOH THIS IS SUCH A HARD QUESTION. If you're ok to look at an older drama, I think Nodame Cantabile would be great, it's a live action, but such a classic drama, those that you need to see at least once !
But if it's too anime-like to be your type, then Nigeru wa haji da ga yaku ni tatsu. So heartwarming and adorable.

I know this feeling, i'm trying to watch Children of nobody lately, and i want to watch Save me , but i really need a light drama to balance it haha;

Oh no, you shouldn't apologize, i was only mentioning it because it was a way to justify the fact I had (and wanted) to talk about jdramas haha.

i've added it to my list :)

Oh i'm excited to know that you will try some of those. Also i forgot Ossan's Love, i watched it at the same time i was watching a heavy drama, before bed, so I could rest from how heavy it was, and it worked really well ! haha
Don't hesitate to let me know how you felt about those dramas.
I feel happy that you tried some jdrama, it's not like i like jdrama the best, but i always feel like jdramas lovers kind of refuse to watch kdramas, and kdramas lovers refuse to watch jdramas... Both are great really ! Most kdramas lovers who also watch jdramas are people who used to watch jdrama and then went to kdramas. In my opinion at least. Your case is pretty rare i think ?
You're welcome anyway. Hope you enjoy some of those !

Hit the top was soooo funny. I don't know why it wasn't more popular.

I really need to watch it; You make me so curious about it, even more than I was already haha

From this list, i've only watched Eulachacha Waikiki, I'm not a robot, Splash Splash Love and I really love those three. I also gave it a try to Secretary Kim but it wasn't my thing really. I think i'll give it a try to Society obsess with love, on a day i need a pick-up !

You said "dramas" but there's only k-dramas. As someone who loves both kdrama and jdrama, i feel like jdramas were the best pick up for me. I'll recommend my own pick up dramas for both.

J-dramas: All the classical dramas like Hanazakari no kimitachi e (which is still hilarious to me) Nodame Cantabile or even Nobuta wo produce; Kisarazu Cat's eyes (too often forgotten but hilarious), Date- Koi to wa donna mono kashira, Kahogo no Kahoko (currently re-watching and it's still adorable), Nigeru wa haji da ga yaku ni tatsu (cutest romcom ever Imo), Long Vacation (pretty old, 1996, but still light and healing), Mr Nietzche in the convenient store (humor that not everyone might like, but very short drama, enjoyable for study breaks), My boss my hero (was funny in 2007, might not be now but... i remember loving it), Saikou no rikon (Sakamoto Yuji's dramas have the healing quality, this one is especially fun, but still has few scenes that made me cry), Tumbling (sport drama), Zettai Kareshi (the only drama my male friend enjoyed and watched until the end even if it was one i expect him to dislike)

K-dramas that you didn't mention: Modern Farmer (from the same scriptwritter as Eulachacha Waikiki), Hit the top (extremely dumb but it entertained me pretty well), Shopping King Louie (just cute), Surplus Princess (the last episode was a mess but i liked how dumb it was), To. Jenny (short drama from last year, definitely made my mood better), Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo...Those have more serious moments, but i feel like i still need to mention those since it's fun and the ones i love the most: Age of youth, (the underrated) Just Dance, Prison Playbook, Reply series (1997, 1994, 1988, i don't discriminate). Those definitely makes everything better.

I kind of what to watch The Last Empress too...
